Along with the development of current technology that has been very sophisticated and rapidly happening in this world, namely in a company, agency, even the world of education as well. At PT Sintech Berkah Abadi has an obligation to give permission to employees who submit. At this time, the management of employee exit permits is still running manually and has not been centralized computerized. Therefore, it requires papers in each process and is less efficient and it is difficult to control permit approval by employees if the HRD and the Chair are outside the office. The method used to develop an information system is to apply the analytical method using SWOT analysis, as well as data collection methods, there are three stages that must be done in collecting data, namely, Observation, Interview, and determining Literature Review (Literature Study) with the journal. The design method is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Notepad ++, XAMPP and the web browser used to open the web that has been designed, Google Chrome. With the licensing system in and out of employees at PT Sintech Berkah Abadi can make it easier for employees to permit and more efficient in its use because they do not have to wait for HRD or leaders when outside the city.

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

Information technology is rapidly developing all existing activities or activities become very important in determining the progress of the company, both in operational and non-operational activities, one of which is the procurement report which must produce accurate and accurate reports. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

Web service is actually a collection of functions and methods contained on a server that can be called by the client remotely, then to call those methods we are free to use applications that will be created with any programming language that run on any platform. The existence of web service technology can bridge the technological differences of each source. The purpose of this system design is to build a mediation system that can integrate different information systems platforms, databases and functions, so that can communicate between systems. Software development methods used include three main parts of the method of analysis, design and literature study. Methods of analysis include the collection of data using samples, learning on existing systems, and analysis of the results of interviews aimed at the parties concerned. Design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The result is a system-based mediation system design using the SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) protocol. Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is in need of an accounting information system that supports and provides satisfactory services for its members. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is a cooperative engaged in several fields, one of which is a loan unit on credit. For this reason, researchers designed the Loan Accounting Information System. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari method used by the buyer is swot analysis for the design method using unified Modeling language (UML) and blackbox testing system testing methods. This study makes it easy to record loan applications, member loan data, payments, data input, calculations and report generation.

Islamic Vocational School Iqro Pasar kemis has the vision, mission and goals of graduates who have faith, piety and morality as well as competent in mastery of science and technology. But now Islamic vocational high school Iqro Pasar Kemis still use conventional way in conducting SPP transactions that is by noting the payment card and payment data manually recorded on the book. This causes the payment process to take a long time and a large errorrate, but it also inhibits the speed of data access and information delivery to be too late. With the existing problems then the researchers propose the design of payment systems to facilitate the process of payment of SPP. The research method used is SWOT analysis, for design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system testing method using Blackbox Testing. This research is expected to provide easiness in the implementation of school fee payment activities as well as easiness in the delivery of school fee payment information to students and parents of students.

In the property business, this company can help provide a place for long-term business and investment. In this discussion the property sales system used is to use SWOT, so that it can help stakeholders in make decisions. In this case the author uses several methods including research methods, analysis methods, design methods, testing methods. Where the research methods in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies. The analysis method which uses SWOT analysis. The design method uses a design model using UML (Unified modeling language), PHP a database using MYSQL, and browser using Google Chrome. The testing method uses a blackbox. In this case the researchers have several objectives in conducting research in this thesis including To facilitate marketing to market property products sold by entering the list of properties to be sold, To help the process of buying and selling transactions quickly, precisely, and safely, To help process sales reports . PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). System design tool used to describe the system model such as usecase, scenario diagram, sequence diagram.  Index Terms - Information System, Online Auctions, Prototype, UML
