The purpose of this research is to measure and test the variables and indicators that influence the success of academic information system (SIAKAD) in universities with STIE Mandala Jember as a case study. Adopting Delone & Mclean IS Success research model, a set of structured questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents. Exogenous variables include System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, and endogenous variables Student Satisfaction. Perceived usefulness variable used as a intervening variable proved it could mediate the quality of information, the quality of system and the quality of services to user satisfaction. Path analysis is employed as analitical technic. The result shows that there is a significant effect on the quality of the system, quality of the information, the quality of the services to the students’ satisfaction. Perceived usefulness variable, can mediate between exogenous variables to endogenous variables. This conclusion support the prediction of many previous researches.This indicates that the model used is not proper because the model is built on the construct of implementation of academic information system onstudents’ satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of information quality, information system quality and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of regional management information systems (SIMDA). Data are collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to the Head of Financial Subdivision, Treasurer of Revenue, Treasurer of Expenditures, and Operators SIMDA to the Regional Government of Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that information quality, information system quality, and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on SIMDA user satisfaction. Thus, the better the quality of information, the quality of information systems, and perceived usefulness, it will increase SIMDA user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of users of academic information systems. The factors tested in this study were: system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness. The research population is STIE Malangkuçeçwara students batch 2014, with a sample of 193 respondents as users of academic information systems. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed through mass media (WhatsApp and Line). Data were analyzed using partial least squares. The results showed that the quality of information, system quality and perceived usefulness affect user satisfaction.

This study aims  to  provide empirically the effect of system quality, information quality and training on performance as well as the effect of mediating satisfaction on the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (Siskeudes) in East Lombok Regency. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, with a sample of 71 village treasurers. The results showed that system quality, information quality and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance and satisfaction partially mediated the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (SISKEUDES) in East Lombok Regency. Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas keuangan negara. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, BPK menghadapi permasalahan yaitu sumberdaya manusia yang terbatas dan waktu pemeriksaan yang terbilang singkat. Oleh karena itu BPK mengembangkan sistem informasi e-audit dalam pelaksanaan pemeriksaan pengelolaan dan tangungjawab keuangan negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean (2003) dengan menggunakan enam komponen yaitu System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Information System Use, User Satisfaction, dan Net Benefits. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metoda studi kasus dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi e-audit secara mendalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor BPK RI Perwakilan DIY.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fitur pencarian utama dan fitur data antar efektif digunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan keuangan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan fitur LKPD belum efektif digunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan  keuangan pemerintah daerah.Kata Kunci: E-audit, DeLone and McLean Models, Audit Sistem Informasi

The aim of this paper is to examine one of the most crucial factors in the “Technology Acceptance Model” proposed by Davis (perceived usefulness) in moderating the “DeLone and McLean” success model in the context of educational portal in Higher Education. Questionnaires were distributed online to 200 respondents and deserved to be analyzed. The respondents were regular students at the University of Bengkulu. Data analysis used Smart-PLS version 3.2.9. The research findings indicated an influence of “system quality, information quality, and service quality partially on user satisfaction” of the educational portal information systems. The result shows that perceived usefulness can strengthen the relationship between system quality, information quality, and service quality to the satisfaction of customer. This research contributes to the development of perceived usefulness variable as a moderating variable affecting the quality of a system, quality of information, and quality of service partially on user satisfaction and finding strategies needed by the University of Bengkulu effective and efficient information system.

Etik Ipda Riyani: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the success of the implementation of the information system e-SPT Sales Tax (e-SPT PPN) to tax compliance. The model used in the study was the model of success of information systems updated D & M IS Success Model. This model is based on six measures of success is the quality information system (System Quality), the quality of information (Information Quality), quality of service (Service Quality), user interest (Intention to Use), the satisfaction of users (User Satisfaction), and tax compliance. The population of this research is all taxpayer is incorporated and registered in Madya Tax Office A and B. Researchers using simple random sampling in the sampling. The analytical tool used in this study were Path Analysis (Path Analysis).The results showed the successful implementation of the information system e-SPT PPN with dimensions System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality, Intention to Use and User Satisfaction effect on Tax Compliance.Key words: the success of information systems, e-SPT VAT, tax compliance

Influence of information system quality, information quality and perceived usefulness on end-user satisfaction credit analysis software aims is to prove the effect of information system quality on end-user satisfaction credit analysis software, to prove the effect of information quality on end user satisfaction credit analysis software, to prove the effect of perceived usefulness on end user satisfaction credit analysis software, and last to prove the effect of system quality, information quality and perceived usefulness together on end-user satisfaction credit analysis software at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Bengkulu Branch. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing obtained results are the quality of the information system has been proven to affect the satisfaction of end users of credit analysis software at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Bengkulu Branch. This means that LAS applications can increase data processing capacity, have a high-security system, have good data correction facilities. The quality of information has been proven to affect the satisfaction of end users of credit analysis software at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Bengkulu Branch, meaning LAS software can increase user satisfaction because the credit analysis conducted can produce accurate, reliable, timely, and relevant data. And the last result is Perceived usefulness is proven to affect the satisfaction of end users of credit analysis software at PT. PDAM Tirta Mangutama is one of the regional companies that have integrated accounting information system in managing employees' performance in providing accurate accounting information. Large working area of course must be balanced with good performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of quality information systems, information quality, and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction accounting information system. This research is causal explanatory relationship. The research was conducted at PDAM, located at Jalan Bedahulu No 3 Denpasar. The result of research is Quality accounting information system, information quality and perceived usefullness have positive and significant influence on user satisfaction of Accounting Information System. Coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.554 this means 55.4 percent of user satisfaction Accounting Information on PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung regency influenced by variable of Quality Accounting Information System, Information Quality, and Perceived Usefulness, on the contrary 44,6 percent influenced by variables others not examined.

  The service quality and Integrated Academic Information System Skill to moderate the relationship between Sikadu use and service quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information systems on service quality and decrease the use of information systems. This research method uses field research methods with quantitative approaches. This study student, lecturers, and teaching staff program from FEBI IAIN Pekalongan and sampling methods with Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling techniques. The results of the study obtained Information System Quality has a significant favorable influence on service quality. It shows that the quality of information quality system can improve service quality. The variety of information systems moderates the effect of using utilization on service quality, so it can conclude that the Sikadu utility variable includes moderating variables. It shows that quality information systems influence the use of technology on service quality.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of web-based academic information system in FEB Unud and its impacts to users’ satisfaction. The users of this system are students, lectures, and academic staffs of FEB Unud. This study surveys the perception of students, lectures, and staffs and their satisfaction on the quality of the Academic Information System. The quality system includes three elements, namely the information quality, the system quality, and the service quality. The quality of this web-based academic information system is expected to affect the satisfaction of the users. For FEB Unud, the result of this study is expected to give the feedback for the faculty leaders in order to take further corrective measures. For other educational institutions, the study is expected to be a model of academic information system development.
