The article discusses the ways of developing skills and abilities to effectively solve problems when describing methods for solving equations and inequalities, clarifying theoretical knowledge, the basics of forming skills for practical application. The formation of mathematical concepts through solving problems in teaching mathematics opens the way to the development of mathematical thinking, the application of knowledge in practice, and the development of search skills. To master a mathematical concept, along with its definition, it is necessary to know its features and properties. This can be achieved primarily through problem solving and exercise. Problem solving is based on the development of new methods, the creation of algorithms, ways of developing practical skills in the methods and techniques mastered with the help of tasks. In addition, transforming equations and inequalities through the development of thinking skills helps to identify common or special properties in order to draw correct conclusions. Solving various problems, it shows what operations should be used to determine the situation in which a solution was found, and what features of the solution allow choosing the most effective methods. Thanks to the theoretical substantiation of the general article, it is possible to master convenient methods for solving equations and inequalities of various structures.

Purpose: to determine place and role of modern information tools in formation of motivation for health related motor functioning. Material: in the research 150 boys and 150 girls participated. All they were questioned. Results: we have determined that in hierarchy of students’ functioning in extra-curriculum time its general kinds prevail. Special kinds of health related motor functioning take unfairly low position. Among general kinds of functioning Internet dominates. We found that health related motor functioning takes low position in general hierarchy: only 2 % of girls and 5.3 % of boys use it in form of training of favorite kind of sports; accordingly 8% and 6 % - in the form of walks in the open air. Conclusions: it is necessary to uses students’ preferences of Internet for their involvement in health related motor functioning.

The article provides a theoretical substantiation and an analysis of the methods and organizational bases for the preparation of consolidated financial statements. The essence of the concept, purpose, regulatory support of consolidation of financial statements are considered. Conceptual principles of consolidation methods application, which are generalized and studied: continuity and systematicity, essentiality, unified methods of valuation, unified date of preparation of consolidated financial statements, unified accounting policy, unified currency. The main requirements for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements are displayed. The main stages of consolidation of financial statements are provided. The main methods of consolidation of financial statements are analyzed: full consolidation, proportional consolidation, share participation method. The defining problems that arise at the stage of preparation and submission of consolidated financial statements are systematized as follows: the reporting methodology is rather complex, there is no clear instrumentarium for the practical application of the IFRS requirements, known inconsistencies between the IFRS and the current legislation of Ukraine (the IFRS requires additional disclosure), slow operational responsiveness of consolidated statements, the use of different software products for operational and financial management, the lack of qualified personnel, and the inconsistency of the accounting methods. Additional problems are identified by the following: complexity of normative regulation; complexity of organizing the accounting process; complexity of collecting and structuring credentials in order to compare them; supported multicurrency; impossibility to determine the contribution of a particular company to the general indicators of the group; difficulty in determining the amount of unrealized profit and equity participation shares; high labor intensity and duration of reporting; lack of methodology for analyzing consolidated statements. It is concluded that further research is needed to solve existing problems.

The article gives theoretical substantiation and experience of practical application of knowledge on development of ethnic tolerance of pupils in the conditions of the international school cooperation in an Udmurt rural school. For multinational and multicultural Udmurtia this problem is particularly relevant. In villages there is an increase in social problems, which lead to a decrease in the level of culture of the population. The success of social changes will largely depend on the activities of rural schools. The concept of "tolerance" is considered from different positions, the conditions of its development in school are substantiated, and the components of the tolerant environment are given. For the development of ethnic tolerance of adolescents in school, it is necessary to create conditions for the study of other national and cultural traditions. However, in order for teenagers to understand and study the culture of another people, it is necessary, first of all, that they know and understand the culture of their people, the history of their native area, village, and then compare the cultural traditions of different peoples, find common and differences in them ("Respect the other, being able to respect yourself"). The article describes the practical experience of the development of ethnic tolerance of students in the conditions of international school cooperation in the school of village Norya. The village has been cooperating with settlements in the Finno-Ugric countries for about 20 years, which are engaged in local history and, more broadly, the revival and preservation of the culture of their peoples. Positive changes are observed not only in the school itself; such activities give a powerful impetus to the development and prosperity of the village.

Abstract We demonstrate how administrative claims records can be used to model certain behavioral patterns and associated health effects. The inability of administrative claims, which are in essence a billing record, to account for differences in behavior is a major limitation of such data which usually requires an externally linked source to overcome. However, for certain diseases, for which well-defined and accepted guidelines on screening and medication use exist, the claims themselves can provide a way for modeling health-related behavior. A practical application to screening and medication adherence for type ii diabetes mellitus is presented. Diverse methods of the calculation of such indexes with their pros, cons and variation in identified effects are discussed and demonstrated using results based on administrative claims drawn from a 5% sample of Medicare beneficiaries.

Purpose: theoretical substantiation, working out and testing of health related trainings with girl students, practicing shaping in their physical education. Material: in the research 22 girl students of pedagogic specialties participated. Experiment stipulated usage of shaping methodic, based on computer program, during academic year. Results: experimental methodic of shaping permitted to bring physical condition indicators of experimental group’s girls to patterns of computer program. Analysis of the received data of body circumferential sizes did not show statistically confident distinctions from ideal patterns (р>0.05) that witness about their similarity. Results of abdomen top and bottom, torso sides and bottom of back fat folds’ measurements did not confidently differ from patterns (р>0.05). The above mentioned indicators were within normal values. With it difference for 5% of significance level was registered in the tested functional indicators of girl students, comparing with initial data. After experiment systolic and diastolic BP practically approached to normal value. Heart beats rate confidently approached to normative indicators. Conclusions: application of health related shaping methodic positively reflected on physical condition and functional state of girl students. We also proved that it was possible to use computer program for composing individualized training programs.
