Inspired by philosopher Peter Hallward’s call for a renewed focus on political will, this article examines its conceptualization within three areas of the discipline: non-representational theory, post-politics, and Gramscian geographies. Non-representational theorists draw attention to the role of affect in shaping political life, but have little to say about conscious collective volition. In contrast, post-politics scholars offer an extensive vocabulary for understanding political will as a prescriptive form of agency, but risk confining the political to an abstract, regulative idea. Meanwhile, Gramscian geographies’ dialectical approach to political will can complement both by mediating between extremes of objective and subjective determination.

Theoretical and empirical data indicate that along with the philosophy and sociology of law, it is necessary to acknowledge the value and applicability of toolset of the political science of law. It is substantiated that determination of the scientific status of political science of law as an element of general theoretical science of law or an independent science at the initial stage of “testing” its methodological perspectives is not an end in itself. Based on the analysis of sociopolitical practice, national and foreign conceptual ideas, as well as provisions of the effective legislation of the Russian Federation and specifics of its application, the author concludes on the infiltration of politics into the structure of state-legal reality on a deeper level. For increasing the accuracy of the acquired results, the author employs dialectical approach and main logical methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, extrapolation, etc.), as well as referred to the basic general theoretical principles of jurisprudence, considering the peculiarities of political science knowledge. The author also expresses his opinion on the need for further research in the area of application of political science of law, as well as the prospects and desirable results of its implementation in legal research.

This study aims to see the tendency of the Dayak elites in the transition of relocating the capital to Central Kalimantan. This study uses a historical dialectical approach to address phenomena related to strengthening the identity of the Dayak and Dayak farmers. The results of the study prove that the discourse of relocating the capital is used as a safety net in the process of increasing investors after covid 19 pandemic ends. Strengthening the Dayak identity is formed and becomes legitimacy for the identity of the farmers which is then responded by the provincial government and the Indonesian state government.

In the present condition, the movement of ' Aisyiyah and Nayiatul Aiyiyah women is still needed and developed in particular in central Kalimantan, by looking at the current challenges and socio-political conditions. In the context of Muhammadiyah, the strengthening of women's movements in the requirement is inherent with the mission and dynamics of the Muhammadiyah movement in realizing the true Islamic community. The revitalization of Muslim women's movements is also in line with Islamic missions as a religion that upholds the glory of women and humanity to become the world's majesty and as a treatise on the pamphlets of the secret of Lil'alamin. Thus, researchers are interested in reviewing the role of Muhammadiyah women in leadership and political affairs. Research objects that serve as the subject of research have complex and dynamic characteristics. Based on the results of the study of about 70% of Muhammadiyah women both Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah have been actively involved in leadership and political roles in Central Kalimantan. The activities are directly involved in the government agency and the political, KPU, etc. and can also be done orally through studies, meetings held or personally. The quota of 30 percent of women in Parliament and political parties was not wasted by the district leader ' Aisyiyah to issue a policy on women's political Empowerment program, giving women a political education. The Program is listed in activities including seminars, workshops, studies, studies, training and so on, in providing support to women to participate in the political field in central Kalimantan. The department owned by the Women of Muhammadiyah both Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in addition to the obligation in the domestic domain is a classic problem that serves as a test of commitment in the air-conditioned ma'ruf nahi munkar.

During the last twenty or twenty-five years medieval historians have been much interested in the composition of the English episcopate. A number of studies of it have been published on periods ranging from the eleventh to the fifteenth and early sixteenth centuries. A further paper might well seem superfluous. My reason for offering one is that most previous writers have concentrated on analysing the professional circles from which the bishops were drawn, and suggesting the influences which their early careers as royal clerks, university masters and students, secular or regular clergy, may have had on their later work as bishops. They have shown comparatively little interest in their social background and provenance, except for those bishops who belonged to magnate families. Some years ago, when working on the political activities of Edward II's bishops, it seemed to me that social origins, family connexions and provenance might in a number of cases have had at least as much influence on a bishop's attitude to politics as his early career. I there fore collected information about the origins and provenance of these bishops. I now think that a rather more careful and complete study of this subject might throw further light not only on the political history of the reign, but on other problems connected with the character and work of the English episcopate. There is a general impression that in England in the later middle ages the bishops' ties with their dioceses were becoming less close, and that they were normally spending less time in diocesan work than their predecessors in the thirteenth century.

In many respects, the least important part of the 1999 elections were the elections themselves. From the beginning of General Abdusalam Abubakar’s transition program in mid-1998, most Nigerians who were not part of the wealthy “political class” of elites—which is to say, most Nigerians— adopted their usual politically savvy perspective of siddon look (sit and look). They waited with cautious optimism to see what sort of new arrangement the military would allow the civilian politicians to struggle over, and what in turn the civilians would offer the public. No one had any illusions that anything but high-stakes bargaining within the military and the political class would determine the structures of power in the civilian government. Elections would influence this process to the extent that the crowd influences a soccer match.
