Introduction. In this article, the basic principles of ecological monitoring were considered, and the possibilities of constructing sensor systems were analysed. It was proposed to use the NB-IoT low-energy telecommunication standard as a basic wireless protocol for ecological system development, which ensures effective communication of network devices. A prototype of the system was constructed, and algorithms for receiving and transmitting signals were simulated.Aim. To construct a prototype of a transceiver based on the NB-IoT standard and perform its simulation. To utilize digital twin in MatLab to create the proposed system.Materials and methods. The prototype was constructed using the Xilinx Zedboard evaluation board and transceiver on AD9361 chip, and the simulation was performed using the MatLab 2010 software package.Results. The results of the simulation in the channel with the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) were obtained, and the level of the detected synchronization signals of the NB-IoT standard was determined. The receiver and transmitter of the NB-IoT standard were implemented on the Xilinx Zedboard evaluation board. The timing simulation results show that the designed system can be tested in a real environment. The power consumption and resource utilization of the constructed wireless sensor network prototype unit were determined. Conclusion. The results obtained via the simulation process show that the designed prototype of the communication system works correctly, and the produced signal meets all the requirements of the NB-IoT standard. The results can be used for creating a domestic manufactured, specialized integrated chip for data units of ecological monitoring systems.

This chapter aims to outline the methodologies for solving the most important challenges in the field of innovation management – assessment of innovative events and activities and selection of optimal calendar periods for carrying them out. A transdisciplinary approach is used as a way of solving this problem. Basic principles of this approach, principles of building transdisciplinary models of informational and temporal order units will be covered, thereby making it possible to represent development as a multiplex or a totality of M-waves. Use of such models allows to offer special methodologies - an innovative chart of business system development. Results of a retrospective analysis of several enterprises are shown, which confirm the effectiveness of this methodical technique, and an example of building an innovative chart of development is presented, including the calculation of schedule periods for development and implementation of investment, as well as mandatory critical points and control points in the future development of business systems.

The article is devoted to the formation of integrated system development models in the information and telecommunications cluster. It has been established that the study of European experience in cluster development allows identifying the main participants in communication processes that significantly accelerate interaction using an integrated communication system. It has been proven that the key participants in communication platforms include information and telecommunications enterprises, professional communities, local authorities and government institutions that regulate the activities of cluster members, educational institutions and research institutes, technology transfer centers, business incubators, investors and cluster coordination councils. It has been determined that all these organizations will have equal access to platforms, which corresponds to the basic principles of partnership, especially the principle of transparency and openness to innovations based on mutual trust. It has been revealed that the structural-functional model of an integrated system of information and communication support for the interaction of participants shows the directions and ways of virtualizing communications on dedicated platforms.

The paper analyzed on failure mechanism of key components (blades, gearboxes) of wind turbine. Then, that introduced the development about the methods of condition monitoring of the key components. It also described that in recent years the development of methods with location of fault, fault diagnosis and failure distribution respectively. According to the present problems of condition monitoring of wind turbine, the text summed up the problems in four aspects for the future: research of the fault mechanism and failure criterion, vibration signal processing and the method of feature extraction research, study on coupling of wind turbine system, development of on-line monitoring systems.

The research, Simulation of an enhanced network security framework for Educational Enterprise system such as Federal Polytechnic Mubi was carried out of the desire to protect the enterprise network against accidental or deliberate attempt to modify or temper with valuable data. The aim is to develop a workable security framework for the enterprise network of Federal Polytechnic, Mubi while focusing on parameters such as authenticity, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation of data. These problems were solved in the research by securing unused ports with encrypted passwords and securing access lines of all network devices such as routers and switches. The methodology adopted for the system development was the survey method and this is because it provides reliable results used to identify network security problems and experimental methods for the construction of the framework. While data was elicited from extensive review of related journals articles, lecture notes, textbooks, face to face interview and interaction with relevant stakeholders. Design tools such as Diaw were used to produce structure diagrams effectively. Cisco Packet Tracer was then used to carry out the simulation process and the results was found to be in tune with the overall objective of the design.

For widely used in practice communication radio systems based on OFDM signals, the known disadvantages are both a high value of PAPR (leading to a decrease in energy efficiency) and a rela-tively low structural hiding of modulation types. The work aim is to develop a procedure for multi-criteria synthesis of multi-position OFDM radio signals to increase the energy efficiency and structur-al hiding of communication radio systems. At the first stage, the combined quality criterion includes particular criteria that are responsible for increasing the noise immunity to additive «white» Gaussian noise and ensuring the maximization of the structural hiding of the generated signal. The application of the last criterion in radio monitoring systems led to a significant increase in bit error rate from the set of detectors for the known types of signals (up to values of more than 30 %). The proposed two-stage procedure for multi-criteria synthesis of OFDM radio signals additionally provides a gain in energy efficiency (according to the CCDF level ) by more than 0.9 dB and 6.6 dB, respective-ly, compared to the case of using the known reducing PAPR technique PTS (Partial transmit sequence) and without using any method to improve the energy efficiency of OFDM signals.
