A XXI. században a digitális készségek, kompetenciák elengedhetetlen feltételek a munka világában, így az iskolapadból kilépő diákoknak, - amellett, hogy ez a tevékenység már mindennapi készségszintjük-, tudatosan kell alkalmazni ezeket. A tanároknak nagy felelősségük,hogy a digitális kompetenciákat fejlesszék, lépést tartsanak a virtuális világgal. A mai digitális korban csak a tankönyv alapú oktatás nem felel meg az elvárásoknak, olyan szintre emelkedett az információs és kommunikációs technológia fejlődése, hogy az az oktatásnélkülözhetetlen része kellene, hogy legyen. A diákok nagy része rendelkezik okostelefonnal, internet-szolgáltatással, hisz ennek a generációnak a folytonos online kapcsolat alapfeltétel, ígyaz oktatás is rákényszerül, hogy reagáljon a változásokra. Digitális környezetben új megvilágításban jelennek meg a didaktikai alapelvek és feladatok, amelyek segítik tanulóközpontú tanítást.In the XXI. century digital skills and competency are necessary for most jobs so school leavers must use them consciously though it is their everyday routine. The teachers are the ones who are responsible for developing digital skills and keeping up with the virtual world. In this digital era the book-based education is not enough. The development of information and communication technology is so fast that it must be considered in education as well. Most students have smart phones, internet access, for them being online continuously is a must soconsequently education should react on these changes too. In this digital environment the didactic principles and tasks appear in a completely new context that support student- orientated teaching.

While Indonesia is recorded as one of the greatest social media republics in the world, the gap of rural-urban internet access remains a great challenge. As reported in the 2016 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Indicators, the number of households with internet access in rural areas is nearly half of those in urban areas; 26.3% and 48.5% in a consecutive way. Rather than simply seeing the internet as a medium, this paper discusses the internet as material culture; therefore, it goes beyond the access and focuses on the ways people use the internet to define their culture. From this perspective, this paper draws the two levels of the digital divide of Indonesian rural-urban dwellers. Lack of motivation and limited material access due to social inequality is at the very base of the digital divide. Subsequently, digital skills and usage deepen the digital divide. While splitting people into either rural or urban categories often produces misleading policies, this paper proposes the rural-urban linkages to bridge the digital divide in Indonesia. The rural-urban linkages particularly incorporate the flow of people and information across space as well as the interconnection between sectors, such as agriculture and service.

Along with the advancement of science and technology, all teachers especially primary school teachers areexpected to have the ability in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). So that teacherscan teach using ICT-based learning media. By using multimedia learning model, teachers will be able to doteaching more interactive, fun, and motivate learners to be more active. The goal of this program is toimprove the ability and competence of teachers in Elementary School (SD) Imbas in Kintamani Village areasin creating multimedia-based ICT learning media. In this community service activities, it is given counselingand training about the introduction of the Internet and the development of multimedia-based ICT learningmedia using Microsoft PowerPoint, create teaching materials in PDF format, create teaching materials inimage display (JPEG) and apply teaching materials in activities learning in the class. The purpose of this activity is the participants understand of the importance in using ICT for supporting learning and teachingactivities multimedia-based learning media. Participants also understand of how to create learning materialsin PowerPoints format, create files in the form of .pdf, and generate. JPG files. Teachers will also be trainedon how to enrich multimedia-based learning materials using internet access.

Container which is considered one of the greatest role in the world of information and communication technology is the internet. Generally, any person already have internet access, so the use of the Internet as a medium of information and knowledge to provide convenience. In the medical field utilizing the Internet as a means of interaction for the purposes of providing information to the public, which will then more often we refer to as a web-based information systems. In this case the web-based information system is a system that utilizes focused web method in a network the Internet is used as a means of interaction information, both in terms of service delivery schedule and type of specialist medical services.

The purpose of this paper was to examine the repertoire of ideas for curriculum development by utilizing information and communication technology in order to provide a breakthrough on the dynamics and complexity of curriculum development practices. Results of the study showed. First, the management of the curriculum development process that includes activities to share ideas, argument, contributedscientific papers, give feedback, provide feedback, the rationality of the policy decision makers, data processing, how the curriculum management, and results of develop ment can utilize information and communication technologies. Second, to take advantage of information technology and communication in curriculum development has some added value, such as easy in terms of faster information obtained, the cost in the sense that it does not require huge resources, broad reach in the sense that everyone can get involved, efficient and effective way to share, and provide a forum of freedom of speech which is at once loose the bonds of values or certain cultural norms. Third, the idea of developing a curriculum by utilizing information and communication technology as well as encouraging developers literate not only technology, but also able to understand, perceive, and apply power to the significance of the technology. Fourth, curriculum development by utilizing information and communication technology is considered a breakthrough way of working in this digital era AbstrakTujuan dari penulisan ini adalah ingin mengkaji khasanah gagasan pengembangan kurikulum dengan memanfaat kan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diharapkan dapat memberi terobosan mengenai dinamika dan kompleksitas praktik (praxis) pengembangan kurikulum. Hasil kajian menunjukkan. Pertama, pengelolaan proses pengembangan kurikulum yang mencakup aktivitas berbagi gagasan, adu argumen, berkontribusi karya tulis ilmiah, memberi tanggapan, memberi masukan, rasionalitas kebijakan pembuat keputusan, pengolahan data, cara kerja manajemen kurikulum, dan hasil dari pengembangan dapat mendayagunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Kedua, dengan memanfatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pengembangan kurikulum memiliki beberapa nilai tambah, seperti mudah dalam arti informasi lebih cepat diperoleh, murah dalam arti tidak memerlukan sumber daya yang besar, jangkauan luas dalam arti semua orang dapat terlibat, efisien dan efektif untuk berbagi, dan memberi wadah kebebasan berpendapat yang sekaligus lepas dari ikatan nilai-nilai atau norma budaya tertentu. Ketiga, gagasan pengembangan kurikulum dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sekaligus mendorong pengembang bukan hanya literate teknologi, tetapi juga mampu memahami, mempersepsi, dan mengaplikasikan arti penting daya guna teknologi. Keempat, pengembangan kurikulum dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dinilai merupakan terobosan cara kerja di era digital ini

From the teacher's approach to students to the use of media in learning, the learning process has changed dramatically in this digital era. Islamic Religious Education teachers must improve their competence due to the stigma that they are "old teachers" who have difficulty keeping up with developments in the world of information and technology in learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the digital age. As a result, the study clearly discusses the competence of teachers and learning in the digital era, as well as the challenges, as well as the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming the challenges of learning in the digital era. A literature review from several journals and related references was used to demonstrate how a teacher should be in the digital era. Teachers in the digital age must be able to use an information and communication technology-based learning approach to make it easier for students to follow because the information they receive from cyberspace is extremely fast. Finally, Islamic Religious Education teachers must improve their ability to use technology and information-based learning media in the classroom and move away from textbooks. So that the learning process achieves its objectives and provides students with numerous opportunities to develop their learning creativity.

Communication is very important in human life. Every time people communicate, with anyone, anywhere and anytime. In communicating, humans cannot be separated from verbal and nonverbal behavior. In the digital era like now, communication is becoming increasingly sophisticated with the creation of "contemporary" technology known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Technological advances have had a huge influence on human life, especially tenagers active gadget users. In the hands of teenagers, gadgets that basically have a function as a tool that can facilitate people in communicating can actually be the cause of the emergence of things that are not good.

This article describes the concept of digitizing da'wah based on visual communication design. The advancement of information and communication technology disrupts various aspects of life including how to preach the da'i. This is both a challenge and an opportunity for preachers to develop da'wa media that are relevant to today's civilization. One of the concepts offered is a visual communication design. This design concept is very relevant to today's conditions (digital era) and can be a reference for preachers, especially for packaging creative and interesting da'wah content on various social media platforms. This article is enriched with literature studies to clarify the concept of visual communication and its relation to da'wah. The observation technique is used to provide an overview of the portrait of visual communication design which is applied in the preaching of Facebook, YouTube, and the website. As a result, there are four social media that can be used as a media for preaching based on visual communication, namely, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube. Furthermore, there are three forms of digital communication based on visual communication that is widely used in social media, namely da'wah posters, da'wah cartoons, and da'wah videos.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to lay out an approach to addressing the problem of privacy protection in the global digital environment based on the importance that information has to improve users’ informational self-determination. Following this reasoning, this paper focuses on the suitable way to provide user with the correct amount of information they may need to maintain a desirable grade of autonomy as far as their privacy protection is concerned and decide whether or not to put their personal data on the internet. Design/methodology/approach The authors arrive at this point in their analysis by qualitative discourse analysis of the most relevant scientific papers and dossiers relating to privacy protection. Findings The goal of this paper is twofold. The first is to illustrate the importance of privacy by default and informed consent working together to protect information and communication technology (ICT) users’ privacy. The second goal is to develop a suitable way to administrate the mentioned “informed consent” to users. Originality/value To fulfil this purpose, the authors present a new concept of informed consent: active “informed consent” or “Opt-in” model by layers. “Opt-in” regimens have already been used with cookies but never with 2.0 applications, as, for instance, social network sites (SNS).
