The development of technology that is developing at this time attracts a lot of public attention. Information technology as not important to run a business, therefore a computerized system is one of the supporting business success. Because with a computerized system can facilitate its use in carrying out activities or activities. The development of computers that continues to be dynamic and requires information that is fast, precise and systematic and does not require a long time. Computers have become the main tool in every human activity. Not only for business applications, but also in the daily activities of each company. This shows how computers have become part of human renewal of technology. Especially the inventory system of important items for the sales process at PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk in terms of inventory fields. Where still using the bookkeeping system. Data processing is still manually using Microsoft Excel and often occurs less accurate in inputting, with errors that occur when recording data items in and out so that data inventory items are ineffective and inefficient. With less than maximum, an inventory of goods data will be moved from the information needed by the customer or leader. And this research uses system design implemented with Unified Modeling Language (UML). This is the rationale for how the author analyzes the data inventory system of goods that exist in PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk can make it easy to input inventory data to get efficient and accurate reports.   Keywords: System, Inventory, Goods, Unified Modeling Language (UML).

The 4.0 revolution that is taking place also moves, not only about the Revolution in the industrial field but also in the information field. Decision making to regulate the Office Stationery system. Especially the office stationery inventory system plays an important role in the process of procuring office stationery in the RSUP. Dr.Salala in the field of inventory, provides information about inventory reports that are still manual for requests for office stationery. The purpose of this study is to design a system that can provide updated information and make it easier for users to submit requests for goods. In this study, the authors used the PIECES analysis method, the analysis method for the Unified Modeling Language (UML) program, designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and with the MySql database. This is the rationale for how the authors analyze the procurement system in RSUP. Dr. Salala can facilitate the inventory of goods requested for effective and efficient reporting.

Companies that are engaged in general trading, suppliers and distributors for the procurement of goods or equipment and services to assist the operations and management of companies, especially improving company services in the field of drinking water are still using manual systems, where data is reported in written form, making it difficult , ineffective and efficient in inputting data and searching for goods. Therefore, this study proposes making a control inventory system to create a faster, more precise and accurate system. The analysis and modeling systems for programs use unified modeling language (UML) as a tool to help in object-oriented programming languages which are then implemented with the php programming language and use MySQL as a database. From this study, an inventory system can be produced that can monitor stock of goods in the warehouse properly, effectively and efficiently so that it can support services and improve customer satisfaction.

  Pawon Kue is a small home industry which sells various cake and rice box products. Pawon Kue was using books for recording orders and product selling. The method was used since the company established. However, the company experienced difficulities when using this method. The process to find how much the profit they got in a day was not easy, it also needed long time to find certain information, and there were big probability they could lose the recording books. Because of them, the author and the team developed a web based application for helping them in recording sales and stock listing. The team used waterfall model in software enginering model and used Unified Modeling Language in design and system analyst stage. After the testing stage, the research team found the application could help the owners for listing stock and product easier than before.

Dengan melihat kecanggihan teknologi terkini, sehingga informasi tidak lagi dalam bentuk konvensional namun sekarang sudah diterapkan elektronik yang disajikan. Di dalam pengelolaan karya ilmiah di STISIP YUPPENTEK ini masih manual sehingga memiliki permasalahan-permaslahan seperti penerbitan jurnal yang begitu susah dan data terpisah-pisah karena membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dan biaya cukup besar. Arikel ilmiah pada STISIP YUPPENTEK belum memenuhi syarat ketentuan dikti perihal akreditasi jurnal yang mengharuskan jurnal dikelola dengan cara online dalam pengelolaan yang dilakukan lebih dengan mudah dan cepat. Setelah peneliti menganalisa permasalahan dengan menggunakan suatu metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka serta menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti memberikan usulan sistem yang memudakan pengguna sehingga proses pengelolaan jurnal dapat lebih memudahkan pengguna. Kata Kunci: Jurnal Ilmiah, E-Journal, Open Journal System, Indeksasi By looking at the sophistication of the latest technology, so the information is no longer in the conventional form but now it is applied electronics are presented. In the management of scientific work in STISIP YUPPENTEK is still manual so it has problems such as publishing journals that are so difficult and data separated because it takes quite a long time and cost is quite large. The scientific article on STISIP YUPPENTEK has not fulfilled the requirement of dictation about journaling accreditation which requires the journal to be managed by online in the management which done more easily and quickly. After the researchers analyze the problem by using a method of collecting data in the form of observation, interview and literature study and using Flowchart. To overcome these problems the researchers provide a system proposal that allows users so that the process of managing the journal can further facilitate the user. Abstract: Based on the regulation of the State Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2011 concerning General Guidelines for Electronic Service Manuscripts within government agencies, the government requires all government agencies to draw up their respective electronic service manuscripts (correspondence administration information systems) , which refers to the guidelines in the regulation. In the process of official script administration carried out by the BPJS Employment Branch of Sukabumi City is the disposition of correspondence. Disposition is one of the important information notification media for this government agency. The disposition problem that occurs at the BPJS Employment of the Sukabumi City branch is a disposition process that requires a long time. This study aims to make it easier for secretaries, branch heads, department heads, and BPJS Employment staff to see the disposition of letters and manage existing correspondence data. Design and Development of Disposition Information Systems This letter uses the Waterfall system development method with UML (Unified Modeling Language) Tools. From the results of this website-based letter disposition system research can assist in the management, storage and search of letter archives at the BPJS Employment Office of the Sukabumi City branch.Keywords: Information systems, letters, dispositionsAbstrak : Berdasarkan peraturan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Pedoman Umum Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik di lingkungan instansi pemerintah, pemerintah mewajibkan semua instansi pemerintahan untuk menyusun tata naskah dinas elektronik (sistem informasi administrasi persuratan) masing-masing, yang mengacu pada panduan dalam peraturan tersebut. Pada proses tata naskah dinas yang dilaksanakan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kota Sukabumi ialah disposisi persuratan. Disposisi merupakan salah satu media pemberitahuan informasi yang penting bagi suatu instansi pemerintahan ini. Permasalahan disposisi yang terjadi pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Kota Sukabumi adalah proses disposisi yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan sekretaris, kepala cabang, kepala bidang, dan staf BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk melihat disposisi surat dan mengelola data persuratan yang ada. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Disposisi Surat ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall dengan Tools UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dari hasil penelitian sistem disposisi surat berbasis website ini dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan, penyimpanan serta pencarian arsip surat pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Kota Sukabumi..Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, surat, disposisi

