Abstract: Environmental safety is a shared responsibility between the community and the officers who are specially authorized to secure an area. For this reason, the role of the community in informing actions that interfere with safety is important. This study aims to develop a prototype of an environmental safety system using an emergency button application to inform certain safety conditions. This research is developed by conducting a Research and Development model through requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing. This prototype offers a basic function of the security system at a residence, such as a button for hazard emergency, stranger alert, notification when out of town, and needing assistance. This prototype is connected to the account of each resident with the security officer at the post guard. This prototype has been tested and works well as expected.            Keywords: emergency button; security; residence;   Abstrak: Keamanan lingkungan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara masyarakat dan petugas yang diberi wewenang secara khusus menjaga keamanan sebuah wilayah. Untuk itu, peranan masyarakat dalam menginformasikan tindakan-tindakan yang mengganggu keselamatan  menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem keamanan lingkungan menggunakan aplikasi tombol darurat bagi masyarakat untuk menginformasikan kondisi keamanan tertentu. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan model Research and Development dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan selanjutnya dirancang dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk situs web yang selanjutnya diuji coba fungsionalitasnya. Fungsi yang ditawarkan dalam model ini meliputi tombol darurat bahaya, waspada orang asing, keluar kota dan bantuan. Sistem terhubung pada akun masing-masing warga dengan petugas keamanan di pos keamanan. Prototipe telah diuji fungsionalitasnya dan bekerja baik sesuai dengan fungsinya.  Kata kunci: keamanan; perumahan; tombol darurat

Abstract: This research aimed to develop tool of evaluation(online/offline tests) using Ispring Suite 8 to math learning at the junior high school. This research method used research and development model (R&D) by using a test instrument development model that includes measuring instrument specifications, statement or question writing, statement or question review, instrument assembly, test, selection and assembly of instruments, instrument administration and scaling and norms writing. The data analysis techniques used expert questionnaire validation and students’ questionnaire response. The results obtained: first, material expert validation got the final percentage of 87% with very reasonable criteria, the media expert got the final percentage of 85,5% with very reasonable criteria, the linguist got the final percentage of 84% with very reasonable criteria, and the second, the final percentage result of students' response was 87,6% with very interesting criteria. So it can be concluded that the development of online tests using Ispring Suite 8  is very suitable to be used in tool of evaluation learning of mathematicsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat evaluasi (online/offline tes) menggunakan Ispring Suite 8  pada pembelajaran matematika pada tingkat SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunkaan model research and development (R&D). Dengan menggunakaan model pengengembangan intrumen tes yang meliputi spesifikasi alat ukur, penulisan pernyataan atau pertanyaan, penelaahan pernyataan atau pertanyaan, perakitan instrumen, uji coba, seleksi dan perakitan instrumen, administrasi instrumen dan penulisan skala dan norma. Teknik analisis data menggunakan angket validasi ahli dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: pertama validasi ahli materi mendapat persentase akhir sebesar 87% dengan kriteria sangat layak, ahli media mendapat persentase akhir sebesar 85,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak, ahli bahasa mendapat persentase akhir sebesar 84% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan yang kedua hasil persentase akhir respon peserta didik sebesar 87,6% dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan tes online/offline menggunakan ispring suite 8 sangat layak digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi pada pembelajaran matematika.

The Empirical Analysis

To explore the role of fiscal policies in promoting the development of photovoltaic industry, the effects of financial subsidies on the development of China’s photovoltaic industry were analyzed by using the micro data of listed companies. The empirical analysis results in this study indicate that the fiscal policies represented by financial subsidies play a remarkable positive impetus function and financial subsidies are positively correlated with the operating performance of Photovoltaic enterprises. With larger the asset size and higher the Research and Development (R&D) investments, the operating performance of Photovoltaic enterprises is the better. Based on the above results, this study puts forward some policy suggestions on optimizing fiscal policy tools and further promoting the development of photovoltaic industry.

This research aims to promote the development of the character of learning community at Madrasah Tsanawiyah of Bantul Regency Yogyakarta, and two problems posed to be addressed: why the character of community learning pattern does not realize as it has been expected, and how does the development of the character of learning community at MTs of Bantul look like? The research uses the Research and Development model that is consisted of four stages: exploration, development, tests, and dissemination. The data were collected by means of observatiosn, interviews, questionaire, and review of documentation. The results show: (1) the character of learning community at the MTs in Bantul Regency has not been fully established because the teachers were not active in preparing their lesson study, and they did not benefit from it. Also, they were too busy in fulfilling their obligations as teachers; (2) the development of the character of learning community at MTs in Bantul could be implemented through Classroom Action Research-based lesson study plans which are consisted of five stages: consolidation of lesson study concepts, explanation of Classroom Action Research as a form of scientific publication, planning, implementation of action, and reflection.

Technology united with research and development has evolved as a grave differentiator of the agriculture sector in India including production, processing, and agriculture packing and marketing of given crops. Near about 50 percent of the Indian workforce was engaged in the agriculture sector but its share in GDP was only 14 percent, much lower in comparison to former. Though, certain agriculture items showed a steady annual increase in terms of kilograms per hectare. Agriculture transformed significantly over the past few decades but when it comes to investment in research and development there is a lot more which needs to be done. The paper analyzes the role of various research and development institutions in boosting the growth of the agriculture sector that helps in attaining sustainable agriculture development and self-sufficiency in the production process since independence. It also focusesed on the various issues faced by these development institutions. The findings unveiled that since independence a lot more was done to boost the research and development in the agriculture sector at both the center and state levels but a proper implementation of these policies along with transparency could bring more desirable outcomes than were gained at present.

This study is conducted in order to describe the development model ofconstructivistic teaching in Indonesian language for the sake of maximizing thestudents’ attitude in critical thinking. Operationally this study is done inorder to describe the concept and strategy model and the materials of constructivisticIndonesian language teaching developed by the teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Rembokenfor the sake of maximizing the students’ attitude in critical thinking. TheIndonesian language teachers’ concept on the planning and the conduction ofconstructivistic teaching related to what Indonesian language teaching is, howthe textbook and the materials are used, the purpose of Indonesian languageteaching is, the role of the teacher, the role of the students in the teachingand learning process, the use of teaching methods and media, and the procedureof the conduction of constructivistic Indonesian language teaching and learningprocess in the classroom, was not done by the teachers when they were observed.Their constructivistic teaching attitude is very minimal.

The role of R&D (research and development) intensity on the effect of knowledge services on the business performance of firms has been discussed by using PLS-SEM and PLS-MGA methods. Research groups were divided into two groups, innovative and non-innovative. Respondents were classified into innovative firms if their R&D intensity was over 3% and vice versa. PLS-SEM and PLS-MGA results were compared for two groups and valuable insights were extracted. For innovative firms, knowledge services seemed to be verified and processed by the decision makers and utilized to achieve their business performance. On the other hand, a large number of non-innovative firms seemed to have a stronger tendency to utilize knowledge services directly for their business without sufficient verification by the decision makers.
