Ensuring the sustainable development of agroecosystems requires research into the justification of the impact of environmental factors on the formation of territorial agroecosystems and identifies ways to take them into account in order to justify management decisions and ensure environmental safety. The main goal of the research within the article is to identify the most significant environmental factors in predicting the formation of agroecosystems. Provisions are devoted to the study of the laws governing the functioning of agroecosystems in order to increase their stability. The methods of comparative analysis, generalization, abstraction, logical analysis are applied. A number of provisions are formulated regarding ways to account for the influence of factors on the formation of key elements of agroecosystems.

National imperative of sustainable development is a strategy that combines into one social, economic and environmental policies. First of all the environmental legal education should aim to prepare people for life in an innovative type of society. To achieve this goal of environmental and legal education we should be reoriented to form a human ecological and legal culture and eco-innovative type of legal thinking and a willingness to innovative type of environmental and legal action. The successful solution of this and other challenges requires science foundation, including environmental law science. Keywords: law, environmental legal education, sustainable development, environmental safety, ecology, responsibility, ecological culture, legislation

Based on the analysis of the norms of strategic documents and other normative legal acts, the author considers environmental entrepreneurship in the light of sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian state, determines the significance of the concept of sustainable development for ensuring environmental safety, as well as environmental development of Russia. Social entrepreneurship, which has a high methodological potential, is designed to help solve a large number of accumulated environmental problems, especially in the field of waste management of production and consumption. The article analyzes individual UN sustainable development goals and national legislation designed to ensure the implementation of social entrepreneurship, which has a high methodological potential. The author concludes that the legislation is becoming more and more environmentally friendly, and these norms also penetrate into acts regulating economic activities, the profit from which should be reinvested in solving socio-environmental problems.

Based on the sand and pebble stratum in the Beijing area, this paper studies the interaction between deep-foundation-pit excavation for subway stations and surrounding buildings using an orthogonal test. Moreover, it considers the relative position relationship between buildings and how the foundation pit is set up as well as different design schemes for foundation pits and the surrounding buildings. Results show that the horizontal distance s between the building and foundation pit and stiffness of the building itself have a clear impact on the differential settlement δij and relative deflection Δ, and the degree of deformation of the building near the corner of the foundation pit is complex. Simultaneously, based on numerical simulation results, the deformation characteristics and degree of deformation of the building under different relative position relationships with the foundation pit are analyzed. Finally, by establishing a relationship among the comprehensive deformation index Dj, surrounding environmental safety evaluation index Sj, and scheme safety grade Lj, a multiangle safety evaluation method for buildings affected by foundation-pit construction is formed, which can provide a reference for the research and design of similar projects.

Sustainable development of the Stebnyk Mining Industrial Area (MIA) is fully consistent with the goal of the National Program for the Development of the Mineral Resources of Ukraine until 2030. It is the ensuring the urgent needs for mineral resources without the risk of depriving future generations of their needs (On Approval of the National Program…, 2011). The triune concept of sustainable development is based on the economic, environmental and social components. For practical implementation of the sustainable development strategy of Stebnyk MIA, it is expedient to design, create and operate the Stebnyk natural and man-made geopark based on the blighty (Zinko, Shevchuk, 2011; Mokryi et al., 2017) and European (Alexandrowicz., 2006) experience. Expert assessments of the environment indicate the need to use information and analytical technologies in the management, modeling, and design of environmental safety Stebnyk MIA.
