An office stationery inventory system that is accurate and up to date is needed by the company. In the process of stationery inventory of the Tirta Kerta Raharja District Office in Tangerang Regency, which is done at this time is still manual so it is less effective, because the warehouse sub-section utilizes office stationery inventory documents in the form of submission forms and inputs office stationery inventory data manually so that the monitoring process is difficult and vulnerable to loss or damage to documents. Therefore, it is necessary to design a computerized web-based office stationery inventory information system in order to facilitate its users. With the computerized web- based office stationery inventory system can facilitate the warehouse subsection in inputting data so that inventory monitoring is carried out regularly to make it more accurate and optimal. Data collection methods are done by observation, interviews, and literature studies from various studies, while the system analysis method is done using the PIECES method and the design method uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP programming language and MysQL as a database. This is the rationale for how researchers analyze the existing office stationery inventory system at the Tirta Kerta Raharja Public Corporation in the District of Tangeran so that it can facilitate the performance to be more effective, efficient and accurate.

Information technology is closely related to wide area networks. BINUS University pays much attention to the development of information technology. Yet, it has not applied all concepts of information technology. There are still activities carried out conventionally such as meeting activity. This is the main attraction of the authors to implement a new system. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design an e-meeting application of Computer Science Department of BINUS University. By using this application, user will be easyto conduct meeting without location barrier. This research is using analysis method on literacy study, as well as analysis on current meeting process through interview with expert and user to detect current problem. Design method usies software engineering concept, by Unified Modeling Language and Entity Relationship Diagram. UML notation explains the overview and the detail of e-meeting system. Relational database explains data structure used in this system. The result of this research is a development of e-meeting web based application to help improve meeting activity to be more effective and efficient. E-meeting application has many helpful features as used in regular meeting, as well as administration panel to control and manage user of this application.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Recommendations are application models from previous measurement of data and information. To process data that is quite a lot is used the right method. Association rules are one technique that can be used in associating indirect data from a data. The purpose of this study is to create a system that can be used to provide information on goods in accordance with consumer combinations. The method used is direct interviews with staff to get information in the form of sales data and system requirements. The design model uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), namely Analysis, Design, Construction, Implementation, and Testing. The system design method used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The system used is an algorithm that is made web-based using the language PHP and MySQL as databases. The results used in this study are to stop at the specified 2-item iteration and two rules that meet minimum 30% support rules and a minimum confidence of 70%, namely Cofemix → Sugar and Sugar → Sugar.

The research objective was to identify, analyze, and design a procurement information system that was developed by an IT consultant company for their client companies. Data collection techniques used were literature study, field study, document study, learning and trying the existing e-procurement system. Then, it was followed by analysis on general procurement processes using objectoriented analysis with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as tools. The result is a web-based e-procurement application that supports documentation and storage of transaction data. It also generates reports in accordance with company requirements. The main system features are Request Usage Form (RUF), Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Request Summary (PRS), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Quotation, Winner Selection (WS), Purchase Order (PO), and Receive Report (RR). It can be concluded that the developed system can support procurement processes effectively and efficiently, and integrate the inventory and approval system. Integration with inventory system will result in easier stock checking and automated update of goods data in the inventory system. It includes creating item, editing item, and receiving made report document. Integration with approval system will also result in the simpler process of documents approval in the e-procurement system.

Currently the system that is running still has many shortcomings and weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs that the company wants such as the report preparation that is long enough so that the owner waits long to get it. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory system that can present the information needed. Operations that run on this system are: check goods, input sales data, input purchase data, convection data input, purchase reports, and sales reports. The use of this system is divided into two accesses, namely for employees and owners so that they can easily manage goods data. The development tools used in this study use the CI, PHP framework as a programming language and phpMyAdmin 4.7.9 as the MySQL DBMS interface. Design and design an inventory system for TransitCo Bandung goods using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as its modeling tool. This Inventory system is web and mobile based so it is more dynamic and can be used easily and user friendly. Strict business competition in the field of mountain equipment providers and selling the same product makes the mapping of onsight agents needed to determine the priority of agents prioritized. Fuzzy C-means is one of the data grouping techniques in which the existence of each data point in a cluster is determined by the level of membership. The purpose of this study is to design and make applications for grouping agents. The research method used is direct interview to obtain information in the form of ordered item data. The design model uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The system design method used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Agent mapping system with web-based fuzzy c-means clustering uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The results of this study are in the form of three data clusters that can be used to support decisions for priority and from 30 data agents, the first cluster consists of 15 agents, the second cluster consists of 1 agent, and the third cluster consists of 14 agents

The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.
