The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Foreign Ownership and Leverage Effects on Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2014 - 2018 The results of this study simultaneously Fcount value of 5.808 with a probability of 0.04 smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that all independent variables (Foreign ownership and leverage) together have a significant effect on financial performance. Changes that occur in financial performance can be explained by the variable Foreign ownership and leverage of 73%, the remaining 27% is explained by other variables outside the model. partially foreign ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance with a coefficient of t count 3.004 and a significance of 0.003. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the proxied ratio of activities with Total Asset Turnover and Leverage proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio on Corporate Values ​​proxied with Price to Book Value with Profitability proxied with Return On Assets as an intervening variable through Annual Financial Reports That Have Been Compiled By Plantation Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Population In This Study Is Obtained By Using Purposive Sampling Methods In Plantation Companies Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) During the 2015-2017 Period and based on the criteria that have been determined, a sample of 14 plantation companies is obtained. The analysis method used is Path Analysis, the development of multiple linear regression. By using multiple regression analysis, TATO has a significant positive effect on ROA. While DER has a significant negative effect on ROA. The TATO variable has a significant positive effect on PBV. DER variable has a significant negative effect on PBV and ROA has a significant positive effect on PBV. Based on path analysis and Sobel Test, it can be concluded that ROA mediates the effect of TATO on PBV. However, ROA does not mediate the effect of DER on ROA.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability on the share prices of sector Transportation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2014-2018. The Share Prices as the dependent variable is proxied by Closing Price. The independent variables in this Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability. The Profitability is proxied by Return On Asset (ROA), Liquidity is proxied by Current Ration (CR), Solvability is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research method uses a quantitative method approach. The results of this experiment showed that the independent variable Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.000 < 0.00. Liquidity has not a significant negative effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.181 > 0.005. Solvability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.001 < 0.005. Profitability, Liquidity, and Solvability together significantly influence the Share Price with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005.

ROA is a comparison between pre-tax profit and total bank assets. Factors that can influence ROA must be observed by bank management in order to obtain optimal ROA. Optimal ROA shows that banks are able to make good use of assets owned to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, DER and LAR partially on ROA in commercial banks on the IDX for the period 2013-2015. The sample in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015, which totaled 31 banking companies, which were taken using the census method. Data collection is done by nonparticipant observation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between CAR and ROA. NPL shows a significant negative effect on ROA. DER shows a significant negative effect on ROA, and LAR shows a significant positive effect on ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPL, DER, LAR, ROA

Profitability is very important for a company to carry out their operational activities because in general they cannot not survive without the ability to generate profits. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital, firm size, company efficiency, liquidity, and leverage on profitability in manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2019. This research used purposive sampling with 108 sample data. The data were analyzed using panel data regression using eviews 11 software. It showes that working capital, firm size, company efficiency, liquidity, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability. Partially, working capital has a significant positive effect on profitability. Firm size has no significant positive effect on profitability (ROE), but it has a significant positive effect on profitability (EPS). Company efficiency has a significant positive effect on profitability. Liquidity has no significant positive effect on profitability (ROE) and has no negative effect on profitability (EPS). Leverage DER and LDAR have no significant negative effect on profitability. Therefore, this research can be a reference for future research to analyze the determininant of profitability.

This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on Return On Equity (ROE). The research samples used in this study were 65 companies, namely the Basic Industry and Chemical companies which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The data analysis used was ANOVA and Partial Regression test. The results showed that WCT and DER had a significantly positive effect on ROE from the results of research on the Basic and Chemical Industry companies, so that accounting information has a value of relevance to investment decisions. Working Capital Turnover Variable, partially has a significant negative effect on Return On Equity. This study aims to determine the influence of stock characteristics with stock returns on consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011- 2015. Stock characteristics are illiquidity, size, beta, risk and dividend yield. This study uses quantitative approach by using multiple linear regression method in the form of panel data. This study uses a sample of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The number of samples used in this study is 125 years of observation consisting of 25 companies. The finding of this study indicates that the influence of stock characteristics with stock returns. Illiquidity has no significant positive effect on stock return. Size has no significant positive effect on stock return. Beta has a significant positive effect on stock return. Risk has a significant negative effect on stock return. Dividend yield has a significant negative effect on stock return.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leverage, size of company, audit quality and accounting result simultaneously or partially to the audit report lag. The type of this research is descriptive verificative. The number of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) over the period of 2011-2015 are 143 companies, then obtained a sample of 110 by purposive sampling. Analysis of data is carried out using multiple regression method. The results showed variable leverage, size company, audit quality and accounting result can explain audit report lag 33.3%. Partial test results showed that leverage did not significantly affect, size company and accounting result have a significant negative effect and audit quality have a significant positive effect on audit report lag.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business risk, profitability, and asset structure on capital structure. This study takes samples from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of business risk research have a significant positive effect on the capital structure of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 while profitability has a significant negative effect on the capital structure of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX, and asset structure has a significant positive effect on the capital structure in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the ratio of activity, firm size, capital structure, liquidity and debt ratio to company’s profitability in manufacturing companies food sub-sector and bevarages listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. The method of collecting secondary data is taken from the IDX that publishes the financial statements. This research uses several analytical methods, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test) and determnasi test (adjusted R2) to test its hypothesis using Eviews 9. The results showed that total asset turnover of debt equity ratio has a positive significance, size has positive not significant, current ratio has negative ratio is not significant and debt has significant negative effect to profitability of company which measured by using Return Of Equity. F-test results show that all independent variables in this research simultaneously have a significant effect on the return of equity of companies in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In the Adjusted R2 test, the analysis results show that 95.2% return of equity is influenced by the independent variables of this research while the remaining 4.8% is influenced by other factors not studied.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of state ownership and foreign ownership of corporate risk taking as well as the control variable return on assets (ROA) and the size of the companies that influence the corporate risk taking. The sample of this study was 181 companies from non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are state ownership significant negative effect on the corporate risk taking and foreign ownership is significant positive effect on corporate risk taking. In the control variable is return on assets (ROA) significant positive effect on corporate risk taking and the size of the company significant negative effect on corporate risk taking.
