In the implementation of a building construction project, it cannot be avoided the emergence of the remaining construction material or called construction waste. The rest of the material is something that is of the nature more than what is required either in the form of work or construction material that is left / scattered / damaged so that it cannot be used again according to its function. The amount of residual material can be minimized by exploring the factors that cause the residual material to occur and the use of a good management system. The more residual material found on the project, it can be interpreted that the smaller the profit from implementing the project.

Building construction projects have a high level of risk of work accidents, especially for workers in the field. Therefore, at the time of implementation of construction work, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) to provide a sense of security to workers in the field of this research aimed at evaluating SMK3. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods to know the implementation of SMK3, by taking data by conducting structured interviews conducted on the building construction project Ayana Nort Wing Bali. Analysis conducted a descriptive analysis based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.50, 2012 advanced with 12 criteria containing 166 criteria elements. The result of this study is the application of PP No. 50 of 2012 for the advanced level of 92.89% categorized as satisfactory. In addition, there are 14 that have not been implemented. This the company that the evaluation level of occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) in the building construction project Ayana North Wing Bali is the level of application is very satisfactory for the project.

In Indonesia, one of the guidance of Occupational Health andSafety Management System (OHSMS) is regulated in the Minister ofLabor Regulation number PER. 05/MEN/1996. This research aims to findout and analyze about the representation of OHSMS on “7 in 1” Project, Yogyakarta State University, based on this regulation. The method used inthis research is a quantitative method that is by direct observation in thefield and descriptive qualitative method that tends to use analysis. As forthe data collection in this research by doing interviews or unstructuredinterviews that intend to obtain information about the implementation ofOHSMS in related projects. Data related to the OHSMS that has beenobtained later will be discussed and will be compared with the Minister ofLabor Regulation. Based on the research that has been done, it can beconcluded that the OHSMS in “7 in 1” Project has implemented theOHSMS according to PER. 05/MEN/1996. However, due to severalfactors, there are cases that cause the OHSMS implementation is less thanmaximum, so it is necessary to increase the implementation of OHSMS inthe field to minimize accident at the construction project site.

Objectives : This research evaluate the level of construction waste materials in Iraq construction industry and compare construction material waste among three types of executing projects including specialist contractors, general building contractor and government department. Methods : The target materials in this study were brick, cement, sand, steel, gravel and thermo-stone. SPSS V24. Descriptive and inferential analyses were applied in this study. Results and Discussion : Field observation show that the highest percentage of waste was “Brick” with 15.21% followed by “Sand” with 12.52% and “Thermo-stone” with 12.02%. The lowest percentage of waste in Iraq construction project was “Steel” and “Cement” with 3.96% and 4% respectively. The results of a comparison between these three groups confirmed that for all types of construction project waste, the governmental project had the highest percentage (12.77%), special contractor (11.19%), a general building contractor (9.71%). The major waste from materials was handling with 31.9%, concrete construction with 28.09% and 24.26% the finishing. Conclusion The percentage of losses in the construction sites is very high compared to the permissible limit implementing inexpensive preventive measures, mostly related to managerial practice improvements.

Material management is a critical component of the construction industry. The goal of materials management is to insure that construction materials are available at their point of use when needed. A proper implemented material management program can achieve the timely flow of materials and equipment to the jobsite, and thus facilitate improved work face planning, increased labour productivity, scheduling and minimize the cost. Material management is an important function in order to improve productivity in construction project. It is defind materials management function which take off, vendor evaluation and selection , purchasing, expenditure, shipping, material receiving, where housing and inventory, and material distribution. In this project we have prepare scheme of material management in the construction industry for building project also conducting survey of industry and determine the various format for construction material management. In conclusion the wastage of material, control cost of material and time should be analyzed by using inventory management system.

The international experience of integrating building information modeling (BIM) into project management system with innovation implementation accent has been revealed in this article. The events carried out on federal and regional levels concerning the President of Russia directive on building construction industry modernization and construction objects transferring to life cycle management by means of BIM were analyzed. The large company experience of implementing BIM was summarized with describing some examples in different cities and regions of our country and thus the main directions of this technology development were determined. The key points of BIM and project management system pairing and impacting an innovation choice witch determine the project economic efficiency in the integrated management system were shown. The main reports of "Building construction projects technology and management: new practices and prospects" conference by Moscow Trade and Commerce Chamber were reviewed in this direction and problems of the new investment and construction project management technology implementation were shown. The ways to solve these problems were disclosed by work examples of PAO "Sberbank", and successfully working in our country firms Bilfinger Tebodin - BIM design and Beiten Burkhard -jurisdiction support. Some economic efficiency questions of BIM implementation were disclosed in the report delivered by The Plekhanov University of Economics (project and program management base department of Capital Group). Management system suggestions, regarding BIM implementation in Moscow construction were given.

In order to improve construction site management, we make the architect’ position as the starting point for our research ,analyze the similarities and differences between the project manager and the architect and transform the traditional building construction management system from centralized system into flat -like system. Furthermore, we propose that the implementation of the system must be assisted with the construction of credit system and the establishment and implementation of personal practice insurance system.
