Information systems have a positive impact on the advancement of life in the technology industry, making it easier for corporate human resources to be fast and precise. For example, companies that currently use applications in their electronic devices or software and drivers to streamline their products and products. All of that is done in order to achieve a goal that is to facilitate the performance of humans, organizations or companies in exchanging data and information and its distribution. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is in need of an accounting information system that supports and provides satisfactory services for its members. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is a cooperative engaged in several fields, one of which is a loan unit on credit. For this reason, researchers designed the Loan Accounting Information System. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari method used by the buyer is swot analysis for the design method using unified Modeling language (UML) and blackbox testing system testing methods. This study makes it easy to record loan applications, member loan data, payments, data input, calculations and report generation.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. The study at 40 cooperation in the city of denpasar with 93 respondents. The technique of determination sampling method is used purposive with the questionnaire. The analysis using moderating regression analysis technique ( mra ) found results that prove the variable the use of accounting information system has positive effects and not significant on the performance of individual and information technology had a positive impact on the performance of individual .The ability of users variable technique can be moderating the influence of the use of accounting information system on the performance of individual and on the next outcome, technique variable the ability of users cannot be moderating the influence of information technology on the performance of individually on cooperation in  Denpasar. Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

The development of accounting information technology has actually been going on for a long time. This is because the use of technology in accounting can save time and costs and the use of technology in accounting is considered very efficient. In order to provide accounting information, an information system known as the Accounting Information System (SIA) was created. A good accounting information system requires a good system design too. At  Cooperative, data processing is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which makes this cooperative vulnerable to recording errors. Apart from errors in recording, delays in delivering information can also occur due to ineffective recording. Therefore, this cooperative needs to use a cooperative accounting information system. Which this system will later be able to assist the cooperative in carrying out the existing transaction process in the cooperative effectively and efficiently and well computerized. Based on this, this study aims to determine the financial reporting accounting information system that has been implemented by the Cooperative and to design an application-based savings and loan cooperative financial reporting accounting information system in accordance with the needs of Cooperative. This study used qualitative and experimental methods, while the application design method used was a waterfall. The system development method used in this research is Netbeans IDE with Java programming language and Mysql as database storage and iReport to design financial statements.The results obtained from the analysis and design carried out is an accounting information system design that is able to support the operational needs of Cooperative. The superiority of the resulting system is that there is a treasurer who specifically manages the finances of the Cooperative so that the process of recording financial reporting runs effectively and efficiently which has been designed according to the needs of Cooperative

The need of information and services quickly, accurately, and satisfy the modern era like today, felt increasingly required by each agency. Especially RSIA Selaras engaged in health services and services at any time is always in touch with the community or customer. Problems that occur in the institution are particularly RSIA Selaras outpatient care system that is not good because it is still an error occurs in the search for patient data, preparation of reports, the accumulated cost of service and does not support the use of information technology in this case the client server. With the construction of the optimal system would minimize the problems that often occur in patient care and the system can run smoothly. Designing the information system of computerized patient care will be able to ensure the provision of time to generate information and can control the opinion of the hospital automatically because most of the data stored in the file as well as the support of the computerized system. Information system design services outpatient designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, using a MySQL database. It is expected the system he designed outpatient care information might help solve the problems faced RSIA Selaras. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors used several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature. The data obtained and analyzed and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and design method by analyzing the running system to detect problems. Hence the need for a data processing and semi-manual system to a computerized data processing system by using a programming outpatient services in order to facilitate the process of outpatient services.

Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) which isengaged in the largest services and spread across the country, by applying the principles of limited corporations, Weaknesses of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City has not yet been approved in computerized activities for recording cash receipts and disbursements such as the use of Basar Books, as well as the use of default applications such as Microsoft Excel, which requires a relatively long usage time, both of which are complementary to report generation. To overcome this problem, a web-based cash receipt and expenditure accounting information system was created at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City using the waterfall system development method. Data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results of this study resulted in the application of an accounting system for cash receipts and uses at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City. Enabling assistance makes it easier for employees to manage cash receipt data and open cash, accelerate the presentation of reports and facilitate the process of finding cash data in and cash out at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN)yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan terbesar dan tersebar polosok tanah air, dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip perseroan terbatas, Kelemahan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dalam akvitas pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas belum sepenuhnya terkomputerisasi seperti penggunaanBuku Basar, serta penggunaan aplikasi bawaan yaitu Microsoft Excel, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif  lama,  baik  dari  segi  perhitungan  hingga  pembuatan  laporan. Untuk mengatasi  permaslahan tersebut, maka dibangun sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis web pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi. Sehingga membantu memudahkan karyawan dalam pengelolaan data penerimaan kas  dan pengeluaran  kas,  mempercepat  dalam  penyajian  laporan  dan  mempermudah  dalam proses pencarian data kas masuk dan kas keluar pada PT. Along with the development of current technology that has been very sophisticated and rapidly happening in this world, namely in a company, agency, even the world of education as well. At PT Sintech Berkah Abadi has an obligation to give permission to employees who submit. At this time, the management of employee exit permits is still running manually and has not been centralized computerized. Therefore, it requires papers in each process and is less efficient and it is difficult to control permit approval by employees if the HRD and the Chair are outside the office. The method used to develop an information system is to apply the analytical method using SWOT analysis, as well as data collection methods, there are three stages that must be done in collecting data, namely, Observation, Interview, and determining Literature Review (Literature Study) with the journal. The design method is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Notepad ++, XAMPP and the web browser used to open the web that has been designed, Google Chrome. With the licensing system in and out of employees at PT Sintech Berkah Abadi can make it easier for employees to permit and more efficient in its use because they do not have to wait for HRD or leaders when outside the city.

Along with the development of technology, every line of business as well as a company that specializes in a construction project requires an information system that can support the company’s operations. The research objective is to analyze, identify the information needs, improve and design an accounting information system of construction materials purchases needed by the management of a contractor company to assist in decision making and address the issues contained in the running system. The research is carried out byimplementing data collection and information, analysis on the running system, analysis of research findings, identification of information needs, and identification of system requirements, as well as a structured design ofobject oriented analysis design (OOAD) and unified modeling language (UML). The result obtained is an improving application design that features document numbering, document filing, and reports. The newdesigned accounting information system of raw material purchases of the construction company can generate a report needed timely, completely and accurately, so that it can be used by the management in decision-making process.

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report.
