From the teacher's approach to students to the use of media in learning, the learning process has changed dramatically in this digital era. Islamic Religious Education teachers must improve their competence due to the stigma that they are "old teachers" who have difficulty keeping up with developments in the world of information and technology in learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the digital age. As a result, the study clearly discusses the competence of teachers and learning in the digital era, as well as the challenges, as well as the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming the challenges of learning in the digital era. A literature review from several journals and related references was used to demonstrate how a teacher should be in the digital era. Teachers in the digital age must be able to use an information and communication technology-based learning approach to make it easier for students to follow because the information they receive from cyberspace is extremely fast. Finally, Islamic Religious Education teachers must improve their ability to use technology and information-based learning media in the classroom and move away from textbooks. So that the learning process achieves its objectives and provides students with numerous opportunities to develop their learning creativity.

The development in the information and communication technology is a blessing and a gift from Allah which is given to humanity. Internet and virtual media facilities make it easy for humans to access information and socialize without being blocked by time and space. This development has a positive impact on the development of learning in this digital era. The habituation and optimization of Islamic religious education learning through Google Classroom is one way to foster the ability of learners of this century. This research involved sixth grade students at MI Islamiyah City of Malang. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of learning through Google Classroom has an impact in preparing the learning process of Islamic religious education, so that it can be a positive provision in transfer of knowledge. Abstrak            Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan nikmat dan karunia Allah yang dikaruniakan kepada umat manusia. Fasislitas internet dan media virtual, memudahkan manusia dalam mengakses informasi dan bersosialisasi tanpa disekat oleh ruang dan waktu. Perkembangan ini berdampak positif bagi perkembangan pembelajaran di era digital ini. Pembiasaaan dan optimalisasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam melalui Google Classroom merupakan salah satu cara untuk menumbuh kembangkan kemampuan peserta didik abad ini. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa-siswi kelas VI di MI Islamyyah Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pembelajaran melaui Google Classroom memiliki dampak dalam mempersiapkan proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, sehingga bisa menjadi bekal yang positif dalam memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan (transfer of knowledge).

Abstrak: Saat ini penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi untuk membantu proses pembelajaran merupakan suatu hal yang biasa. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam pembelajaran di SMPN 5 Ponorogo, meliputi peralatan yang digunakan, frekuensi pemanfaatan, hambatan yang dihadapi serta pengaruhnya terhadap motivai belajar siswa. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah 51 orang guru di SMPN 5 Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa seluruh responden sudah memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran meskipun dengan frekuensi yang berbeda-beda. Hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan sarana serta rendahnya kemampuan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Meskipun literasi digitalnya masih rendah, seluruh guru memiliki semangat belajar yang tinggi sehingga kemampuannya bisa ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan-pelatihan. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan berdampak juga terhadap prestasi belajar mereka. Kata kunci: TIK, Pembelajaran, SMPN 5 Ponorogo. Abstract:  Currently the use of Information and Communication Technology to help the learning process is a common thing. This article aims to find out how the utilization of Information and Communication Technology in learning in SMPN 5 Ponorogo, include the equipment used, the utilizations frequency, obstacles faced and the effect on student learning motivation. The object of this research is 51 teachers in SMPN 5 Ponorogo. This research uses survey method with questionnaire and interview instrument. The data obtained are analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The researchs result stated that all respondents have utilized Information and Communication Technology in learning process although with different frequency. Obstacles encountered include limited facilities and low ability to utilize Information and Communication Technology. Although digital literacy is still low, all teachers have a high learning spirit so that their skills can be improved through training. Utilization of Information and Communication Technology also proved able to increase student's learning motivation and also impact on their learning achievement.

How to improve the competence of Islamic religious. The formulation of the research problem is education teachers in responding to distance learning? The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers to improve their competence. Second: to analyze the dynamics of the implementation of teacher competency improvement. Third: to provide positive suggestions and input for Islamic religious education teachers to improve their competence. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a literature review approach and books which are the main reference of this research are Munir's Book, Distance Learning Based on Information and Communication Technology, Bandung: Alfabeta. The conclusion is that in an effort to improve the competence of Islamic religious education teachers, they formulate a strategic plan by paying attention to the objectives and utilization of learning resources, then carry out an interactive, inspiring and fun learning process. Then from these efforts, the Islamic religious education teacher responded by evaluating to be able to provide maximum results, in the distance learning process by increasing competence, designing distance learning devices, designing the implementation of distance learning, so that the evaluation can measure teacher competence. Islamic religious education in response to distance education to improve the quality of learning carried out remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic in the future.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengefektifkan pemanfaatan media berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada mata pelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif. Berdasarkan indikator pengukuran efektivitas Media Pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menurut Smaldino bahwa dari kesemua indikator hanya 50 % yang efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan temuan peneliti dilapangan membuktikan bahwa indikator pengukuran efektivitas Media berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) seperti ; keterlibatan siswa, ketepatan dalam pemilihan media, mampu membantu siswa memahami hal-hal yang bersifat abstrak, ketersediaan media, dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berarti belum efektif. Adapun kendala dalam mengefektifkan Media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata PAI di SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya yaitu kendala yang berasal dari luar dikarenakan kurangnya ketersediaan media sehingga pemakaiannya terbatas serta listrik yang tiba-tiba mati. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based learning media in increasing student understanding of Islamic education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya and the obstacles faced by teachers in making effective use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based media in the eyes. PAI lessons. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing students' understanding of Islamic Education subjects at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya has not been fully effective. Based on indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Learning Media (ICT), according to Smaldino, of all indicators only 50% are effective. This is evidenced by the findings of researchers in the field proving that indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology-based Media such as; student involvement, accuracy in selecting media, being able to help students understand abstract matters, the availability of media, can provide a meaningful learning experience that has not been effective. The constraints in making ICT-based learning media effective in improving students' understanding of the PAI eyes at SMP N 1 Lembang Jaya are constraints that come from outside due to the lack of availability of media so that their use is limited and the electricity suddenly goes out. <p><em>The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.</em></p>

