The objective of this study is to test the influence of inflation rates, interest rates, liquidity rates proxied by the finance to deposit ratio, and profit sharing rates to the amount of mudharabah deposit. This study conducts the regression analysis and uses time series data which retrieved from the quarterly financial statements of BRI Syariah and BCA Syariah in Indonesia over period of 2014 to 2018 as the sample. The study proves that: (a) the inflation rates is insignificant to influence the amount of deposit mudharabah; (b) the interest rates is insignificant to influence the amount of deposit mudharabah of BRI Syariah and BCA Syariah because when the interest of conventional bank increase then the amount of deposit mudharabah do not experience dramatic changes because the customers still invest their fund at BRI Syariah and BCA Syariah; (c) finance to deposit ratio is significant to influence the amount of mudharabah deposit; (d) the rates of share profit is insignificant to influence the amount of mudharabah deposit; and (e) size is insignificant to influence the amount of mudharabah deposit.

Due to the global economic downturn, the Korean economy continues to slump. Hereupon the Bank of Korea implemented a monetary policy of cutting the base rate to actively respond to the economic slowdown and low prices. Economists have been trying to predict and analyze interest rate hikes and cuts. Therefore, in this study, a prediction model was estimated and evaluated using vector autoregressive model with time series data of long- and short-term interest rates. The data used for this purpose were call rate (1 day), loan interest rate, and Treasury rate (3 years) between January 2002 and December 2019, which were extracted monthly from the Bank of Korea database and used as variables, and a vector autoregressive (VAR) model was used as a research model. The stationarity test of variables was confirmed by the ADF-unit root test. Bidirectional linear dependency relationship between variables was confirmed by the Granger causality test. For the model identification, AICC, SBC, and HQC statistics, which were the minimum information criteria, were used. The significance of the parameters was confirmed through t-tests, and the fitness of the estimated prediction model was confirmed by the significance test of the cross-correlation matrix and the multivariate Portmanteau test. As a result of predicting call rate, loan interest rate, and Treasury rate using the prediction model presented in this study, it is predicted that interest rates will continue to drop.

The objective of this research is to examine empirically the effect of Debt on Firm’s Value and the ability of Group Affiliation to moderate the effect of Debt toward Firm’s Value by using an approach simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This research uses time series data in 2011 – 2015 for company's finance data that got from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Election Procedure sample uses purposive sampling and the result are existed 35 companies that fulfill criterion. The results show that Debt has positive effect on Firm’s Value, while Group Affiliation act as a moderating variable can reduce the effect of Debt toward Firm’s Value. The higher capability of group affiliation to take control of a company, the lower debt financing that company has. Keywords: Debt Financing, Firm’s Value, Group Affiliation

Poverty is being a problem in all developing countries including Indonesia. Among goverment programs, poverty has become the center offattention in policy at both of the regional and national levels. Looking at thephenomenon of poverty, Islam present with solution to reduce poverty through Zakat. This study aims to analyze the effect of ZIS and Zakat Fitrah against poverty in Indonesia in 1998 until 2010, data used in this study is secondary data and uses time series data, for the dependent variabel is poverty and for independent variables are ZIS and Zakat Fitrah. The analysis tools used in this study is to use multiple regression analysis model and the assumptions of classical test using the software Eviews-4. In this study also concluded that the ZIS variables significantly affect to the reduction of poverty in Indonesia although the effect is very small. In the variable Zakat Fitrah not significantly affect poverty reduction in Indonesia because of the nature of Zakat Fitrah is for consumption and not for long-term needs. The results of this study can be used for the management of zakat to be able to develop the management and to get a better system for distribution of zakat so that the main purpose of zakat can be achieved to reduce poverty.
Keywords : Poverty, Zakat Fitrah, ZIS.

This study aims to determine the effect of the equivalent rate of profit sharing, interest rates on BPR deposits and the number of BPRS Offices on the number of mudharabah iB deposit customers at BPRS in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research using secondary data in the form of financial reports published by OJK in Sharia Banking Statistics (SPS) and Indonesian Banking Statistics (SPI) with time series data in the period of 2016-2018. The sample in this study all BPRS in Indonesia is 168 BPRS. Analysis of research using multiple linear regression analysis using application or supporting software namely PASW (Predictive Analytics SoftWare) Statistics 18, the results of research, it can be concluded that: 1) Equivalent rate of profit sharing (X1) has a significant negative effect of iB mudharabah deposit customers, 2) Variable interest rates on BPR deposits (X2) do not affect the number of mudharabah iB deposit customers. 3) The variable number of BPRS offices (X3) has a significant positive effect on the number of mudharabah iB deposit customers. 4) The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.586 or 58.6%. which means that 58.6% causes variable variable number of iB mudharabah (Y) deposit customers can be influenced by the equivalent rate of profit sharing, the level of BPR deposit rates and the number of BPRS offices, while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.

Rainfall time series data from three sites (Kinshasa, Luki, and Mabali) in the western Democratic Republic of Congo were analyzed using regression analysis; rainfall intensities decreased in all three sites. The Congo Basin waters will follow the equation y = -20894x + 5483.16; R2 = 0.7945. The model suggests 18%-loss of the Congo Basin water volume and 7%-decrease for fish biomasses by 2025. Financial incomes generated by fishing will decrease by 11% by 2040 compared with 1998 levels. About 51% of women (N= 408,173) from the Lake Tumba Landscape fish; their revenues decreased by 11% between 2005 and 2010. If this trend continues, women's revenues will decrease by 59% by 2040. Decreased waters will severely impact women (e.g. increasing walking distances to clean waters). Increasing populations and decreasing waters will lead to immigrations to this region because water resources will remain available and highly likely ignite social conflicts over aquatic resources.

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, inflation and market risk on the performance of stock mutual funds with a stock index of lq45 as the moderating variable. The independent variable in this case is the interest rate (x1), inflation (x2), market risk (x3) and the dependent variable is the performance of stock mutual funds (y) and the stock index lq45 as the intervening variable (m). The type of research used is associative research, with a quantitative approach. This study takes all time series data that converts interest rates, inflation and market risk, stock index lq45 and the performance of stock mutual fund for the period 2016 to 2019. The number of research samples using saturated sampling techniques obtained is 40 samples. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis using spss23. The results of the F test show that the lq45 index is able to moderate the independent variable interest rate, inflation, market risk together on the performance of stock mutual funds. The t test results show that the stock index lq45 is able to moderate the relationship between the variable interest rate and market risk on the performance of stock mutual funds, while the inflation variable cannot be moderated by the stock index lq45 on the performance of stock mutual funds.

Foreign tourist arrivals could be considered as time series data. Modelling these data could make use of internal and external factors. The techniques employed here to model these time series data are SARIMA, SARIMAX, VARIMA, and VARIMAX. SARIMA is a model for seasonal data and VARIMA is a model for multivariate time series data. If some explanatory variables are incorporated and have significant influence on the response, the former two models become SARIMAX and VARIMAX respectively. Three stages of creating the model are model identification, parameter estimation, and model diagnostics. The variables used in this study were foreign tourist visits, international passenger arrivals, inflation rates, currency exchange rates, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) over the period of 2010-2017. All four models fulfill their model assumptions and therefore could be applied. The best model of foreign tourist arrivals was VARIMA with the value of MAPE testing data = 6.123.
