This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of corporate financial ratios consists of return on assets, dividend payout ratio and debt-to equity ratio on the firm value. Firm value uses a price-to book value (PBV) by calculating the price market per share divided by book value per share. Population of this research is the companies listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2016 which some 45 companies using total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. These results indicate that corporate financial ratios consists of return on assets, dividend payout ratio and debt-to equity ratio have a significant effect simultaneously on the firm value. However, partial test results showed that return on assets and dividend payout ratio have a significat effect on the firm value. While the debt-to equity ratio has no significant effect on the firm value.Key words: price-to book value, return on assets, dividend payout ratio, firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan  return on equity (ROE)  terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity  ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%.  Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78%  nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan.  return on equity.  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

The purpose of this research is to empirically test and analyze the influence of dividend payout ratio, current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio and asset growth. The object of this research is food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016 period. The sample consisting of 7 companies, was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this research showed that current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio influence the firm value, while dividend payout ratio and asset growth have no influence on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and financial performance on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 - 2017. This sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with sample criteria. Manufacturing is listed on the IDX during the end of 2017 period, Manufacturing is listed consecutively during the period 2013 - 2017, Manufacturing that uses Rupiah, Manufacturing that has complete financial statements for the period 2013 - 2017, Manufacturing that has financial data in accordance with the variables to be tested, namely Price to Book Value, Value Added Intellectual Coefficient, Return On Assets, and Manufacturing that does not has data outliers, and obtained a sample of 11 companies. The data source is the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( www.idx.co.id ). Testing uses panel data regression analysis with the Eviews Program tool. Intellectual capital is measured using Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC), while financial performance is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and company value measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The results showed that the variable intellectual capital had a negative and not significant effect on firm value, while financial performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Price to Book Value (PBV) is the ratio of the market value of equity to the book value of equity. PBV is the level of ability to create a company's value relative to the amount of capital invested. This study will analyze both simultaneous and partial effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio and firm-size to price book value. Companies classified in LQ-45 selected as the population used in this study are listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016 period. Purposive sampling is used to get the sample in this research using criterias and 18 companies or 72 firm-years are the samples. Analysis tool in this research using spss 23.0. This research is using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) on the real level (α) = 5% can be seen that the variabel return on assets, debt to equity ratio and price earning ratio have a significant and positive impact on price book value, meanwhile firm-size have no significant effect on price book value. Keywords :   Firm value, Price Book Value, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Firm-size.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Profitability (Net Profit Margin) on Firm Value (Price to Earning Ratio) in Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Sharia Index. Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Purposive Sampling was used as a sampling technique and 9 selected companies met the criteria to be the research sample. The results showed that Current Ratio had no positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin had no positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio. Simultaneously, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on the company value of the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Sharia Index for the period 2014-2018. The results showed that the solvency, liquidity and profitability variables in this study amounted to 26.65%, while the remaining 73.35% was explained by other variables outside the research model.

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage proxyed by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability proxy with Return On Assets (ROA) to company value proxy with Price to Book Value (PBV) through dividend policy proxy with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as an intervening. The study was conducted on 37 manufacturing companies using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 19.00. The result of the research shows that leverage has significant positive effect to company value; profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value; leverage has no effect on dividend policy; profitability has a positive effect on dividend policy and dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. The dividend policy can’t mediate the indirect effect between leverage and profitability on firm value.

(3) Pengaruh Pengembalian Aset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (4) dan pengaruh Aset Tidak Berwujud, Rasio Hutang Terhadap Ekuitas, dan Pengembalian Aset Secara Bersamaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan di Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 15 perusahaan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria, termasuk perusahaan yang menggunakan aturan sistem syariah dan mengalami keuntungan dalam periode yang telah ditentukan. Analisis tanggal yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. This research is to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets on price to book value in textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The population in this research were the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 that did not experience losses. The sample method with saturated samples and obtained 7 companies as samples. Research data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The more appropriate method used is the common effect. Partially it shows that the variable current ratio and return on assets have a positive and significant effect on price to book value, the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on price to book value, while only the total asset turnover variable has no effect on the firm value, price to book value.

This study is aimed to determine the effect of Profitability and Leverage on Firm Value. Profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Leverage is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while Firm Value is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV).  The population of this research is Basic Industry and Chemicals Companies Sectors that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  There are 17 companies as sample in this study which were obtained by purposive sampling method. Data collected by combaining cross-section and time-series data. Furthermore, panel data analyze by multiple linear regression analysis by using EViews software. The findings show that ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while DER has no significant effect on firm value

The value of companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the IDX in the 2015-2018 period tends to fluctuate. Company value can reflect the prosperity of a company. The value of the company is also a consideration for investors to invest. One indicator used to measure the high and low values of a company is to look at the company's Price to Book Value (PBV). By analyzing a company's financial statements, it can be seen whether the company has a high or low investment value. The financial ratios reflected in the financial statements are thought to affect the value of the company. This study intends to examine the effect of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Asset Growth on Price to Book Value (PBV). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 20 consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. The research method uses panel data regression analysis. From the results of the study concluded that DER, ROA, and Asset Growth had a positive and significant effect on PBV, whereas CR had a negative and not significant effect on PBV.
