In this article we intend to address the context of the school routine that is governed by rules developed by the sectors responsible for school management. In the bureaucratization of school work we see the same meaning and dimensions as the bureaucratization of other sectors of production. As the training of the workforce was transferred to the school, this institution incorporated in its organization and functioning new elements and fundamental characteristics to achieve a good performance as a socializing agency for the worker. On the other hand, the figure of the autonomous teacher, of the humanist, encyclopedist type, has also disappeared. Whether in public education or in the private network, the vast majority of teachers are in the condition of salaried workers. In this way, the process of proletarianization of teaching workers is characterized, characterized by their working conditions. The division of school work, as it developed based on the same principles as the so-called management theories, reinforces the reproduction of capitalist logic in school pedagogical practice because new practices and relationships are crystallized in this practice.

It is common to find that in some mines in the coalfield of Sinifaná not exercise proper control over sealings and therefore the air can make tours of areas that do not require to be ventilated at the mine. This has a major negative impact, since often the air does not reach to operating fronts of the adequately form and makes it impossible for people can have appropriate working conditions; on the other hand it generated highly relevant economic losses related to the air injection to abandoned works. With the present study is pretend to assess how is the influence of the sealings in the behavior of the mine, in the equivalent resistance and the flows to the work fronts, this in order to establish in the case of the mine selected, which sealings can be implemented and thus optimize ventilation in the mine.

Abstract Promoting safety and health at work, as part of the overall improvement of working conditions, is an important strategy, not only to ensure well-being of workers, but also to make a positive contribution to productivity. Health, safety and well-being of workers are therefore prerequisites for improving quality and productivity and are important for equitable and sustainable socio-economic development. Toxicological investigation of an industrial objective involves both knowledge of working conditions and the dynamic establishment of occupational pollutants in the workplace atmosphere, as well as bio-toxicological evaluation, being a synthetic representation of the aggressiveness of pollutants entering the body by various paths (respiratory, cutaneous, digestive, etc.) with reference, at the same time, to the adaptability of respective employees. Evaluation of the toxicological investigation has a role in following the evolution of working conditions and health of employees in time, potential technological changes with possible impact on employees’ health, as well as if new conditions occur, requiring the completion of previous toxicological investigations. Use of heavy metals in different industries has increased the quality of products from different production sectors but on the other hand also led to an increase in the toxicity of workplace atmosphere, which requires an assessment of the negative impact produced. The current paper aims at an alternative analysis of the determination of heavy metals content (Cu, Cd, Pb, Ni, Cr) in workplace atmosphere, using, on one hand, the method of spectroscopy of atomic emissions with inductively coupled plasma and, on the other hand, fluorescence with X rays. Following statistical processing of data gathered by the two alternative methods, the accuracy, reproducibility, relative standard deviation as well as the fidelity of methods expressed by the coefficient of variation will be established.

The wide-spread use of semiconductor and gas-filled diodes for non-linear over-voltage protection results in a variety of possible working conditions. It is therefore essential to have a thorough insight into their reliability in exploitation environments which imply exposure to ionizing radiation. The aim of this paper is to investigate the influence of irradiation on over-voltage diode characteristics by exposing the diodes to californium-252 combined neutron/gamma radiation field. The irradiation of semiconductor over-voltage diodes causes severe degradation of their protection characteristics. On the other hand, gas-filled over-voltage diodes exhibit a temporal improvement of performance. The results are presented with the accompanying theoretical interpretations of the observed changes in over-voltage diode behaviour, based on the interaction of radiation with materials constituting the diodes.

The studies that are dedicated to the landscape understand it as the materialization of relations between man and territory. Thus, the purpose of this article is to show the landscape as a category of thought and part of the reflective field of the Aesthetic discipline. It will be mentioned writings of certain philosophers committed to interpret the landscape in its aesthetic dimension. I will mention, for instance, the research of Georg Simmel, Augustin Berque and Arnold Berleant. It seeks to broaden its notion beyond the social transformations of space, celebrating the sensitive manners of apprehending nature. It is also intended to understand the notion of landscape formulated in Renaissance and especially in the late Eighteenth Century putting light on some of Goethe's literary works, such as The sorrows of young Werther and Elective affinities.]

Coaching processes use to take a sophisticated time, of 8 to 10 appointments. While using the help of animals and especially horses complex coaching processes may be shortened down to 3 up to 5 appointments. On the one hand, horses are always a member of the herd and therefor are used to recognize and respond on body language. On the other hand, due to the special atmosphere between man and animal the coachee will be able to open himself to the coaching process immediately. All in all the involved parties will benefit from straight and transparent working conditions. Keywords: instrument coaching, führungskräftetraining, führungskräfteentwicklung

The primary aim of this paper is to investigate students’ difficulty in the implementation of genre-based approach to teach English skills. It focuses on approximation exercise. The author reported the result of the study in the form of qualitative data. The practice revealed that the students faced difficulty to start writing their ideas. In this point, the students who have quite good English proficiency felt easy in constructing the text without employing elementary sentences. It happens although their text construction is somehow not grammatically correct. On the other hand, for those who have low English proficiency, the incorporation of elementary sentences and final realization help them a lot in constructing the text effectively. In a nutshell, the students in high and low English proficiency have their own difficulty in putting their ideas in the form of a text. Teacher’s assistance is crucial in developing students’ skill independently. Finally, this pedagogical practice might become the teacher’s guidance in practicing genre-based approached in the classroom.

One of the biggest educational challenges of the past decades is the question of the social and educational integration of young people with special educational needs (SEN) and/or youth and young adults with disabilities. The importance of the topic is provided by two factors; there is a clearly rising trend in the increase in the number of children with special educational needs, which can be identified almost immediately among the children due to the methodological results, on the one hand, and it has become a feature of the public education that was able to launch many segments of the market – developments, movement therapy, complex forms of education based on special needs – and, as a result, industries are slowly beginning to emerge to create opportunities for them to enter the system, on the other hand. In the case of the public education, the SEN category also represents a kind of set of problems, because in the case of students who study at a normal pace, those belonging to the SEN group only experience disadvantages. The purpose of this summary is, on the one hand, to describe the concept and the framework of the content of the special educational needs used in the public education, and, on the other hand, to summarize the types of disabilities in the light of such data. The study also seeks to give an answer to the question how the determination of the disability is able to reflect a specific educational need, and shed light on the usable, more relevant concept from the perspective of the interested persons.

This paper seeks to address what I claim are competing utopian and anti-utopian impulses within educational discourse aimed at formulating a just and fair conception of public education. On the one hand, there is a tendency to prescribe concrete utopias – normative blueprints that claim to portent how a redeemed public education will (and ought to) be. On the other hand, there is the tendency to prescribe material revolutions – strategic blueprints that dictate the kinds of political action that educators must undertake in order to bring about lasting social change. I argue that both of these approaches to formulating a just conception of public education are flawed for pragmatic as well as normative reasons. As a way of avoiding the pitfalls inherent to utopianism and anti-utopianism, I suggest that those of us interested in a just conception of education maintain our focus on a kind of pragmatic utopianism. While pragmatic utopianism requires that we abandon the notion that we can ever know what a redeemed public education will look like in its particulars, it does set out standards of deliberation that can increase the likelihood that we will be able to address issues of educational justice as they arise.

Ściupider-Młodkowska Mirosława, Contemporary interpersonal relations that demand dialogue. Culture – Society – Education no 2(16) 2019, Poznań 2019, pp. 85–93,Adam Mickiewicz University Press. ISSN 2300-0422. DOI10.14746/kse.2019.16.6. The aim of the article is to answer the question of why contemporary interpersonal relationships need dialogue in cultural and social transformations ? The article is based on the conclusions of the author’s research carried out among a selected group of students revealing the characteristics of homo construens. Young people who took part in the research directed (constructed) the scripts of partnership and family biographies as free, original and willing to change. On the other hand, the same scripts unmasked loneliness and a huge need for recognition in the world of cultural and narcissistic demands for self-actualisation, satisfaction and a sense of fulfilmentin the spheres of partnerships and family. The need for dialogue requires pedagogical support that will revealthe values of community, social groups and partnerships.

The title which I have been given suggests that in my particular consideration of technology the emphasis should be not on professional attitudes, but on public attitudes, and what might be done to inform and if necessary improve them. At first glance, a sensible approach might be to conduct some kind of survey among “the public” to discover what proportion of people hold particular attitudes towards technology. With little in the way of regret, I shall foreswear that approach, not because I am unacquainted with such surveys, but because I perhaps know them too well. If you ask a completely unloaded question, such as “What is your view of medical technology?”, you will probably get answers, but you will not be able to determine how much they are preconditioned by how much the person knows, and in particular how any recent experience of medical investigation has turned out. That in turn may owe more to the nature of his problem than to the skill with which investigations have been selected and performed. On the other hand, if you ask loaded questions, such as “Is medical technology free of risks?,” you will bias the proportion of replies, and still find the answer no easier to interpret.
