This study analyzes the factors affecting customer satisfaction about the service quality of businesses operating in the field of logistics, using the case study conducted at Duong Vy company. From the SERVQUAL model of Parasuraman, this study develops a model to measure the satisfaction of logistics service quality which consists of five factors, including (1) reliability, (2) responsiveness, (3) assurance, (4) empathy, and (5) tangibles. The study used quantitative methods (linear regression) to analyze data sets collected from 256 customers of Duong Vy to test the research hypotheses. The results show that responsiveness, assurances, and empathy have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. This comes from the characteristics of logistics industries that require assurance and accurate responsiveness. Therefore, the study offers some solutions for Duong Vy as well as the logistics industry to improve the quality of logistics services, such as (1) invest to improve the assessment of tangible value and customer trust; and (2) promote assurance, responsiveness, and empathy to increase customer satisfaction and enhance business efficiency.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate image and reputation on service quality and its impact on customer satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk. This research used quantitative methods. The data is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study was customers of Bank Artha Graha, Tbk. The number of samples was determined by using Hair et.al. (1998) sampling method that is at least 5 times the number of parameters used in the study. The number of sample collected was 215 respondents. Using multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that corporate image and company reputation to have  direct and significant positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction on Bank Tabungan Graha Bank Tabungan Graha. Corporate image and company reputation has contributed 77.1% to the quality of service. In addition, the quality of service has direct and significant positive impact on service satisfaction on the Bank Tabungan Graha Bank Tabungan Graha. Contribution of company influence, company reputation and service quality equal to 71,5% to customer satisfaction. Corporate image has indirectly affected customer satisfaction through service quality at Bank Artha Graha Tbk that is 5,5% similarly, Company Reputation has indirectly influence to customer satisfaction through service quality at Bank Artha Graha Tbk that is equal to 5,3%. To improve customer satisfaction the company must maintain the corporate image abd reputation of the company through the quality of service.

This study applied SERVQUAL scale of Parasuraman et al to measure factors affecting customer satisfaction on service quality at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank - An Giang Branch (Techcombank An Giang). The study was conducted to survey 207 customers who have been using the service at Techcombank An Giang. The survey results were analyzed by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test method, then used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify and evaluate the scale of service quality. The results of the regression analysis show that customer's satisfaction about service quality at Techcombank An Giang includes four factors: The factor with the highest level is the Empathy with Beta = 0.253, the second of factor is the Responsibility with Beta = 0.248, ranked third in the influence level is the Tangible with Beta = 0.235, and the lowest impact level is the Reliability with Beta = 0.144. The research also uses statistical methods to describe and test the differences of demographic factors with customer's satisfactionon service quality.The analysis results show that there is no difference between customer's satisfaction on service quality and factors such as gender, age, income, number of transaction banks, regular transaction banks, and time to use the service at Techcombank An Giang. Through the research results, the author would like to propose some ideas to improve the quality of services, thereby attracting new customers and importantly, keeping traditional customers because the development orientation of Techcombank is to take care of old customers to cross sell other products of the bank. The Stud results offer a basis for the branch to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction on their service quality, thereby having an appropriate strategy to improve customer satisfaction.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

Online consumer’s buying behavior consists of buying process of products and services through internet. Internet shopping is the process of buying goods and services from merchants who sell on the online. Online shopping allows buyers to buy sooner, more choices and can order products and services with comparative reasonable price. This study examines the factors affecting customer satisfaction towards online shopping in Kathmandu valley. The customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. Perceived service quality, perceived ease of use, perceived security and online payment process are the independent variables. The study is based on 408 respondents from the online shopping buyers of Kathmandu valley. Convenience sampling method was followed to select the respondents. To achieve the purpose of the study, structured questionnaire is prepared. Descriptive and explanatory research designs have been used. Correlation and regression analysis have been used to make analysis and draw the conclusion. The regression models are estimated to test the significance and importance of selected factors on customer satisfaction towards online shopping in Kathmandu valley. The result shows that there is positive relationship of perceived service quality and perceived ease of use with customer satisfaction. It is also found that online shopping has positive impact on customer’s satisfaction in Kathmandu valley. The findings of this study will be fruitful to researchers, policymakers, businesspeople and Government for academically as well as policy perspectives.

Abstract Service quality is an important element in assessing the ability of institutions to meet its goals. The objective of this paper is to examine the factors that probably affect the quality of service for zakat institution, especially in Sepang using the SERVQUAL model which has five factors; reliability, react, assurance, empathy and tangible. A total of 103 respondents from Muslim entrepreneurs have participated in this study. This study uses several approaches, including exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and logistic regression analysis. Findings indicate that empathy and tangible are significant factors affecting the quality of service LZS in model studied. Several implications have been discussed in this study. Objektif kertas ini adalah untuk melihat faktor yang dijangka mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan institusi zakat khususnya di daerah Sepang dengan menggunakan model SERVQUAL yang mempunyai lima faktor iaitu kebolehpercayaan, bertindak balas, jaminan, empati dan kewujudan. Sejumlah 103 responden yang terdiri daripada usahawan muslim telah mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini.  Kajian ini menggunakan beberapa ujian termasuklah analisis tinjauan faktor (EFA) dan analisis regresi logistik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan faktor empati dan kewujudan adalah signifikan dan mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan LZS dalam model yang dikaji. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality indicators in measurement using Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance on Banking Customer Satisfaction in Indonesia.This research uses quantitative methods that are descriptive and tends to analyze using an inductive approach. This type of research uses Explanatary Research, the study population uses banking customers. The data collection method in this study is to spread questions with the right target, the questionnaire in this study has requirements that must be met: The questions are factual, the questions are opinion, the questions are self-perception.The findings in this study explain that service quality affects customer satisfaction, the results of statistical tests with t test can be concluded that service quality has an influence on banking customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to study the quality of service using the PLN Mobile Application in increasing customer satisfaction with quantitative methods at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Cikembar, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing using partial testing (t test). The results of the study, obtained an R number of 0.232 in the category 0.00 - 0.199, which means a low relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Conclusions, each Service Quality (X) variable in this study can represent each variable and can be used by future researchers. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

The intention to buy back is one of the objectives of the business strategy. This study aims to analyze the effect of mediating customer satisfaction on e-service and repurchase intention. This analytical study was conducted on e-commerce that is widely used by Indonesia, namely Shopee.co.id. The rapid growth of e-commerce, both C2C and B2B, has made online retailers compete in the online retail business. The intention to buy back is no longer solely due to the quality of service like an offline business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of mediating customer satisfaction from the quality of E-Commerce on repurchase intention in E-Commerce that has implemented a combination of C2B and B2B. Quantitative methods with structural equation analysis (SEM) and path analysis were used to analyze data using LISREL. The questionnaire is distributed to respondents used as samples taken from the population for this research. The researched population is user of Shopee.co.id in Indonesia, whereas samples of the population are randomly taken. The samples of this research are 279 respondents. The results of this study found that there is no significant direct effect of electronic service quality on repurchases intentions, but when customer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable, it shows that electronic service quality affects repurchase intention significantly through customer satisfaction. This study will help online retailers to find out what factors influence customers to make repeat purchases.