The analysis and design of sales and inventory information system performed at PT Nur Islami is aimed to identify the organization needs to control and manage the data and information of operational transaction. The result will be used as a base for developing a new computerized system. The activity in analysis and design is focused in sales and inventory activities, which is the main core of the organization. These needs will be documented using unified modeling language. The C# and SQL Server 2005 will be used to design and develop the application and database for fulfilling the needs. This information system will ease the organization in doing their activity in selling and monitoring the stock. On the other hand, it will also minimize the data lost, which is usually caused by the conservative storage mechanism of transactional data.

The service process in some schools is still running ineffectively, due to the aging process, such as the use of ledgers for archiving and recording of data that is managed, this requires a long time and a large cost, so it is deemed ineffective and inefficient. To overcome this problem, a computerized system is needed so that it can overcome the problem and be able to assist in speeding up the process, besides that it can improve the quality of service. This study proposes the design of a one-stop integrated service information system automatically using various methods including methods of data collection through the process of observation and interviews, current and expected analysis methods using pieces to evaluate performance and design methods using uml (unified modeling language) which includes usecase diagrams, squares diagrams and activity diagrams as tools to describe object-oriented programming languages and the use of mysql for database management, which in turn will produce a wellintegrated system. So this research can improve the quality of school services.

In payroll data processing, AMIK Al Ma'soem still use semi computerization that is using Microsoft Excel application. Based on the observation of the author there are several weaknesses of the system used so far, namely: not integrated data, risk of duplication, edited and deleted data, reporting takes a long time and no lecturer paycheck.In the design of this system using a descriptive method approach in collecting data information needed to create a picture of the situation, incident, or the trend that is developing. While for system design isUML (unified Modeling Language). This system is implemented by using PHP web programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database.The design of this system is expected to facilitate the users in printing pay slips, printing payroll reports, making assignments, printing report assignments, making absences and lecturers can find information on salary and assignment easily.

Utilization of a Computerized Information Systems in the universities is very important in this globalization era. With the existence of computerized information systems, processing allcritical data can be arranged neatly so as to facilitate the storage and retrieval of data. Website is one of the media information that is very effective in presenting information, including for the universities. Problems faced by the user on the stationery system at Perguruan Tinggi Raharja is the lack of support system that is able to facilitate the decision to supply stationery. Stationery system is still using semi-computerized system, there are many papers used are inefficient and not optimal in supporting the user to make a decision. This makes the process of data management to be slow, as well as when the supply of information when needed. The methodology used is through a process of interviews and   observations to the user to analyze and implement  the system. The results of the analysis is described by using the modeling language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Implementation of the final result achieved is the establishment ofa Webbased information systems that is connected to the database  server that  facilitates data  management and  generate information as a decision support for the user.

The process of managing spare parts supply data at this time in some companies is still ineffective, because the process is still manually using ledgers to archive data that has been managed, this requires a long time so it is not efficient. To overcome the above problems, a computerized system is needed so that it can overcome problems and speed up the process. Therefore, this study proposes the design of a system of providing spare parts automatically based on various methods of data collection, analysis using PIECES to evaluate system performance and design which includes UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool to help object-oriented programming languages and use MySQL as a database , which in the end will produce a system that is well integrated. So from this research it is useful to facilitate the process of achieving company targets and to streamline the quality control system on production machines.
