This study aims to analyze and know the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over and Net Profit Margin in assessing the Financial Performance of Multi-Industry Sector Companies in the period 2016-2019. Independent variables used are Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over and Net Profit Margin while dependent variable in this study is Financial Performance represented by Return On Asset. The method used is quantitative method, The type of research is correlation between connecting independent and dependent variable. Research described causal relationship. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Sample is defined as part of the population with certain criteria and amount. Samples used in the study of 13 companies. The tests used are classic assumption tests, multiple linear analysis research models, and the coefficients of determination are simultaneous and partial tests. The results showed that partial current ratio and debt to equity ratio have no effect on financial performance while Total Assets Turn Over and Net Profit Margin affect financial performance. Adjusted R Square test results explain 97.4% of dependent variables can be explained by independent variables while the remaining 2.6% is not explained. The conclusion from the results of this test that two variables namely Current ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio which does not affect Financial Performance.

Purpose of Study: This study was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of CR, DAR, DER, ROE, GPM, OPM, and NPM simultaneously to financial performance (ROA) and the effect of CR, DAR, DER, ROE, GPM, OPM, and NPM partially toward financial performance (ROA). Methodology: The sample of companies used in this study as many as 16 companies from 45 companies listed in the LQ45 Index period 2012-2016 with Purposive Sampling Technique. The independent variables used are Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) while the dependent variable is Return on Assets (ROA) as an indicator of Financial Performance. The analysis used in this research is the Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: The results show that CR, DAR, DER, ROE, GPM, OPM, and NPM have an effect toward ROA; CR, DAR, DER have no significant partial effect on ROA; and ROE, GPM, OPM, NPM have a partially significant effect on ROA. Implications/Applications: Regression test results ROE, GPM, OPM, and NPM partially indicate that the independent variables studied have a significant influence on ROA.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2019.The results showed that the total score of financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is on an unhealthy interval scale, which is at a total criterion score of 50 - 65 (Minister of BUMN Nomo: Kep-100 / MBU / 2002. These results indicate that the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk using the ratio finance, namely the cash ratio in 2018 obtained a value of 130.1 with a score of 10 and in 2019 a score of 129.1 and a score of 8 (very healthy). Calculation of the current ratio in 2018 with a value of 1.17 and a score of 0, while the year 2019 with a score of 0.39 and a score of 0 (unhealthy). Debt to Equity Ratio in 2018 with a score of 162.4 and a score of 10, while in 2019 the score was 183.2 with a score of 10 (very healthy). Debt to Total Asset Ratio in 2018 with a score of 61.8 and a score of 0, while in 2019 the value was 64.6 with a score of 0 (unhealthy) .The Gros Profit Margin ratio in 2018 shows a value of 31.9 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 the score is 23.9 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy) Net Profit Margin ratio for the year 2018 shows a value of 24.2 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 a score of 17.5 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy). The Return On Investement (ROI) ratio in 2018 scored 11.6 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 with a score of 17.9 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy) and the Return On Equity (ROE) ratio, throughout 2018 with a value of 44.4 and a score of 8.5 and in 2019 with a value of 47.9 and a score of 8.5 (very healthy).Keyword : Ferformance Financial, Financial Ratio

This study aims to analyze the joint and partial effect of the price earning ratio, current ratio, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio variables on the stock prices of companies listed on the LQ-45 Index of the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The research sample is companies that fall into the LQ-45 stock category, namely 45 companies for the 2016-2018 period using normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests as classical assumptions using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that the research variable has a significant effect on stock prices in companies in the LQ-45 Index category of the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2018 period and the partial test results show that the price earning ratio variable has no significant effect on stock prices, the current variable ratio and affects stock prices. net profit margin significantly affects stock prices and the debt to equity ratio variable significantly affects stock prices in companies in the LQ-45 Index category of the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2016 - 2018.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Over Turen (TATO), net profit margin (NPM), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA) , Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) influential in distinguishing healthy firms and perusahaa bankruptcy discriminant model. Based on discriminant analysis of known groups of healthy companies and a group of companies that went bankrupt differ significantly, from 9 (nine) variables are in use only 4 (four) variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Gross Profit Margin is selected and able to differentiate healthy companies and companies go bankrupt, while the 5 (five) of the variables, Turn Over Total Assets, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Assets, and Operating Profit Margin are not able to differentiate healthy and bankrupt companies. This study was conducted to determine the effect of factors such as financial fundamentals Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) of the company and real property estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2013. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of five companies. Variables include the Earning Per Share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) as the independent variable and stock price as dependent variables. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous regression test (Test F), shows that the Earning Per Share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR ) simultaneously  influence the stock prices of five companies that were visited. While partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable EPS, ROA, NPM and CR partial effect, whereas the variable DER has no partial effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Profitability (Net Profit Margin) on Firm Value (Price to Earning Ratio) in Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Sharia Index. Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Purposive Sampling was used as a sampling technique and 9 selected companies met the criteria to be the research sample. The results showed that Current Ratio had no positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin had no positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio. Simultaneously, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on the company value of the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Sharia Index for the period 2014-2018. The results showed that the solvency, liquidity and profitability variables in this study amounted to 26.65%, while the remaining 73.35% was explained by other variables outside the research model.

