This study aims to provide an effort to provide an overview of how waste management is based on community involvement in Menteng Village, Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province. The type of research used is qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The primary data is the Solid Waste Management Section at the Palangkaraya City Residential and Settlement Service, UPT. Integrated Waste Management of Jekan Raya Region II District, Community in Menteng Village, Jekan Raya District, Palangkaraya City. While the secondary data source is Palangkaraya City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2017 concerning Waste Management and Cleanliness. Based on the results of the research, it can be explained that Waste Management Based on Community Involvement in Menteng Village, Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, in general this has not been maximized because (1) the implementation of socialization (banner / banner) is not maximal. Number 1 of 2017 (2) Guidance and supervision were still lacking, only at the beginning of the Regional Regulation (3) The role of the public and private sector still needs to be improved to optimize waste management in Menteng Village, Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City.

This study aims to determine the Community Perceptions in the City without Slums Program (KotaKu) in the Pahandut Urban Area Palangkaraya City. The method used is qualitative. The researcher wants to describe the Community Perception in the City without Slums Program (KotaKu) in the Pahandut Urban Area of ​​Palangka Raya City by using 5 (five) performance indicators, namely Stimulation, Organization, Interpretation-evaluation, Memory, and Recall. The data source consisted of primary data, namely the results of interviews with 2 officials of the City Coordinator of the City of My City and the Acting Housing and Settlement Areas and 5 community members who received the KotaKu Program in the Pahandut Kelurahan, while the secondary data source was the SK Palangka Raya Mayor Document Number 188.45 / 130/2016 and Pahandut Village basline data. The results showed that the Community Perception in the City without Slums Program (KotaKu) in the Pahandut Kelurahan of Palangka Raya City that the facilities provided to the community could not be used optimally in accordance with their functions and lack of public awareness that the slum was a problem they had to solve itself, the government is only a tool to help provide the facilities they need for these problems. Cause this program is less than optimal even though the government has done its job well, because the impelamator of this program is the community itself. The program will be said to be successful if the facilities built can be used by the community. Suggestions from researchers provide regular outreach to the community, with the aim to change the community mindset that is the main problem of this program. Not only socialization, the government should continue to evaluate and remind that this function continues to work by the Working Group.

This research aims to analyze the implementation and identify the inhibitory factors of the Implementation of the Procurement of Goods /Services Electonic (e-procurement) in the National Road Implementation Task Force of Central Kalimantan Province. The desired target in the study, the researchers gave a limitation of the problem the implementation of electronic tenders for construction workers (roads/bridges) in the National Road Implementation Task Force of Central Kalimantan Province. The research approach in this study is a type of qualitative descriptive that aims to describe the complexity and dynamic in the procurement of electronic goods/services. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and documentation. The interviewees were the head of the task force, the commitment-making officer, the task force assistant, the treasurer, and other employees related to the electoral auction in the Central Kalimantan Province National Road Implementing Task Force. The results of the study show the conclusion that the implementation of procurement of goods /services electronically in the national road implementation taskforce of Central Kalimantan Province has been carried out for the last few years. All stages of the auction are electonic through a long process of 14 stages that all transparent using a system that can be accessed for the public. However, the factor of inhibiting the implementation of electronic procurement of goods /services (e-procurement) in the national road implementation taskforce of Central Kalimantan Province is 1) HR, namely the lack of expertise in running the application of Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) as well as the lack of employees who have a Certificate of Procurement of Service Goods which is an absolute requirement to become Pokja Election / Procurement Officer. 2) Technology, internet network capacity that causes internet access speed to be slow.

This study aims to analyze the role of the community in monitoring the use of village funds. Considering that the village carries out self-government, the village administration consists of a village government which includes the village head and village officials. The phenomenon of using village funds has occurred since the distribution of funds to villages through the fantastic APBN, so there is a need for monitoring in the use of village funds. In this study, the research method used was literature study method. The literature study used is a method used to collect data or sources related to the topics raised in this paper. The literature studies obtained were sourced from various kinds such as regulations/laws, journals, books and other documentation. The results showed that the role of the community in monitoring the use of village funds was still not optimal. This is reflected in the lack of supervision from the community. This is due to the fact that public complaint channels are not well managed by all regions and the scope of evaluation and supervision by the Camat is not optimal. There is no institutional mechanism for transparency and accountability of village funds to the community.

Work discipline is an important aspect in generating employee performance which will create a conducive work climate so that it can synergize with increasing employee morale or enthusiasm to achieve a goal. This study aims to see the effect of work influence on employee performance at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Barito Regency in 2021. In this study, the author of quantitative quantitative research. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through, observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The sample used as the object of research was 30 people. This study has two variables, namely the independent (X) Work Discipline and the dependent variable (Y) Employee Performance in the job training and workforce placement sections. The results obtained in the calculation of simple linear regression are Y = 18,628 + 0.553 x where the value (a) is 18,628; and the coefficient value (b) is 0.553. Then the results of tcount> are obtained from the test that tcount> ttable (3.374 ≥ t table 2.051) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Barito Regency in 2021. Based on the conclusion, it can be seen that the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the job training section and placement of workers at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Barito Regency in 2021 is important because it can improve employee performance in carrying out their duties according to des jobs.

This research departs from the phenomenons as a new system the policy of implementation of open selection within the palangka raya city government has been responded to by varios civil servant especially in Palangka Raya government environment and civil servants who register as participants does not match the exected amount so that an extention of the registratration period. In this study using a qualitative approach. The research data was obtained from direct observations, interviews and collecting documents and using triangulation of data sources and theory triangulation. Based on the result of research that the policy implementation of primary leader position through open selection in the Palangka Raya city government environment has been going well but not yet optimal. The low interest of civil servant to participate in open selection is because there is an assumption that open selection is only a formality. The constraints faced are the tendency factor, whish is the attitudes and interest of the civil servant who are still lacking and the resource factor, which is inadequate facilitieas so that it entails a large cost for building rent. The aouthor suggest that the city government of Palangka Raya should be able to actively and consistenly as well as maintain commitments so that in the future the implementation of open selection can gain the trust and interest of the sivil servants, continue to improve in the provision and improvements of facilies such as building, meeting rooms, computers and equipment, using the assessor who has been accredited by the state personnel agency and for the competency test stage can take advantage of the results of the talent pool conducted by the state personnel board competency assessment center.

This study aims to analyze the home visite services of people with mental disorders in Kalawa Atei General Hospital in Central Kalimantan Province. Given the implementation of the program for people with mental disorders to access health services whose handling is different from other health services. This study uses a qualitative approach that aims to describe the complexity and dynamics of handling people with mental disorders. The primary data in this study were sourced from several informants, namely Home Visite Officers from Kalawa Atei General Hospital, Social Service and Povinsi / Regency Health Service, local Puskesmas, and Family of Ganguan Mental Panderita. Meanwhile, Secondary Sources in this study include the Implementation of Home Visite Regulation, Home Visite Service Profile, Home Visite Patient Ratio and other related documents. The results of the study show the conclusions of the study that the implementation of home visite services organized by the Central Kalimantan Atei Central Hospital along with other cross sectors has been running quite well. This is seen in terms of the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided in providing home visite services for ODGJs that have been prepared and are maximally sought. Home visite services are in accordance with SOPs, competencies and disciplines of each service officer. Home visite services provide guarantees to each patient with a special schedule by officers to come to the regions to provide these services. In this case, home visite services in terms of empathy by service personnel are good enough. Considering that home viste activities are shown to severely mentally ill patients, who cannot access Kalawa Atei General Hospital for various reasons, such as financial incapacity, no family support, family ignorance, and the existence of savings. However, there are several inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Home Visite Service at Atawa Kalawa Hospital, namely: 1) equipment completeness, 2) field conditions, 3) communication.

This research aims to analyze the management of natural resources as a resource as a source of economic income of local communities on the border of the river Rungan Palangka Raya City. As long as this local community relies only on fishery resources, while fishery resources are now difficult to find due to various pollution that occurs. The research approach in this research is a qualitative descriptive that aims to illustrate the complexity and dynamism of natural resources management for the local community's economic income. Data collection In this research researchers use field research techniques that are data collection techniques conducted using researchers plunge directly into the field where the research location is conducted. The data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results showed research conclusions that during this time, the management of potential natural resources available has not been well managed. So that the unmanaged natural resources are not able to provide a permanent source of economic income for local communities on the border of the city of Palangka Raya River. Whereas various potentials can be developed for the source of economic income of local people such as plants and plants that can be cultivated and have local wisdom to be religious tourism that can be a source of economic income of local people. The barriers to natural resource management for the source of economic income of local communities on the boundary of the Rungan River of Palangka Raya City are 1) personal ownership or land tenure, 2)from the institutional and Non-institutional side. 3) No support and utilization of technology in the management of natural resources for the source of economic income of local communities.

This research discusses the role of social capital in fulfilling livelihood resources in Dayak ngaju indigenous communities in Central Kalimantan's Manusup Village. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive design. The results of this study show that social capital has an important role and serves in expanding cooperation relationships, both relationships in social needs and relationships in the needs of livelihood sources.relationships in social needs serve to give birth to social solidarity formed through social institutions and religions. While the relationship in the needs of livelihood sources serves to support economic resilience by opening up interactions in strengthening mutually beneficial networks, both bonding, bridging, and linking capital. Bonding capital plays a role in forming togetherness and emotional connection and can strengthen internal relationships. Bridging capital can pave the way and stimulate community development. Meanwhile, linking capital brings great benefits to the progress of Manusup village, namely the advancement and development of potential expertise in obtaining livelihood sources.

Management of settlements on the edge of the Kahayan river, pahandut, Palangkaraya city, is part of the way done by the community and assisted by the government to maintain the quality of clean water in the river environment and reduce the disposal of household waste to the river by providing slagging to the community, making MCK / sanitation and communal septic tank. For a literature review on settlement management, the theory used by George R Terry's theory, while the indicators used to determine the process of settlement management that is using the approach of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising or known as POAC. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the process of settlement management in the Kahayan river bank, pahandut, palangkaraya city, was running quite well, only that the utilization was not optimal in terms of the settlement management process which consisted of the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling stages
