Politeknik Negeri Subang is one of the universities with a registration system for new student candidates through an independent examination path which is still offline and a decision support system that is taken based on the results of the decision of the meeting from the committee of the admission of new students, department and deputy. From the existing problems, the author tries to build a new student admission selection information system using a decision support system at the Subang State Polytechnic using the PHP programming language, and XAMPP as a web server, MySql as the database so that the process of input and data processing is faster, as well as profile matching method as a method used in decision support systems. With this system, it is hoped that it can help the Subang State Polytechnic in the new student admission selection process using a decision support system.Keywords: New Student Admission, Profile Matching Method, SPK.

This research was conducted aiming to design a New Student Selection Decision Support System. To help the selection process for new student admissions at the Indonesian Business Polytechnic, a decision support system (SPK) was designed to help the data processing of prospective new students who register using the Weighteded Product (WP) method. This Weighteded Product method is done by using multiplication to link the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must be raised first with the Weighted of the attribute in question. The criteria used in this Decision Support System consist of: capacity, achievement, academic tests, age, and passing scores. From the sample of data examined, the ranking results were found to be the best value of prospective students with a value of 0.0841 and 0.0791.

KSP Kopdit Swasti Sari is one of the credit cooperatives in East Nusa Tenggara.  One of the activities carried out by the KSP Kopdit Swasti Sari to improve the welfare of its members is to provide credit to provide credit to its members. However, the credit service procedure at the KSP Kopdit Swasti Sari is still not effective and efficient. Therefore, the KSP Kopdit Swasti Sari requires a computerized method in order to streamline its performance. The profile matching method in a decision support system is one method that can be applied to provide solutions to existing problems. This system is able to determine which members are eligible for credit. Besides, it also makes it easier for members in administrative processes such as registration and transactions.

The company is a place of production, where humans function as a driving force and executor to realize the company's goals that have been set previously. Every employee in a company must always try to improve their abilities and achievements. So he can get a good career path according to his dream. To facilitate the implementation of the permanent employee appointment process of each employee, a decision support system is created which aims to facilitate the process. One of the methods used in making decisions on the appointment of permanent employees is Profile Matching. The decision support system for the Profile Matching and gap analysis process is based on data at PT. Hyper Mega Shipping, Profile Matching Method is carried out to determine the appointment of permanent employees based on two aspects, namely Performance and Work Culture. The results of the selection process in the form of a final employee score as a recommendation for decision-makers to determine which employees will get the promotion of permanent employee appointments.

The decision support system in selecting staff candidates at COPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENTMEDIA & COMMUNITY) is expected to assist in deciding the selection of outstanding staff. Previouslythere had never been an award for outstanding staff every year, it was undeniable that it was a difficulty inchoosing outstanding staff. To find out which staff is performing well, it is necessary to conduct aperformance appraisal of prospective staff. Conduct assessment results for outstanding staff using theprofile matching method. With the application of the profile matching method in selecting outstanding staffto solve problems that exist during the selection process of outstanding staff, so there are no errors indecision making. It is hoped that this effort can assist leaders in providing performance appraisals forprospective staff. After the leader gives a performance appraisal, the results of the assessment arecalculated using the profile matching method. The results of the selection of outstanding staff atCOPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA & COMMUNITY), namely a staff named Cindy witha data entry position with the final result of calculating a total of 5 ranks 1. Proses seleksi beasiswa bidikmisi secara manual, mulai dari pengajuan formulir sampai penetuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa semua dikerjakan secara manual sehingga pada proses pemberian bantuan pendidikan kepada mahasiswa terkdang tidak objektif karena banyaknya minat mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun yang mengajukan permohonan beasiswa bidikmisi, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki kerap menyulitkan tim dalam menentukan mahasiswa yang tepat untuk menerima beasiswa. Diperlukan sebuah SPK yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tim dan dapat membantu memperoleh penerima beasiswa secara objektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang diusulkan dengan menggunakan metode profile matching dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti potensi akademik, ekonomi keluarga, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, kelengkapan berkas, dan transportasi ke kampus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan pada sistem jika nilai core factor (CF) sebesar 65% dan secondary factor sebesar 35%, maka dari data yang ada terdapat lima orang yang berhak memperoleh beasiswa menurut rangking satu sampai lima yaitu M03, M09, M06, M07, dan M08. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan sebanyak 84% responden menjawab positif terhadap hasil sistem pendukung keputusan karena dapat membantu mereka untuk menjalakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai tim seleksi. Kata kunci— Profile_Matching; Beasiswa; SPK; BidikmisiThe manual selection process for Bidikmisi scholarships, starting from submitting forms to determining scholarship recipients, is all done manually so that the process of providing educational assistance to students is sometimes not objective because of the high interest of students who apply for Bidikmisi scholarships from year to year. makes it difficult for the team to determine the right student to receive the scholarship. A DSS is needed that can facilitate the team and can help objectively obtain scholarship recipients. The proposed decision support system uses the profile matching method by considering several criteria such as academic potential, family economy, number of dependents of parents, completeness of files, and transportation to campus. This research produces a decision support system and based on the data entered in the system if the core factor (CF) value is 65% and the secondary factor is 35%, then from the existing data, five people are entitled to receive scholarships according to rank one to five, namely M03, M09, M06, M07, and M08. From the tests carried out, 84% of respondents answered positively to the results of the decision support system because it can help them carry out their duties and responsibilities as a selection team.Keywords— Profile Matching; scholarships; DSS; Bidikmisi

Penilaian kinerja staff merupakan proses penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui staff yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi tinggi. Manajer memiliki pemasalahan untuk bisa mengevaluasi atas kinerja staff pada sebuah acara yang bertema “Change Agent” dan staff terbaik diberi nama “Best Agent”. Dikarenakan sistem penilaian secara manual dengan mengisi form nilai kemudian dijumlahkan dan diperoleh rata-ratanya. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan “Best Agent” metode Profile Matching merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk memberikan sebuah alternatif keputusan yang akurat didasarkan pada data terkini dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja staff dan harapan besarnya adalah terbangunnya peningkatan kinerja yang baik sehingga meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan membawa nama baik institusi. Oil palm plants are plantation crops that are cultivated and require intensive care, oil palm seeds are a major factor in the success of oil palm plantation cultivation. Quality palm oil seedlings will provide satisfactory yields, oil palm seedlings should be obtained with superior seed selection and good maintenance, in nurseries carried out by following the existing stages, oil palm plantations are long-term business and maintenance of oil palm seeds must be be considered and managed with incentives to ensure optimal production and business results in the future. This study aims to determine quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bah Jambi Plantation. In the nursery is carried out by following the existing stage, this research uses Decision Support System (SPK) Profile Matching method. This method can be used to solve semi-structured problems by calculating consistency using the Profile Matching method, if consistent values are generated consistently can be used as a reference for ranking quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bahjambi Plantation. For the results of the research it can be produced that it is easier to recommend oil palm seedlings and be an input to the plantation in recommending the best oil palm seeds.Keywords: Palm oil seeds, Decision Support System, Profile Matching

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.
