Smart tourism is an important vehicle and driving force to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional tourism. As an important supporting technology for smart tourism, cloud computing brings innovative advantages in modern tourism such as systems, management, and markets. Smart cloud services based on cloud computing technology will be more deeply embedded into traditional tourism elements. It is not only the concept of technology and service, but also the result of the pursuit of personalized tourism experience. Its cloud thinking will inevitably promote the integration and subdivision of resources within the tourism industry, and at the same time promote the adjustment and development of tourism-related industrial structures.

By using SaaS mode and cloud computing technology, this paper subdivides the requirements of foundation pit monitoring work, and puts forward solutions according to design thinking and design means. The foundation pit monitoring information cloud platform is built in the way of Cloud Architecture, which greatly improves the efficiency of foundation pit monitoring, and realizes the high sharing of monitoring data information and platform resources.

The evolution of IT led Cloud computing technology emerge as a new prototype in providing the services to its users on rented basis at any time or place. Considering the flexibility of cloud services, innumerable organizations switched their businesses to the cloud technology by setting up more data centers. A few approaches were outlined in literature to enhance performance, job scheduling, storage resources, QoS and load distribution. Load balancing concept permits data centers to avert over-loading or under-loading in virtual machines that as such is an issue in cloud computing domain. Consequently, it necessitate the researchers to layout and apply a proper load balancer for cloud environment. The respective study represents a view of problems and threats faced by the current load balancing techniques and make the researchers find more efficient algorithms.

<p>With the growth and development of social networks and emerging cloud computing networks, social network users will be able to share their intended data, in data centers from various places all over the worlds which belong to cloud, with one another and additionally use others data simultaneously. Since with the passage of time, sharing the services and data sources through social networks in Tourism industry would be more complex for clients, it could be possible to facilitate the usage and sharing the Tourism resources with designing a social cloud platform. Initially, social cloud in Tourism area collects clients’ information their inter-connected relationships from social networks. Afterwards, with the utilization of artificial bee colony algorithm, it can make an adjustment and balance in Tourism resources that have been shared as of yet and the comments and friendly relationships obtained from social networks. The present work aims to boost tourism development in China, grasp the psychology of tourists at any time, and provide personalized tourist services. The research object is the tourism industry in Macau. In particular, tourists' experiences are comprehensively analyzed in terms of dining, living, traveling, sightseeing, shopping, and entertaining as per their psychological changes using approaches including big data analysis, literature analysis, and field investigation. In this case, a model of tourism experience formation path is summarized, and a smart travel solution is proposed based on psychological experience. In the end, specific and feasible suggestions are put forward for the Macau tourism industry. Results demonstrate that the psychology-based smart travel solution exerts a significant impact on tourists' tourism experience. Specifically, the weight of secular tourism experience is 0.523, the weight of aesthetic tourism experience is 0.356, and the weight of stimulating tourism experience is 0.121. Tourists prefer travel destinations with excellent urban security and scenic authenticity. They give the two indexes comprehensive scores of 75.14 points and 73.12 points, respectively. The proposed smart travel solution can grasp the psychology of tourists and enhance their tourism experiences. It has strong practical and guiding significances, which can promote constructing smart travel services in Macau and enhancing tourism experiences.
