Internet banking services must be more responsive towards security requirements. Now a days with the network world, the way for cybercrime is become easier for hacking purpose. Because of this reason, network security has become one of the biggest concerns of today security environment. While there is no doubt that Internet banking transaction must have layered safety towards protection threats, the vendors should technique protection issues as part of their provider services. And heard a lot about hackers and crackers ways to steal any logical password or pincode number character, crimes of ID cards or credit cards fraud or security breaches. In existing work, Identification can be processed to a username and is used to authorize access to a system. As usernames can be lost or stolen, it is necessary to validate that the intended user is really the person he or she claims to be – the authentication process. Biometric based totally authentication and identification structures are the new answers to deal with the issues of safety and privacy. The Face Recognition is the examine of physical or behavioral traits of individual used for the identification of individual. These biometric characteristics of a person include the various features like fingerprints, face, hand geometry, voice, and iris biometric device. Here implement real time secure authentication system using face biometrics for authorized the person for online banking system. The general objective of our project is to develop fully functional face recognition, verification system provide and understand the key aspects of these major technologies, social environmental system and performance aspects. And also provide multiparty access system to allow the multiple persons to access the same accounts by providing access privileges to original account holders. Experimental results show that the proposed system provide high level security in online transaction system than the existing traditional cryptography approach

IN A RECENTLY PUBLISHED paper entitled Continuity through change: the rhetoric and reality of health reform in New Zealand, I and my co-authors Nick Mays and Nancy Devlin pointed out that, in spite of a series of major health sector reforms during the 1990s and early 2000s, some key aspects of the system have endured.1 Moreover, many incremental changes to existing processes and systems that occurred during the reform period have, arguably, been more important to improving the functioning and performance of the system than the more high level (and more visible) structural changes. Since that paper was written, many further changes have occurred in the organisation, funding and management of the New Zealand health system. However, in contrast to the 1990s, the focus now is on continuity and stability rather than on any need for further major change. Indeed, terms such as ?reform? or ?restructuring? have now all but vanished from any debate about health policy in New Zealand. Perhaps the reformers have learned that health system reform is akin to training for the Olympics. The whole process takes a fair bit of time and effort, and results are unlikely to be achieved in the short term. Further major reform is also not regarded as politically viable. As noted in an article in the New Zealand Herald just before the general election in September, there is ?. . . considerable public sensitivity over any whiff of restructuring in health?.2

With the increasing demand for online banking lack of security in the system has been felt due to a tremendous increase in fraudulent activities. Facial recognition is one of the numerous ways that banks can increase security and accessibility. This paper proposes to inspect the use of facial recognition for login and for banking purposes. The potency of our system is that it provides strong security, username and password verification, face recognition and pin for a successful transaction. Multilevel Security of this system will reduce problems of cyber-crime and maintain the safety of the internet banking system. The end result is a strengthened authentication system that will escalate the confidence of customers in the banking sector.

A key aspect of work processes in service sector firms is the interconnection between tasks and performance. Relational coordination can play an important role in addressing the issues of coordinating organizational activities due to high level of interdependence complexity in service sector firms. Research has primarily supported the aspect that well devised high performance work systems (HPWS) can intensify organizational performance. There is a growing debate, however, with regard to understanding the “mechanism” linking HPWS and performance outcomes. Using relational coordination theory, this study examines a model that examine the effects of subsets of HPWS, such as motivation, skills and opportunity enhancing HR practices on relational coordination among employees working in reciprocal interdependent job settings. Data were gathered from multiple sources including managers and employees at individual, functional and unit levels to know their understanding in relation to HPWS and relational coordination (RC) in 218 bank branches in Pakistan. Data analysis via structural equation modelling, results suggest that HPWS predicted RC among officers at the unit level. The findings of the study have contributions to both, theory and practice.

Human-robotic interaction system are increasingly becoming integrated into industrial, commercial and emergency service agencies. It is critical that human operators understand and trust automation when these systems support and even make important decisions. The following study focused on human-in-loop telerobotic system performing a reconnaissance operation. Twenty-four subjects were divided into groups based on level of automation (Low-Level Automation (LLA), and High-Level Automation (HLA)). Results indicated a significant difference between low and high word level of control in hit rate when permanent error occurred. In the LLA group, the type of error had a significant effect on the hit rate. In general, the high level of automation was better than the low level of automation, especially if it was more reliable, suggesting that subjects in the HLA group could rely on the automatic implementation to perform the task more effectively and more accurately.

