Dengan melihat kecanggihan teknologi terkini, sehingga informasi tidak lagi dalam bentuk konvensional namun sekarang sudah diterapkan elektronik yang disajikan. Di dalam pengelolaan karya ilmiah di STISIP YUPPENTEK ini masih manual sehingga memiliki permasalahan-permaslahan seperti penerbitan jurnal yang begitu susah dan data terpisah-pisah karena membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dan biaya cukup besar. Arikel ilmiah pada STISIP YUPPENTEK belum memenuhi syarat ketentuan dikti perihal akreditasi jurnal yang mengharuskan jurnal dikelola dengan cara online dalam pengelolaan yang dilakukan lebih dengan mudah dan cepat. Setelah peneliti menganalisa permasalahan dengan menggunakan suatu metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka serta menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti memberikan usulan sistem yang memudakan pengguna sehingga proses pengelolaan jurnal dapat lebih memudahkan pengguna. Kata Kunci: Jurnal Ilmiah, E-Journal, Open Journal System, Indeksasi By looking at the sophistication of the latest technology, so the information is no longer in the conventional form but now it is applied electronics are presented. In the management of scientific work in STISIP YUPPENTEK is still manual so it has problems such as publishing journals that are so difficult and data separated because it takes quite a long time and cost is quite large. The scientific article on STISIP YUPPENTEK has not fulfilled the requirement of dictation about journaling accreditation which requires the journal to be managed by online in the management which done more easily and quickly. After the researchers analyze the problem by using a method of collecting data in the form of observation, interview and literature study and using Flowchart. To overcome these problems the researchers provide a system proposal that allows users so that the process of managing the journal can further facilitate the user. Information technology is rapidly developing all existing activities or activities become very important in determining the progress of the company, both in operational and non-operational activities, one of which is the procurement report which must produce accurate and accurate reports. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

  Pawon Kue is a small home industry which sells various cake and rice box products. Pawon Kue was using books for recording orders and product selling. The method was used since the company established. However, the company experienced difficulities when using this method. The process to find how much the profit they got in a day was not easy, it also needed long time to find certain information, and there were big probability they could lose the recording books. Because of them, the author and the team developed a web based application for helping them in recording sales and stock listing. The team used waterfall model in software enginering model and used Unified Modeling Language in design and system analyst stage. After the testing stage, the research team found the application could help the owners for listing stock and product easier than before.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Abstract: Based on the regulation of the State Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2011 concerning General Guidelines for Electronic Service Manuscripts within government agencies, the government requires all government agencies to draw up their respective electronic service manuscripts (correspondence administration information systems) , which refers to the guidelines in the regulation. In the process of official script administration carried out by the BPJS Employment Branch of Sukabumi City is the disposition of correspondence. Disposition is one of the important information notification media for this government agency. The disposition problem that occurs at the BPJS Employment of the Sukabumi City branch is a disposition process that requires a long time. This study aims to make it easier for secretaries, branch heads, department heads, and BPJS Employment staff to see the disposition of letters and manage existing correspondence data. Design and Development of Disposition Information Systems This letter uses the Waterfall system development method with UML (Unified Modeling Language) Tools. From the results of this website-based letter disposition system research can assist in the management, storage and search of letter archives at the BPJS Employment Office of the Sukabumi City branch.Keywords: Information systems, letters, dispositionsAbstrak : Berdasarkan peraturan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Pedoman Umum Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik di lingkungan instansi pemerintah, pemerintah mewajibkan semua instansi pemerintahan untuk menyusun tata naskah dinas elektronik (sistem informasi administrasi persuratan) masing-masing, yang mengacu pada panduan dalam peraturan tersebut. Pada proses tata naskah dinas yang dilaksanakan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kota Sukabumi ialah disposisi persuratan. Disposisi merupakan salah satu media pemberitahuan informasi yang penting bagi suatu instansi pemerintahan ini. Permasalahan disposisi yang terjadi pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Kota Sukabumi adalah proses disposisi yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan sekretaris, kepala cabang, kepala bidang, dan staf BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk melihat disposisi surat dan mengelola data persuratan yang ada. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Disposisi Surat ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall dengan Tools UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dari hasil penelitian sistem disposisi surat berbasis website ini dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan, penyimpanan serta pencarian arsip surat pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Kota Sukabumi..Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, surat, disposisi

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report. In payroll data processing, AMIK Al Ma'soem still use semi computerization that is using Microsoft Excel application. Based on the observation of the author there are several weaknesses of the system used so far, namely: not integrated data, risk of duplication, edited and deleted data, reporting takes a long time and no lecturer paycheck.In the design of this system using a descriptive method approach in collecting data information needed to create a picture of the situation, incident, or the trend that is developing. While for system design isUML (unified Modeling Language). This system is implemented by using PHP web programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database.The design of this system is expected to facilitate the users in printing pay slips, printing payroll reports, making assignments, printing report assignments, making absences and lecturers can find information on salary and assignment easily.

The development of technology that is developing at this time attracts a lot of public attention. Information technology as not important to run a business, therefore a computerized system is one of the supporting business success. Because with a computerized system can facilitate its use in carrying out activities or activities. The development of computers that continues to be dynamic and requires information that is fast, precise and systematic and does not require a long time. Computers have become the main tool in every human activity. Not only for business applications, but also in the daily activities of each company. This shows how computers have become part of human renewal of technology. Especially the inventory system of important items for the sales process at PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk in terms of inventory fields. Where still using the bookkeeping system. Data processing is still manually using Microsoft Excel and often occurs less accurate in inputting, with errors that occur when recording data items in and out so that data inventory items are ineffective and inefficient. With less than maximum, an inventory of goods data will be moved from the information needed by the customer or leader. And this research uses system design implemented with Unified Modeling Language (UML). This is the rationale for how the author analyzes the data inventory system of goods that exist in PT. The Composition relationship or "black diamond" in the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is recognized for a long time as a key modeling construct. While prior research works demonstrated that this modeling operator had a dubious semantics, new expectations in the field of Component-Based Software Engineering especially, lead to revisit this operator so that it supports dynamical composition, and more precisely, composition modeling expressions and implementations that safely refer to states of software components. At first, the revision of the UML Composition must rely on well-formalized static dependencies between components as, for instance, the property of lifetime dependency between compound and constituent entities. This papers offers a UML metamodel and some associated logical assertions to strengthen the Composition relationship in UML 2. Despite the presence of new diagram types dedicated to composition (i.e., Composite Structure Diagrams), the UML 2 composition model is not yet sufficiently exhaustive and formal for dealing with all cases of composition, including those relating to agent, component or service computing and modeling.

The rapid development of technology requires every business person to upgrade his technology to more sophisticated. Many business people have upgraded their systems to be computerized and even online, one of the business people is in the culinary field. The culinary field which is meant for example is the cafe One thing that can support the quality of ordering in a cafe is the ordering process. In the hover cafe the menu ordering system is still conventional, using a menu book. This of course can be a problem because the menu book used can be damaged or lost so that it can slow down the ordering process, not to mention if the customer requests additional orders, the waiter must come to the customer's table to record additional orders again. The method used in this research is the method of data collection, the method of observation, the method of interviewing, and the method of literature study conducted to obtain accurate data. Then the data are analyzed with SWOT to find out the company's weaknesses and strengths. In describing the flow of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language with a MySQL database as a database. Therefore we need a ordering media that utilizes information technology as a medium for selecting food and beverage (E-Menu) which can provide information about order menu details to facilitate customers in making and ordering food or beverage menus.

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.
