Women today have quite diverse roles, from educator to career. Currently they have various roles that can contribute to provide for family income. This research aims; 1) to identify the social entrepreneurship based on women’s empowerment through woven pandanus training, 2) to analyze the supporting factors and obstacles ocial entrepreneurship based on women’s empowerment through woven pandanus training. In this study used qualitative methods and data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation. Based on research that has been done, it can be concluded that social entrepreneurship based on women’s empowerment this uses several, stages preparation phase, assessment stage, alternative planning stage of the program or activity, the stage of formulation of the action plan, the stage of implementation and assistance, the evaluation phase, the termination stage. Women taught how to make crafts by utilizing the potential of the natural surroundings, namely pandanus leaves which can made into items that have sale value such as mats, hats, player mats and bags. Furthermore, the supporting factors in the empowerment activities through this craft and woven training, there is collaboration between Pandan’s Craft and the agency/company. Finally, the inhibiting factors such as the low human resources and lack of curiosity.

Giving roles, opportunities and means for women to be empowered in all things, including in the economy is one of the efforts to alleviate poverty. The poor women's empowerment program conducted by the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar (BAIK) has helped many poor women in Bogor. This is in line with the Koperasi’s goal of building community and building a national economic order by empowering and prospering members of the cooperative which consists of poor women. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of poor women's empowerment programs that have been carried out by Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Bogor. Effectiveness is analyzed by looking at the effect of participation on effectiveness which is moderated by the performance of the facilitator. The study was conducted in Tamansari, West Bogor. This quantitative research was carried out by distributing 114 questionnaires, but only 62 were analyzed because others were missing. Data analysis using Partial Least Square with smartPLS 2.0 software. The results of the study indicate that participation which consists of the planning stage does not directly or indirectly affect effectiveness. The participation of both stages of the implementation has a direct effect and does not have an indirect effect through the performance of the facilitator on effectiveness. While the third participation, the evaluation phase does not have a direct effect but affects the effectiveness through the performance of the facilitator. For participation which consists of the planning stage, the implementation phase and evaluation phase indirectly influence the effectiveness through the performance of the facilitator with the highest score among others. This shows that the performance of Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Bogor employees has a strong influence on the end result or effectiveness of the empowerment program for poor women members of the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar (BAIK) Bogor.

UNISNU Community Service Activities Based on Fostered Schools aims to provide assistance, development of work and determination of work to identify inventions of the work of teachers and students at the Kudus Lemuria Vocational School of Furniture Engineering to submit a Intellectual Property Rights request of their invention. The output of this activity are : 1) increasing the effectiveness and innovation of teachers & students to work inventions; 2) increasing partner understanding of the work of invention 3) increasing the teacher's ability in making inventions. The program was carried out by the UNISNU HKI Center with the methods are socialization and assistance in registering the work of teacher and student inventions. Activity stages are: 1) Preparation Phase; 2) Assessment Phase; 3) Planning or Alternative Program Planning Phase; 4) Action Plan Phase; 5) Program or Activity Implementation Phase; 6) Evaluation Phase. The results of this service are: 1) awareness of the importance of copyright protection in the work produced, 2) identified works owned 3) willingness to submit legal protection to the works produced and Copyright certificates from the Director General of Intellectual Property Ministry of Law and Human Right.

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

Life skills education is a valuable and strategic investment in producing skilled and skilled Indonesian people in various fields according to the needs of the community and the world of work. This means that life skills are given to all elements of society, especially for women. Women as someone who has an important role in the family is the key to success in the existence of his family. Life skills education is provided in order to help increase family income, which in this case contributes to women's empowerment. Padang State University as one of the higher education institutions facilitates community service. The focus of community service that the writer adopts here is the empowerment of women through the provision of life skills in order to help increase family income. This service was carried out in Nagari Siguntur, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The number of subjects (training participants) is 15 women. The method used is lectures, workshops and training. Data collection techniques are observation (assessment process) and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the implementation of the community empowerment program showed that (1) the number of participants who actively participated in women's empowerment activities through the provision of life skills was 15 people, (2) the training participants had knowledge and skills in making bross, and arranging flowers from used cloth, (3) the formation of a small-scale bross production group as souvenirs for parties and cloth flower displays.Keywords: Women's Empowerment, Life Skills, Family Income

This research aims to find the empowerment of women through dakwah strategy of Jamiyah Annajah at Tanjungkarang Jati Kudus. The focus of the problem is 1). Perception of women's empowerment, 2). Da'wah strategies used for fostering ukhuwah islamiyah, 3). The results of women's empowerment. Qualitative research methods by collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed that: 1) women's empowerment is an effort to provide opportunities for women to be able to develop their potential, abilities,  and skills so that they are more advanced and utilized for the family and society at large, 2). The da'wah strategy is carried out by the Annajah jamiyah management in Tanjungkarang Jati Kudus through various activities in the education, social and economic fields. First, empowering the education sector, namely the reading of Yasin and Tahlil, al Barjanzi and Yasin Fadilah, tahtimul quran, commemoration of Islamic holidays (Maulid of the Prophet, Isro 'Mi'roj), parenting and health education, religious tourism; the second is empowerment in the social field, namely quarterly meetings for the management of jamiyah, takziyah and tahlil in the families of jamiyah members for 3 days, donors every month at the Al-Karim mosque in Tanjungkarang village, donors every month in the construction of Muslimat KB and TK Tholibin Tanjungkarang, visit members jamiyah Annajah who was sick and social services for flood victims in Tanjungkarang village in 2014; thirdly, empowerment in the economic sector, namely making calendars at the end of the year, distributing zakat fitrah to the poor and orphans once a year, and donors every month for orphan compensation. 3) The results of empowerment in the form of increasing awareness of religious knowledge for life, increasing solidarity for others namely ukhuwah islamiyah

The word Development is devious and captivating, however, the development path is perplexed. In most cases, the governments try to attain economic, military, technological, and infrastructural development, whereas, the power centers evade investing and working on issues of Human Development. The governments of countries like Pakistan strive to shuffle the attentiveness of the world by spending a huge amount on building the roads, on bridges, and transportation and in maximization of arms and ammunition. Human development in Pakistan has always been neglected due to various reasons. A huge population of almost a 22million having as low as 154th (out of 189 countries) position in the human development index. The patriarchal system has created the social and cultural environment that is supporting persistence male domination, remains the major obstacle in the intellectual, social, and economic growth of women. This paper addresses the conceptual and methodological aspects of human development and women’s empowerment in Pakistan, it explains the challenges and trends concerning women’s empowerment throughout Pakistan’s history, specifically in key areas such as individual, education, and health, economic and political participation, and especially Women’s limited and controlled mobility.
