Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mutakhir memungkinkan untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Saat ini telah berkembang sistem informasi di bidang pendidikan yang menangani tentang pembayaran SPP. Untuk membantu tercapainya sistem informasi ideal yang menangani pembayaran SPP dibutuhkan sistem yang efisien, akurat dan cepat.  Sistem  administrasi  yang  dilakukan  secara  manual akan menghambat kinerja tata usaha selaku operator administrasi sekolah. Penulis melakukan penelitian dan membuat   Sistem   Informasi   Pembayaran   SPP   berbasis Android (Android Based Information System) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada aplikasi Android Studio, serta Sistem Informasi Pembayaran SPP berbasis Web (Web Based Information System) dengan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan Framework CodeIgniter. Dalam membangun  sistem informasi ini digunakan  Unified Modeling Language  (UML) serta dengan  metode  Prototype. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dan masalah-masalah apa saja yang timbul dari sistem yang berjalan sebelum dilakukan penelitian, serta mempercepat bagian  administrasi  dalam melayani  pembayaran  SPP dan memperbaiki sistem yang lama lalu menggantikannya dengan sistem baru.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. <p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. Coaching log merupakan catatan pendampingan yang direkam dalam sebuah file hard copy yang berisi tentang data tenan, coach, catatan pendampingan, tugas dari coach kepada tenan, serta hasil tugas sebelumnya yang diberikan oleh coach kepada tenan. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Kecamatan Rancaekek masih menggunakan surat sebagai sarana berkomunikasi baik kepada masyarakat maupun instansi lainnya. Dalam setiap hari banyak surat masuk dan surat keluar yang di kelola Kecamatan Rancaekek sehingga terjadi penumpukan surat, pengelolaan surat yang masih menggunakan manual tentu tidak efektif di mana surat hanya akan ditulis dalam buku besar lalu kemudian disimpan dalam lemari arsip. Ketidakefektifan tersebut tentu menyulitkan pengguna ketika akan mencari lembar surat yang diperlukan dari permasalahan tersebut tentu Kecamatan Rancaekek membutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga mempermudah dalam pencarian surat, meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan surat, serta pengelolaan administrasi surat menyurat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi pada objek dengan permodalan UML (Unified Modeling Language) diimplementasikan dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP: Hypertext Pre-processor) dan menggunakan database MYSQL serta Framework CodeIgniter. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem informasi Blackbox testing, fitur-fitur yang dirancang meliputi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar serta pengelolaan laporan yang dapat berjalan dengan baik seperti penginputan, penggunaan database sebagai media penyimpanan, pengelolaan kategori surat berdasarkan jumlah total surat masuk dan surat keluar, jumlah surat perhari, serta jumlah surat pertahun yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik selain itu sistem laporan yang dikategorikan berdasarkan divisi telah mempermudah pengguna dalam penyampaian pelaporan surat dan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan.     Abstract   Rancaekek District still uses Mail as a means of communicating both to the community and other agencies. Every day many incoming and outgoing Mail are managed by the Rancaekek District so that there is a buildup of Mail, the management of Mail that still use manuals is certainly not effective where Mail will only be written in a ledger and then stored in a filing cabinet. This ineffectiveness certainly makes difficult for users when looking for the required letter sheets from this problem. Of course, Rancaekek District needs a computerized design of an information system for managing incoming and outgoing mail, making it easier to search for Mail, minimizing the occurrence of lost Mail and managing correspondence administration to be more effective, and efficient. The design of this information system uses on object-oriented approach with UML (Unified Modeling Language) capital implemented with PHP programming language (PHP: Hypertext Pre-processor) and uses MYSQL database and CodeIgniter Framework. The method used in the design of this information system is the waterfall. Based on the Blackbox testing information system testing, the designed features include managing incoming and outgoing mail and managing reports, can run well, such as inputting, using databases as storage media, managing letter categories based on the total number of incoming and outgoing Mail, number of Mail per day, and number of Mail per year displayed in graphic form In addition, the reporting system which is categorized by division has made it easier for users to submit letter reports and according to what is needed

Currently the system that is running still has many shortcomings and weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs that the company wants such as the report preparation that is long enough so that the owner waits long to get it. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory system that can present the information needed. Operations that run on this system are: check goods, input sales data, input purchase data, convection data input, purchase reports, and sales reports. The use of this system is divided into two accesses, namely for employees and owners so that they can easily manage goods data. The development tools used in this study use the CI, PHP framework as a programming language and phpMyAdmin 4.7.9 as the MySQL DBMS interface. Design and design an inventory system for TransitCo Bandung goods using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as its modeling tool. This Inventory system is web and mobile based so it is more dynamic and can be used easily and user friendly. Abstract – Currently, the procedure for admitting new students at SMK Al-Halim Garut is considered less effective and efficient. Since the acceptance of new students is by means of prospective students who must fill out a form using the google forms provided by the school. This makes it difficult to share information with outsiders. After that, prospective students or parents must come to school to just see announcements or information and even submit documents related to the implementation of new student admissions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new web-based student information system at SMK Al-Halim Garut which can solve the problems so far. This development stage used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model and the need for a Unified Modeling Language (UML) which functions to make it easier to describe the system already made. The results showed that the Web-based Information System for New Student Admissions with PHP and SQL was able to manage the implementation of the New Student Admissions, such as registration, selection, announcement, and re-registration. In the feasibility test using a black box, it showed that this software was very feasible in terms of functionality.Keywords : information system, acceptance of new students, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML).Abstrak - Saat ini prosedur penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMK Al-Halim Garut dinilai kurang efektif dan efisian. Karena penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan cara calon siswa harus mengisi lembaran formulir menggunakan google form yang sudah disediakan oleh pihak sekolah. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Setelah itu calon siswa ataupun orang tua siswa harus bersusah payah mendatangi sekolah untuk sekedar melihat pengumuman atau informasi dan bahkan mnyerahkan dokumen persyaratan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya suatu pengembangan sistem informasi peserta didik baru berbasis web di SMK Al-Halim Garut yang bisa menyelasaikan permasalahan selama ini. Tahap pengembangan ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall dan perlu adanya Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah menggambarkan sistem yang akan dibuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbasis Web dengan PHP dan SQL ini mampu mengelola pelaksanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru yaitu pendaftaran, seleksi, pengumuman, dan pendaftaran ulang. Pada uji kelayakan yang mengggunakan black box menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ini sangat layak dari aspek fungsional.Kata Kunci : sistem infromasi, penerimaan peserta didik baru, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML).

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales
