With the attention of people to environmental and health issues, health-care waste (HCW) management has become one of the focus of researchers. The selection of appropriate HCW treatment technology is vital to the survival and development of human beings. In the assessment process of HCW disposal alternative, the evaluation information given by decision makers (DMs) often has uncertainty and ambiguity. The expression, transformation and integration of this information need to be further studied. We develop an applicable decision support framework of HCW treatment technology to provide reference for relevant staff. Firstly, the evaluation information of DMs is represented by interval 2-tuple linguistic term sets (ITLTs). To effectively express qualitative information, the cloud model theory is used to process the linguistic information, a novel concept of interval 2-tuple linguistic integrated cloud (ITLIC) is proposed, and the relevant operations, distance measure and possibility degree of ITLICs are defined. Moreover, a weighted Heronian mean (HM) operator based ITLIC is presented to fuse cloud information. Secondly, the HCW treatment technology decision support model based on the BWM and PROMETHEE is established. Finally, the proposed model is demonstrated through an empirical example, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the model is verified by comparison with extant methods.

The selection of the best lecturers gives recognition to lecturers who carry out tridharma higher education activities, whose results can be proud of and are useful for advancing academic and institutional quality. Educational institutions, especially the Ganesha Medan Polytechnic, annually select the best lecturers by conducting assessments by distributing questionnaires to their students. However, the assessment process is still done manually, so it takes a long time to process the data. In addition, the assessment is still not relevant to the actual situation because it only uses one assessment criterion, namely a student assessment questionnaire. Based on this, in this study, a decision support system design was used to select the best lecturers at the Ganesha Medan Polytechnic. Decision support systems built on a web basis using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The decision making method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is used to perform the best alternative ranking process from a number of alternatives.

ABSTRACT
Based on the experience of the writers who participated in the Porprov Bali committee,
observations in the Futsal athlete's assessment involved more subjectivity. Subjective decisions
can be detrimental to many parties, especially among Futsal athletes themselves. The sports
branch is highly emphasized on the value of sportsmanship, so it is necessary to involve a tool to
help solve the problem. Decision support systems (SPK) can be used as tools that aim to reduce
the level of subjectivity in the assessment process for semi-structured problems. SPK is used as a
simulation that will be used for students majoring in physical education at the Sports and Health
Faculty, Undiksha to find out whether they are eligible to pass the Porprov selection. With SPK it
will produce more objective decisions in semi-structured situations such as determining futsal
athletes that can be passed to Porprov because the results of decisions issued minimize the use of
intuition.
Keywords: Selection of Futsal, Porprov Bali athletes, SPK, Semiterstructure Decisions
Cabang
olahraga sangat ditekankan nilai sportifitas sehingga perlu dilibatkan sebuah tools (alat bantu)
memperkecil penggunaan intuisi..
Kata Kunci : Seleksi atlet Futsal, Porprov Bali, SPK, Keputusan Semiterstruktur

Due to resource scarcity, environmental impact, and socioeconomic constraints, sustainable criteria should be given prime importance in the construction industry. The sustainability in concrete can be attained using supplementary materials. The numbers of supplementary concrete materials (SCMs) are available ranging from industries by-products, agro-products, waste product, and newly engineered materials. The selection of the supplementary materials is challenging due to the wide range of environmental, technical, and economic constraints. The paper proposes a decision support framework considering technical, environmental, social, and economic sustainability criteria for ranking of concrete supplementary material. The decision framework includes the optimal scoring method- (OSM-) based shortlisting of supplementary materials, with technical and cost characteristics, and subsequent prioritizing material according to sustainable potentiality order using AHP-TOPSIS. The stability of the ranking of sustainable concrete supplementary materials has been verified using sensitivity analysis. The present study develops decision support framework by employing technical characteristics of the most technically sound material used as concrete material. The technical, environmental, and socioeconomic sustainable performance indicators have considered its selection to obtain much needed sustainability and to boost the eco-friendly environment. From the proposed MCDM framework, it is found that engineered siliceous materials and agriculture-based industrial waste products as SCMs will prove to be most sustainable in the construction industry.

ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants.