The development of the world of technology cannot be avoided, educational institutions as centers of education and learning must follow these technological developments so that they can exist more. In the industrial era 4.0 which was marked by advances in information and communication technology, accelerating and providing various kinds of convenience in accessing information and data on various aspects of life. This acceleration and convenience has become a necessity and a lifestyle. Therefore, schools as educational institutions that have various kinds of data must be willing to make changes, adjust to these demands, so that the education and learning process can take place properly, quickly, and accurately. Schools must take advantage of information and communication technology. Carry out the education and learning process online. Consequently, it must have facilities and infrastructure, in the form of information and communication technology. However, the reality in the field is that not all schools have and apply this technology, due to various limitations, financial and workforce quality. The problem then is, is this true, information and communication technology is a major need, without this technology learning cannot take place optimally, the continuity of the institution and its existence is threatened. From here the researcher was moved to research on the implementation of information systems online. Aims to find out and understand the effectiveness of online information system implementation in Era 4.0 as a database and educational information service center at the Krian 1 Muhammadiyah Primary School. This type of qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach (field research). This study used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documents. The collected data were analyzed through 3 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data, triangulation was used. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of the Muhammadiyah Education Information System (Sidikmu) in the administrative services of the Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic education assessment system in the Industrial era 4.0 at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Sioarjo implemented in integral automation. An information system that not only functions as a database but also as a center for educational information services for student guardians. So that educational institutions can move according to the era which is completely online and instant. Sidikmu is effective and efficient in improving the quality and productivity of the ISMUBA education assessment system administration services at SD Muhamadiyah 1 Krian, Sidoarjo. The effectiveness and efficiency of Sidikmu's work automatically integrate all existing data in schools, making it easier for the administrative process for assessments, especially on ISMUBA subjects. The main obstacle is that not all Ismuba teachers master the technology, so training is needed, the provision of facilities, and guaranteed awards for Creative and Innovative Ismuba teachers

ICTs in Education refers to the development of information and communications technology specifically for teaching/learning purposes, while the ICTs in education involves the adoption of general components of information and communication technologies in the teaching learning process. This article intends to examine the concept of education and training in the form of information and communication technology-based teaching materials for the athlete's teacher. This training is very important for them considering the teacher's low ability to use technology in the learning process. The research method used is the study of literature. The results of the analysis show that Substantive Technical Training in Teaching Material Preparation can be implemented to improve the competence of RA teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media.

The amount of information to be accumulated at university has been increasing in recent years, so students nowadays are moving towards using computers in the learning process. Application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), particularly educational software, to facilitate the learning and teaching process has become a more and more popular trend among teachers. In Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT), Vietnam, a multi-disciplinary virtual learning environment (http://e-learning.tnut.edu.vn) has been established on the MOODLE platform. The aim of this paper is to introduce the design of self-practice listening and vocabulary exercises for the TOEFL-ITP preparation course by integrating the exercises designed with the Hot Potatoes and Quizlet into TNUT’s institutional e-learning system. First, the advantages of the e-learning system are discussed. Second, the tools and materials necessary for the design are described. Finally, a suggestion on integrating the listening and vocabulary exercises designed by the Hot Potatoes software and Quizlet into the available e-learning system is introduced.

Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in distance learning requires some efforts to succeed. Currently in using internet for learningassisted service, UT has utilized tutorial online for 171 courses. In the implementation of tutorial online UT found many constraints such as the number of students who use tutorial online facility is relatively small, low capability of using ICT, high cost, low accessibility, and technical difficulty. E-moderating is one of the learning approach to be used in evaluating tutorial online for two sample courses in Mathematics MATK4531- Structure of Algebra and MATA4350-Mathematics of Finance. Research on the implementation of the on-line tutorials indicates that the development stages of tutorial online could facilitate learning experiences but there are some difficulty in accessing and socializing the facilities for new students. The efforts to acquire learning effectiveness in Tutorial Online at UT should be creatively develop.