As it is appreciated that learning is a non-linear process – implying that coaching methodologies in sport should be accommodative – it is reasonable to suggest that player development pathways should also account for this non-linearity. A constraints-led approach (CLA), predicated on the theory of ecological dynamics, has been suggested as a viable framework for capturing the non-linearity of learning, development and performance in sport. The CLA articulates how skills emerge through the interaction of different constraints (task-environment-performer). However, despite its well-established theoretical roots, there are challenges to implementing it in practice. Accordingly, to help practitioners navigate such challenges, this paper proposes a user-friendly framework that demonstrates the benefits of a CLA. Specifically, to conceptualize the non-linear and individualized nature of learning, and how it can inform player development, we apply Adolph’s notion of learning IN development to explain the fundamental ideas of a CLA. We then exemplify a learning IN development framework, based on a CLA, brought to life in a high-level youth football organization. We contend that this framework can provide a novel approach for presenting the key ideas of a CLA and its powerful pedagogic concepts to practitioners at all levels, informing coach education programs, player development frameworks and learning environment designs in sport.

This paper provides a comprehensive description of the current literature on data fusion, with an emphasis on Information Quality (IQ) and performance evaluation. This literature review highlights recent studies that reveal existing gaps, the need to find a synergy between data fusion and IQ, several research issues, and the challenges and pitfalls in this field. First, the main models, frameworks, architectures, algorithms, solutions, problems, and requirements are analyzed. Second, a general data fusion engineering process is presented to show how complex it is to design a framework for a specific application. Third, an IQ approach, as well as the different methodologies and frameworks used to assess IQ in information systems are addressed; in addition, data fusion systems are presented along with their related criteria. Furthermore, information on the context in data fusion systems and its IQ assessment are discussed. Subsequently, the issue of data fusion systems’ performance is reviewed. Finally, some key aspects and concluding remarks are outlined, and some future lines of work are gathered.

SummaryEpidemiologic studies in the general population and those based on the clinical assessment of schizophrenic populations have revealed a high degree of overlap between schizophrenia and addictive disorders. The abuse of psychoactive substances (including alcohol) throughout life is so frequent (50%) that the possibility of a specific link inevitably arises. Various hypotheses have been suggested to explain the high co-morbidity between schizophrenia and addiction: 1) The social-environmental hypothesis has been developed but studies have provided poor evidence to validate it. 2) The possible shared biological vulnerability between schizophrenia and addictions led researchers to explore common genetic determinants and study the involvement of the dopaminergic and opioid systems in the aetiology of both schizophrenia and the abuse of and dependence on psychoactive drugs. 3) Finally, the theory of self-medication suggests that schizophrenics may be attempting to counter the deficit linked to their disorders by using the substances they take or their dependency-type behaviour to cope with their emotional problems. The clinical profile of schizophrenic addicts does seem to display some distinctive features, such as the high level of depressive co-morbidity, very high nicotine and alcohol dependence, with a very poor prognosis. These patients are difficult to manage; the possibility of pharmacologic interactions between the substances they are taking and neuroleptic medication calls for prudence, and their compliance is also poor. Addictive disorders in schizophrenics are currently a topic of active research intended to lead to identifying specific treatments. The early identification of addictive disorders in schizophrenics should make it possible to limit their development and improve the prognosis.

AbstractCharacterization and performance assessment (PA) studies for the potential high-level nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain require an understanding of migration mechanisms and pathways of radioactive solutes. Measurements of 36C1 in samples extracted from boreholes at the site are being used in conjunction with recent infiltration estimates to calibrate a site-scale flow and solute transport model. This exercise using the flow and solute transport model, FEHM, involves testing different model formulations and two different hypotheses to explain the occurrence of elevated 36Cl in the Calico Hills unit (CHn) which indicates younger water than in the overlying Topopah Spring unit (TSw). One hypothesis suggests fast vertical transport from the surface via fractures in the TSw to the CHn. An alternative hypothesis is that the elevated 36C1 concentrations reflect rapid horizontal flow in the CHn or at the interface between the CHn and the TSw with the source being vertical percolation under spatially isolated regions of high infiltration or at outcrops of those units. Arguments in favor of and against the hypotheses are described in conjunction with the site-scale transport studies.
