PT. Surya Toto Indonesia is a large company in Banten Province. This company is located on Jl. MH. Thamrin km. 7, Tangerang Banten. Until now, the number of employees is around 1.200 employees. With a large number of employees, a proper performance appraisal decision support system is needed so that the work results of employees can be clearly and well defined. Until now, the process for performance appraisal is still using paper or also called manual which causes the process to take a bit longer and reports cannot be enjoyed in real time. From the existing problems, a web-based decision support system is needed which will be able to facilitate all parties related to the performance appraisal process. The method used begins with communication with the parties involved. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, planning, and finally reporting is carried out. The conclusion from this suggests that using the existing criteria provides two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations performed on three employees, the score obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.92) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.84) was employee A.

The decision support system (DSS) for employee performance appraisal is a decision support system used in the employee performance appraisal process at PT. Surya Toto Tbk. Currently, the employee performance appraisal process still done manually (paper-based) so that the reports produced were not real-time. From the existing problems, this research aimed to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to be able to develop into a Web-based DSS. The method used began with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, design, and finally making reports carried out. The conclusion of this study provided a suggestion to use the criteria that had given two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations carried out for three employees, the value obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.98) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.85) was employee A.

Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Kata kunci: Bravo, sistem pendukung keputusan, pelanggan, SAW. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo. PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal is a company engaged in mining and focusing on coal minerals, which is supported by many employees who work professionally in their respective fields. In a company, an employee performance appraisal process is usually carried out to determine the best employees. In the current performance appraisal process, the company still uses a manual system, so it is still less effective and efficient in managing data. The problem faced is how to calculate the best employee performance appraisal, with a decision support system in calculating employee performance appraisal, one of which is by applying the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Porcess) method which is expected to produce the best employee rankings. The system that will be created will be web-based using MYSQL.

MNC Group as a television media company, performs performance appraisal for each employee as a job evaluation material, which is carried out by the head of the division, one of which is the head of the technical division of 112 other employees. The process of evaluating employee performance at MNC Group is still done manually, which is using Microsoft Excel applications one by one which makes the length of the process. The employee's assessment and appraisal report does not display the ranking from the top to the bottom of all of the employees. Decision support system in evaluating employee performance in MNC Group using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method with this white box test is made to assist the head of the division to expand employee appraisal capabilities. The employee performance appraisal process is carried out in a computerized, structured and systematic manner based on the assessment criteria previously determined by the MNC Group, namely the quantity of work, accuracy & time management, quality of work and efficiency. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is a weighted addition method by looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. So that it can be obtained from every employee at MNC Group. Testing of system results that have been made is very necessary to know that the system is running well. Tests carried out are white box testing which is based on checking the details of the design, using the control structure of the program design procedurally to divide the test into several test cases. So that the value of the test results is known, namely 2 with the type of procedure is a simple procedure and the risk level is low risk.

Rabbit is one of the many pets maintained by the general public in Indonesia. Like other pet, rabbits are also susceptible to various diseases. Society in general does not understand correctly the type of rabbit disease and the way of treatment. To help care for sick rabbits it is necessary a decision support system recommendation diagnosis of rabbit disease. The purpose of this research is to make the application of rabbit disease diagnosis system so that can help user in taking care of rabbit. This application diagnoses the disease by tracing the symptoms and calculating the recommendation of the disease using Simple Additive Weighting method. This research produces a web-based decision support system that is used to help rabbit breeders and the general public.

Tourism is one of the important economic sectors in Indonesia that needs to be developed. This is based on data of the number of tourist visits from “Kementrian Pariwisata Republik Indonesia” website that the number of tourists in Indonesia is very much and continues to increase over time. Due to the increasing number of tourist visits from various places, makes many entrepreneurs are competing to establish a hotel as a place of business with variety of  price, class, facility and service. Then, the growth of the hotels became very rapid. With so many choices of the hotels, of course it will cause a problems for tourists to decide which hotel is suitable with the desired criteria. With the development of information technology in this era of globalization, technology should be utilized to solve this problem as a decision support system that can recommend which hotel is the most suitable from the tourist desires. The hotel data to be used in this research comes from hotel search site. The methods used for this decision support system are SAW and TOPSIS methods. The reason for using this methods is because SAW has the ability to assess more accurately because it is based on criteria and the computation of TOPSIS method is efficient and fast. The criteria used on choosing the hotel are price, facilities and class. The results of this research has been generated as a web-based application for hotel recommendation. Based on the test results of this hotel recommendation system application, this application works as expected.

Smartphones are already a must-have communication technology to make it easier to live your daily life. However, with so many choices can make consumers confused in determining the appropriate choice. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help in the simple process that can be applied to decision-making cases such as in smartphone selection recommendations with a wide range of attributes. In the case of this study, the results were obtained that the Realme X3 Superzoom smartphone scored the highest preference with a value of 22. With this research, it is hoped that this decision support system can help potential consumers to more easily consider in the selection of smartphones that suit their wishes or needs

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan penentuan Shift pegawai dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) proses dari metode SAW yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua kriteria, membuat  tabel rating kecocokan dari setiap alternatif pada setiap kriteria yang telah ditentukkan dan membuat sebuah matriks keputusan. Aplikasi yang dibangun merupakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaiakan permasalahan Shift Pegawai secara terkomputerasi, Dengan adanya sistem ini maka RS. Bhayangkara Tk. II Medan dapat memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. The implementation of decision support system tools in providing decision support for management is absolutely necessary. In its application, this aims to make the decision effective so that the decisions produced can be objective. This research discusses employee performance appraisal by implementing a decision support system. Many methods of decision support systems that can be used to rank, but in this study, the authors use the ranking method known as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The SAW method works by summing the weighted attributes that are interrelated. This method is quite simple and is able to provide the right decisions for employees who have the best performance to be recommended in job promotions. In this research, assessment attributes are used, namely education, experience, expertise, collaboration, work quality, and discipline. The final results show that employees on behalf of Ferdinal have the highest value with a value of 0.850.

From the existing problems, this research aims to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the aim of being able to be developed into a Web-based DSS. The method used begins with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, data collection process, analysis, design and finally making reports are carried out. The conclusion of this study provides a suggestion for the addition of subcriteria from the existing criteria. After calculating with AHP, the value that appears for the work outcome criteria (A) on the quantitative subcriteria A11 with a score of 0.123, qualitative A12 with a score of 0.033, delivery A13 with a score of 0.024 and Implementation of SOP A14 with a score of 0.018. The score is for a very good value (BS).
