Literasi Keuangan dan Pendapatan Usaha dalam Mempengaruhi Perilaku Menabung Pelaku UKM

Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pendapatan usaha terhadap perilaku menabung pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Data penelitian melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 282 pelaku UKM di Depok dari berbagai bidang. Regresi ganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis diolah dengan SPSS 23. Temuan penelitian diperolehnya pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung pelaku UKM di Depok. Literasi keuangan para pelaku UKM yang makin baik akan meningkatkan perilaku menabung. Temuan lainnya dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya pengaruh pendapatan usaha terhadap perilaku menabung para pelaku UKM. This study analyzed the influence of financial literacy, and business income on the saving behavior of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The research data was obtained from questionnaires given to 282 SMEs in Depok from various fields. Multiple regression analysis is used where SPSS Version 23 is used as an analysis tool. The findings of the study obtained the influence of financial literacy on the saving behavior of SMEs in Depok. On the other hand, business income has no effect on the saving behavior of SMEs.

Application of Big Data Model in Financial Taxation Management

We have entered an era of information technology. Many financial and taxation management tasks have been applied to big data technology. Through big data technology, we can efficiently collect data and Internet information, realize efficient management of information, and establish a complete set of tax database. The research results of the article show the following. (1) We analyze the application status of big data technology and put forward the problems and solutions in data processing in our country. (2) Most financial managers of small and medium-sized enterprises are rather vague about the definition of taxation. Training in this area should be strengthened. Taking the industrial chain of Chinese enterprises as the survey object, the concept of taxation compliance and influencing factors have been elaborated, and a taxation respect model has been established. The investigation method can be analyzed through the model. (3) We established the coefficient of variation model with Pilka coefficient and found that the main business income has the highest correlation with the value-added tax payable and has the strongest linear relationship; the correlation between return on assets and value-added tax payable is the weakest, and there is a weak relationship. There is a strong negative correlation between sales profit margin and VAT payable (4) Taking a pharmaceutical company in our country as the subject of investigation, the company’s financial operating conditions have been studied for the past ten years, and it is concluded that the company’s main business income is increasing year by year, and the corresponding tax revenue is also increasing, and the tax growth rate is relatively unstable. Among them, the financial risk coefficient of corporate income tax is the largest.

Peningkatan Usaha Kreatif dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Berbasis Akuntansi Keluarga di Desa Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang dalam Rangka Peningkatan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga

Di masa pandemi saat ini banyak keluarga yang mengalami penurunan penghasilan karena menurunnya aktivitas di luar rumah, bahkan beberapa keluarga mengalami kesulitan keuangan karena menjadi korban PHK. Diperlukan usaha-usaha kreatif serta pengelolan keuangan yang cerdas agar ketahanan ekonomi keluarga bisa tetap terjaga. Kelompok ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Pabelan, Kecamatan Pabelan, Kabupaten Semarang memiliki latar belakang, tingkat sosial, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang berbeda-beda. Sebagian merupakan pekerja, pedagang, wirausaha kecil menengah, buruh industri dan pegawai harian lepas, namun kebanyakan masih memiliki waktu luang dapat diberdayakan dalam kegiatan pengembangan usaha kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Team dari Fakultas Ekonomi Unissula yang terdiri dari Indri Kartika, Sri Sulistyowati, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru dan Afri Aulia Rahman dilakukan guna meningkatkan penghasilan dari usaha kreatif melalui pemasaran digital sederhana serta pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. Peserta pelatihan meliputi ibu-ibu kelompok PKK di Desa Pabelan Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat tertarik untuk memulai usaha kreatif dan menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. ��During pandemic condition, many families have experienced income loss due to outdoor activity limitation. Some families even experience financial difficulties for losing job. Creative activities and smart financial management are needed so that the economic resilience of the family can be maintained. PKK women's group in Pabelan Village, Pabelan District. Semarang Regency has different backgrounds, social, educational and economic levels. Some are workers, traders, small and medium entrepreneurs actors, industrial laborers and casual daily employees. However, most of them still have free time to be empowered in creative business development activities. This community service activity was performed by members of Economic Faculty of Unissula which are: Indri Kartika, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru, Sri Sulistyowati and Afri Aluia Rahman. The purpose of this activity is to increase participant�s business income during this pandemic situation through applying simple digital marketing and financial management based on family accounting in Pabelan Village so that it can increase the income and welfare of the Pabelan villagers. Community service methods are carried out with counseling, discussion, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the community is interested in starting creative businesses and implementing family accounting-based financial management.�

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN UMKM PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

<em>During the pandemic of COVID-19, many businesses have been falling and have a declining revenue. By gathering information samplings through online surveys consisted of thirty-two respondents and the usage of Chi-square quantitative analysis data method, the study was conducted by finding out its effect on income during the pandemic. The independent variables consisted of business income before the pandemic, the loans, and the BPUM used to see the correlation with the dependent variable. The findings show that the independent variables had a statistically significant influence on the dependent variable in parallel.</em>

PENERAPAN ANALISIS REGRESI BERGANDA DALAM PEMODELAN TINGKAT KELANCARAN PENGEMBALIAN PEMBIAYAAN

Abstrak: Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingginya tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan pada BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung dan KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung. Tingkat pengembalian pinjaman yang teratur akan mempengaruhi kesehatan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah. Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan dapat dilihat dari indikator yang digunakan: tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan perusahaan, jumlah pembiayaan, taksiran agunan dan jangka waktu pinjaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sementara jenis penelitiannya adalah hubungan pengaruh antar variabel atau disebut dengan asosiatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Data variabel yang digunakan dalam analisis terukur dengan skala Likert. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan (1) Antara variabel tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan perusahaan, jumlah pembiayaan, taksiran agunan dan jangka waktu pinjama terdapat salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan. (2) kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan secara signifikan (3) variabel pendapatan operasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan. (4) variabel jumlah pinjaman berpengaruh signifikan (5) kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan pada variabel taksiran agunan. (6) dan variabel periode pendanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan. Kata Kunci: jangka waktu pembiayaan; jumlah pembiayaan; kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan; pendapatan usaha; taksiran agunan; tingkat pendidikan. Abstract: The background of this research is that the high level of smooth return of financing, in KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. The smooth rate of return on financing will affect the health of a sharia microfinance institution. Analysis of the factors that affect the smooth rate of return on financing can be seen from the indicators used include Education Level, Business Income, Total Financing, Collateral Estimate, and Financing Term. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires using incidental sampling technique and the measurement scale used is the Likert scale, so the test results show (1) simultaneously among the variables of education level, business income, amount of financing, estimated collateral and financing period have a significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (2) the education level variable has a significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (3) the operating income variable has no significant effect on the smooth return of financing at KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung and has a significant effect on BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. (4) the variable amount of financing has a significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (5) the estimated collateral variable has no significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (6) the financing period variable has a significant effect on the smooth return of financing at KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. Clove processing as a source of increasing business income in Ambon City

Clove is one of the important plantation commodities in Maluku, especially in Ambon City. Clove processing diversification will provide opportunities to increase business income. This study aims to determine the factors that support the diversification of clove processing on the income of entrepreneurs in the city of Ambon. The method used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the diversification of clove processing gave a large enough contribution to income, but the percentage contribution of processing diversification was not visible because the income outside of processing was relatively large. The results showed that the greater the number of species produced, the greater the capital. Based on the analysis, it is known that the level of raw materials available to entrepreneurs to support diversification activities.

Analisis Pendapatan Industri Tahu di Kota Wamena

Agricultural cannot development without the support of the economic sector, especially industry, in this case the development of the agricultural product processing industry (agro-industry) is one of the priorities in national development in industrial sector. Tofu processing business income is very dependent on the selling price of the product and the costs incurred to produce tofu, the higher the product selling price and the lower the cost, the higher the business income. This study aims to determine the level of profit obtained by each industry that has been operating for a long time. The research was conducted in July - September 2018, on the tofu industry in Wamena City. The method used is a case study method with the type of data collected including primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method uses Cost Analysis, Revenue Analysis, and Income Analysis. The results showed that the tofu "Tahu Tempe Jaya" industry was not profitable, compared to the tofu "Tahu Ayu Rezeki" industry which was profitable.

Analysis of the Layer Farm Business on BUMDes “Mandiri” and Breeder Partners in Babakan Bogor Village Kabawetan Subdistrict Kepahiang District

This study aims to analyze the income of the BUMDes “Mandiri” layer chicken farm and partner farms, as well as the size of the income earned by BUMDes “Mandiri” and breeder partners from the profit-sharing system carried out together. The research respondents were the BUMDes “Mandiri” farm manager and two breeder partners. Operating income is calculated by finding the difference between business revenues and total business costs incurred. The share received by BUMDes “Mandiri” and partner farmers from partner farm income is determined based on the percentage agreed in the partnership agreement, namely 51% for BUMDes “Mandiri” and 49% for breeder partners. The results showed that the income of the BUMDes “Mandiri” livestock business in one month was Rp. 3,668,890.00 or Rp. 3,668.89/head, while the partner's husbandry business income was Rp. 6,404,505.00 or Rp. 12,809.00/head. The portion of the partner's husbandry business income that belongs to BUMDes “Mandiri” is Rp. 3,266,295.00/month and that which belongs to breeder partners is Rp. 3,138,210.00/month.

Factors Affecting Business Income of Empal Gentong in Cirebon City

The goal of this research is to analyze the effect of capital, labor, length of business, education, and working hours on the empal gentong business income in Cirebon and to analyze which variable has the most effect on that income. We surveyed 30 business owners of empal gentong in Cirebon. The method using in this research is multiple linear regression. This result concludes capital, labor, length of business, education, and working hours have a positive and significant effect jointly on empal gentong business income. The analysis result in partially is capital and length of business have significant effect. Meanwhile, variables of labor, education and working hours have no significant effect on empal gentong business income. From these five variables, the most influential variable on empal gentong business income is the capital variable.Keywords: Income, Capital, Labor, Length of Business, Education, Working Hours
