Building construction projects have a high level of risk of work accidents, especially for workers in the field. Therefore, at the time of implementation of construction work, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) to provide a sense of security to workers in the field of this research aimed at evaluating SMK3. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods to know the implementation of SMK3, by taking data by conducting structured interviews conducted on the building construction project Ayana Nort Wing Bali. Analysis conducted a descriptive analysis based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.50, 2012 advanced with 12 criteria containing 166 criteria elements. The result of this study is the application of PP No. 50 of 2012 for the advanced level of 92.89% categorized as satisfactory. In addition, there are 14 that have not been implemented. This the company that the evaluation level of occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) in the building construction project Ayana North Wing Bali is the level of application is very satisfactory for the project.

Introduction: Based on Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, companies with more than 100 workers and have a high potential for hazards are required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The purpose of this study is to review the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 at PT Totalindo Eka Persada, the Kingland Avenue Serpong Project in 2020. Methods: This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The informants of this study used 2 key informants, namely the HSE Manager and construction K3 experts.Research data information is obtained from interviews, documents, and observations. Results: Based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 obtained a suitability of 86.5%. The level of achievement in detail is, monitoring and evaluation of K3 performance at 75%, implementation of the K3 plan 78%, determining K3 policy 100%, and planning K3 100%. Discussion: Total value of the five elements of Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 in the kingland avenue project of PT. Totalindo Eka Persada in 2020 is 86.5% so that the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) is classified as satisfactory based on the provisions required by Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.

The increasingly globalized changes in the modern economy have grown rapidly in all areas of life such as industry, services, property, mining, transportation and others. But behind the progress there is a price to be paid by the people of Indonesia is the negative impact caused one of them is a disaster such as accidents, pollution and occupational diseases that resulted in thousands of people injured every year. This condition is caused by the lack of concern about safety and health (K3) in the community. Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) is regulated in Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 on Guidelines for Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. HSE Management System is part of the overall corporate management system required for the development, implementation, achievement, assessment and maintenance of OSH obligations, in the context of risk control related to work activities for the creation of safe, efficient and productive workplaces.This research was conducted at a company that produce animal feed in Medan City. The company is building a health and safety management system in the company.The result of research on the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management in animal feed companies that the implementation of SMK3 in the company has followed the clauses required in PP No.50 of 2012. This is shown by the small gap between Government Regulation No.50 of 2012 with the application in company.

Indonesia as a developing country in the Asian region is a country that has a lot of development. Occupational safety and health management systems are part of an organization's management system that is used to develop and implement Occupational safety and health policies and manage risks. In this study, researchers will discuss the application of occupational safety and health management systems and supporting facilities for occupational safety and health management systems applied by construction companies to the construction of high rise buildings and housing developments. The method used to determine the successful implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System is to use quantitative methods and Univariate analysis. Later the results of the percentage calculation will be compared with Minister of Public Works Regulation No.9 / 2008 concerning Management and Work Safety Systems. Application of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in high rise buildings is 97% (Good), and for housing is 35% (less). The supporting facilities in the high rise building project are 88% (Good) and 40% (less) for housing.ABSTRAKIndonesia sebagai salah satu negara berkembang di kawasan Asia merupakan negara yang banyak melakukan pembangunan. Sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan bagian dari sistem manajemen organisasi yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan kebijakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan mengelola risiko. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan membahas penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan fasilitas pendukung sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diterapkan perusahaan konstruksi terhadap pembangunan gedung bertingkat dan pembangunan perumahan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis Univariat. Kemudian hasil perhitungan persentase tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan Peraturan Menteri PU No.9/2008 tentang Sistem Manajemen dan Keselamatan Kerja. Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada gedung bertingkat didapat 97% (Baik), dan untuk perumahan didapat 35% (kurang). Fasilitas pendukung yang ada pada proyek gedung bertingkat didapat 88% (Baik) dan untuk perumahan didapat 40% (kurang).

Short Cut Bedugul is a short road construction project on the Singaraja-Denpasar route. The short cut development includes the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system (SMK3). The 5-6 point short cut project includes the grade of a large project and places great importance on work safety. Field conditions with high rainfall make the area prone to landslides that can endanger workers, as well as environmental temperatures that reach 20oC which can affect work productivity. The objectives of this study are: To analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) on the Short Cut project point 5-6 Bedugul. To find out the amount of costs incurred in implementing K3 on the Short Cut point 5-6 Bedugul project. To analyze the percentage of safety and health costs (K3) to the short cut project value point 5-6 Bedugul. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. and a quantitative descriptive of the construction of the Singaraja City Boundary Road - Mengwi (Short Cut Bedugul point 5–6) the use of K3 such as the use of safety helmets, light vests, masks, gloves, and safety belts is in accordance with the law and is very disciplined and obedient to existing regulations. set. The percentage of K3 costs to the project value refers to the CIRCULAR OF THE MINISTER NO. 66 / SE / M / 2015 Regarding the Cost of Implementing an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) Construction in the Public Works Sector is 0.7%.

Occupational safety and health are the main means of preventing accidents, disability and death as a result of work accidents. K3 aims to prevent, reduce, and even eliminate the risk of work accidents (zero accident). The application of this concept should not be considered as an effort to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases that cost the company a lot of money, but should be considered as a form of long-term investment that will provide abundant benefits in the future. This study aims to determine the implementation of the implementation and the level of success, as well as to determine the factors causing the delay in the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) in the construction project of the Hotel Santika Premiere Padang.The stage of this research is the study of various existing literatures to determine the variables to be used. The next stage is designing research questionnaires and then collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly to the field. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed for validity and reliability tests using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software.The results of this study indicate that the success of the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3), which is taken from the average sum of all variables, is 98.5%. So that it can be concluded that the level of achievement of the successful implementation of SMK3 in the construction project of the Hotel Santika Premiere Padang is based on the determination of the success value written in the Minister of Permenaker Number: 05/MEN/1996, eligible for a certificate and a gold flag. This is in accordance with category number 3, namely "where the level of achievement of 85-100% is given a certificate and a gold flag".

Limited Liability Company, Nilam Sari Cipta Amrizal, is a company engaged in the Electrical Contracting sector based in Jambi. Based on the type of business activity, this company has a high risk to Occupational Health & Safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Limited Liability Company of Nilam Sari Cipta Amrizal, the obstacles faced and the efforts to solve them. Occupational health and safety is one of the workers' rights that must be fulfilled as regulated in Government Regulation Number 50 Year 2012. The research method used is a juridical empirical research type with an analytical approach. In this study, the authors describe the problems under study, which are arranged based on theory and related concepts to obtain a comprehensive and systematic description of the occupational safety and health management system, data sources from field research using interview methods and literature research. Data obtained from field research and library research are processed using qualitative analysis, namely data analysis based on what is obtained from the field and literature both orally and in writing, presented in the form of logical sentences. The method used is the inductive thinking method, namely the method of thinking. from a specific nature then drawn to a general conclusion.

BACKGROUND: Occupational safety and health management systems, hereinafter, in SMK3 are part of the overall company management system in the context of risk control related to work activities to create a safe, efficient, and productive workplace through efforts to prevent accidents and occupational diseases. AIM: This study aimed to evaluating the application of occupational safety and health management systems to contractors in the management area of PT Sims Jaya Kaltim based on government regulation number 50 of 2012. METHODS: The application of SMK3 is mandatory for companies with 100 employees or high risk. The evaluation research using the culinary method adopted a countenance stake evaluation model with three stages, starting with the antecedents, Transaction, and outcomes stages, in three mining companies. Data collection uses source pole, interviews, document review, and observation. RESULTS: The results of this study indicate the results of evaluating the implementation of an occupational safety and health management system at the Attendance (Input) stage in PT X based on government regulation number 50 of 2012, included in the less category where the value obtained is 55%. The results of the evaluation of the application of an occupational health and safety management system at the stage of transaction in X based on government regulation number 50 of 2012 are included in the satisfying category where the value obtained is 86%, while the outcomes obtained a value of 70.5% in the less category. PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa and PT Iwaco Jaya Abadi are expected to further enhance the application of occupational safety and health management systems. CONCLUSION: The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) at the Attendance (Input) stage at PT X based on government regulation number 50 of 2012 are included in the category of lacking where the value obtained is 55%. Transaction phase (Process) is included in the satisfactory category where the value gained 86%. The outcomes phase is obtained 70.5%.

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health management systems (SMK3) and the work environment on employee work productivity. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique of this research is using path analysis. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship or correlation between the occupational safety and health management system (X1) and the work environment (X2). Furthermore, there is a partial influence of the occupational safety and health management system and the work environment on employee work productivity. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between the occupational safety and health management system and the work environment on employee work productivity.

Abstract The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) is an important part of the protection of the workforce so that workers remain safe, healthy and safe. Every year in the manufacturing industry in the Sleman area, Yogyakarta Special Region, work accidents result in losses for the company because they have to be taken to the hospital. This study aims to determine the application of OSH to the occurrence of work-related accidents. This type of research is qualitative. The research was carried out in the manufacturing industry of the Hospital Equipment (HE) Division of the Pre-Treatment and Painting Unit. The research instrument uses the criteria for the OSH audit checklist, Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012, which consists of 5 principles, 12 criteria, and 166 items. The range of results from the audit achievement is 0 – 100%. The implementation of OSH in the company is 76.5%, in the category of good implementation, namely for the level of achievement of 60 - 84%. The number of findings was 39 criteria with major non-conformance categories 0 criteria and 39 minor criteria. The implementation of OSHMS can minimize the incidence of work accidents in workplace.
