The purpose of this study is to find the design of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) development through profit-sharing schemes seen from the perspective of MSMEs actors in East Java - Indonesia. This research was conducted in East Java, Indonesia, selecting research locations carried out randomly and then determining the respondents proportionally. Respondents in this study were 220 MSMEs actors using the proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is warped partial least square to look for the design partially and through intervening. This study uses mudarabah financing and musharakah financing as exogenous variables, principles of profit-sharing distribution as intervening variables, and development of MSMEs as endogenous variables. The findings in this study are the contribution of profit-sharing distribution as an intervening variable in the development of MSMEs through the mudarabah financing scheme and the musharakah financing with the dominance of the musharakah financing. The ideal design of the development of MSMEs is the use of mudarabah financing and musharakah financing by applying the profit-sharing distribution principle following the principles of Islamic Sharia.

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

The objective achieved in this study was to find out the impact of MUI's halal label on Holland Bakery's sales volume in the city of Manado. And provide recommendations to other food companies so that they can increase sales volume. This type of research is quantitative research. Data used in the study are primary data or data directly from respondents through questionnaires that are distributed in Holland Bakery in the city of Manado. As a population and a sample of consumers are Holland Bakery in the city of Manado. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test, hypothesis testing using product moment correlation test and simple linear regression test. After going through quantitative procedures. This study found that the halal label has an effect on sales volume as evidenced by the product moment correlation test. It is known that the correlation value between variables X and Y is 0.562> 0. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. from the Model Summary table is 0.315 or around 31.5%. This means that the effect of the independent variable (Halal Label) on the dependent variable (Sales Volume) is 31.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 68.5% (100-31.5 = 68.5%) are explained by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Halal Label, Sales Volume, Holland Bakery

This research uses quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is a deliberate sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is secondary. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the analysis of classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses. The formulation if the problem of the influence of MSME growth on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia, the influence of MSME, inflation and, unemployment rates on economic growth in Indonesia. Partial results (T test) the influence of MSME (X1) of 0.010 <0.05, inflation (X2) of 0.029 <0.05, unemployment (X3) of 0.013 <0.05 and a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. F test results (Simultaneous) showed a significant value of 0.007 <0.05 meaning that MSME, inflation, and unemployment simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Then from the R-square test results of 0.656 or 65.6%. The magnitude of these results can be explained by the MSME variables,

The purpose of this study is to determine whether liquidity can be a moderating variable between the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership on dividend policy. The sample of this study consisted of 42 companies confirmed by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in property, real estate and building construction. The sampling technique used a census sample. The analysis technique uses Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings obtained are that there is no influence between profitability on dividend policy than dividend policy is influenced by leverage and managerial ownership. The relationship between profitability and managerial ownership on dividend policy fails to be moderated by liquidity. While liquidity Intervening variables strengthen the effect of profitability on dividend policy can be added to future research to account for variations in research results.