The present study aims to investigate the influence of financial performanceof the stock prices on food and beverage industries in the Indonesia StockExchange that are Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), TotalAssets Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM).This study usedsecondary data that obtained from the financial statements of IndonesianCapital Market Directory (ICMD) based on the publication of the IndonesiaStock Exchange. The sample used in this study were enterprises food andbeverage industries listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 – 2015.The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis.Theresults of this study indicated that there was significant effect simultaneouslybetween financial performance [Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM)] towardthe stock prices on food and beverage industries in Indonesia stockExchange in 2011 - 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah right issue pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015. Right issue adalah penawaran saham tambahan di luar saham awal. Periode pengamatan satu tahun sebelum dan satu tahun setelah right issue. Variabel penelitian adalah kinerja keuangan termasuk current ratio (CR), quick ratio (QR), debt ratio (DR), debt to equity ratio (DER), net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), return on asset (ROA), dan total asset turn over (TATO). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel mencakup delapan perusahaan yang melakukan right issue dari 2011-2015. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode tes yang berbeda (paired sample t-test). Hasil analisis menggunakan paired sample t-test menunjukkan tiga perbedaan signifikan, yaitu current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), dan total asset turn over (TATO) dengan nilai signifikansi current ratio (CR) sebesar 0,006, nilai untuk signifikansi untuk debt equity ratio (DER) sebesar 0,11, dan total nilai signifikansi untuk total asset turn over (TATO) sebesar 0,000 pada tingkat riil (α) = 0,05. Sementara quick ratio (QR), debt ratio (DR), net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), dan return on asset (ROA), tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah right issue. Untuk peneliti berikutnya, dapat menggunakan objek penelitian yang lebih besar untuk hasil penelitian dapat digeneralisasikan, tambahkan periode pengamatan yang lebih spesifik, dan tambahkan variabel penelitian.

This research aimed to examine  theinfluence of Asset Growth, Sales Growth, Net Profit Margin , Current Ratio , debt to equity ratio on dividend payout ratio of the Company listed in indeks LQ 45 . The data used in this research is 16 companies for the period of 2013 – 2016 . The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result indicates that simultaneously the variable of Asset Growth, Sales Growth , Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, debt to equity ratio significant affect divident payout ratio. These independent variables are able to explain the effect dividend payout ratio amount of 83,7 % while the remains 16,3 % is determined by other factors. Partially all of the variables  affect dividend payout ratio except of the variable of net profit margin. Sales growth had positive effect on dividend payout ratio . Beside that aset growth, current ratio and debt to equity ratio have  a negative effect on dividend payout ratio. Keywords: dividend payout ratio ,Sales Growth

This research is motivation to know the financial performance of ksp so that the management of the ksp can perform their duties and obligations well in accordance with the objectives of the cooperative in general.The purpose of this study to determine the financial performance of ksp based on the ratio of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability on Tri Dharma Cooperative Artha Seputih Raman.Based on the it can be concluded the financial performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Tri Dharma Artha Seputih Raman years in 2012-2016 are:The liquidity ratio consisting of current ratio yielded an average of 90.44%. It can be concluded that current ratio includes bad criteria because less than 125%. Solvency ratio consists of debt to asset ratio yield average of 91,42% and can be concluded debt to asset ratio including criterion less good, because bigger than 60% to 95%. While based on the calculation of debt to equity ratio produce an average of 1,074.05%, it can be concluded debt to equity ratio including bad criteria because greater than 200% and profitability ratio consisting of return on assets (ROA) yield average of 1 , 36%, can be concluded return on assets (ROA) including criteria less good because more than 1% to 3% whereas based on calculation of return on equity (ROE) yield average of 16,04%, can be concluded return on equity ( ROE) is included in good criteria because it is greater than 15% to 21% and based on the calculation of net profit margin (NPM) yields an average of 8.08%, net profit margin (NPM) is considered good enough criteria as more than 5% to 10%.Keywords: Financial Statement, Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio
