The learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out online, online learning had a negative impact and a positive impact. The impact given can affect the success of student learning. The success of learning is the main thing that must be achieved by students. From the success of learning, it can be seen that the online learning process is going well or not. To determine the success rate of online learning, testing is carried out by applying a neural network algorithm. Neural network algorithms are used because they can solve complex problems related to prediction. This research is expected to help lecturers or campus parties to create better online learning. In this study using student grade data for Academic Year 2018/2019 and Academic Year 2019/2020, data testing using Rapidminer software and operator cross validation. In testing the Academic Year 2018/2019 and Academic Year 2019/2020 value data using 700 training cycles, 0.4 momentum, 0.2 learning rate and hidden layer 2. The level of accuracy obtained in the 2018/2019 student grade data is 95, 55% and Academic Year 2019/2020 which is 93.17%. From the test results, it was found that the accuracy rate of Academic Year 2018/2019 is higher than Academic Year 2019/2020, so the success rate in Academic Year 2018/2019 before the pandemic is better than the success rate in Academic Year 2019/2020 after the pandemic.

This article aims to describe the impact of teaching and learning activities using an online learning system during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN 3 Sriminosari, Labuhan Maringgai District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data collection is done by interview, documentation and observation. The results showed that the impact of teaching and learning activities with the online learning system during the Covid 19 period led to increased parental concern for children in accompanying learning activities and breaking new clusters of the spread of Covid 19, but this was not matched by good children's learning outcomes this was due to not all teachers and parents of students are able to operate technology, weak internet networks, unstable public financial conditions, no moral guidance from teachers, and the material presented is very unattractive to students. The expected positive impact of this article as a media of information requires that it is necessary to be prepared to implement an online learning system by paying attention to supporting facilities and infrastructure; and socialization of applications used in learning activities so that all users can use them well.

The goals of modern education go beyond mastering cognitive skills, competencies and knowledge. An equally important result of education is the child's school well-being, his/her positive attitude towards school, learning, teachers, and his/her own potential. This study is dedicated to the exploration of internal and external predictors of well-being in Russian elementary schoolchildren (N=1006).It assesses the impact of the learning system (developmental/traditional), satisfaction with relationships with teachers, and intrinsic and extrinsic types of academic motivation on school well-being and academic self-esteem. The results of the study show that the well-being of elementary schoolchildren is based on the positive impact of intrinsic and autonomous motivation and the negative impact of external motivation based on control and demands of teachers and parents. The results also show that the child’s relationship with the teacher and perception of him/her as an interesting person, ready to help and support in the learning process, play an important role in the child’s school well-being and intrinsic motivation. The results of structural equation modeling (SEM) confirm that developmental education programs, in comparison with traditional ones, also contribute to school well-being and academic self-esteem of elementary schoolchildren. The practical significance of the study is to take into account the role of both pedagogical (the role of the teacher’s personality and the teaching system) and psychological factors (intrinsic and extrinsic motivation) in maintaining the well-being of elementary schoolchildren.

ABSTRAKPandemi covid-19 membuat sistem pembelajaran di Indonesia yang berlangsung secara klasikal berubah menjadi pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Indonesia pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan sumber data berupa artikel ilmiah yang membahas tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi covid-19. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisa kualitatif yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/ penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa mekanisme pembelajaran daring memiliki dampak positif berupa kemandirian siswa dalam belajar, peningkatan aktivitas mencari sumber belajar dan inovasi gaya belajar. Dampak negatif pembelajaran daring berupa rasa jenuh dan penurunan minat belajar akibat kegagalan siswa dan guru dalam mengatasi kendala seperti sarana penunjang yang tidak memadai, ketiadaan kuota internet dan sinyal internet yang buruk. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dan guru selama pembelajaran daring yakni ketersediaan sarana penunjang, strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan sinergi ntara komponen pendidikan. Pembelajaran daring berpeluang untuk terus dilaksanakan dengan system blended learning guna menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, pembelajaran, dalam jaringan, pandemi covid-19 ABSTRACTPandemic covid-19 makes the learning system in Indonesia that takes place classically turned into online learning. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of online learning in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses library research with data sources in the form of scientific articles that discuss the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification / conclusion. The findings in this study are that online learning mechanisms have a positive impact in the form of student’s independence in learning, increased activity to find learning resources and innovation in learning styles. The negative impact of online learning is in the form of boredom and decreased interest in learning due to the failure of students and teachers to overcome obstacles such as inadequate supporting facilities, absence of internet quota and poor internet signal. The challenges faced by students and teachers during online learning are the availability of supporting facilities, innovative learning strategies and synergy between education components. Background: Since the first cases of COVID-19 were discovered, various countries have sought various methods and ways to deal with the pandemic. Some adaptations also need to be made to avoid further adverse effect, such as lockdown which has an impact in learning for all students around the world.. The face-to-face or offline learning system that has been applied as a learning method has also been changed to a distance or online lerning method. This has the potential to have a negative impact on the mental health of students . This study aims to discuss the impact and vulnerability of students to distance or online learning methods. Method: Researchers used 15 journals and literature that discuss the impact and vulnerability of distance learning on students' mental health conditions. Conclusion: Distance or online learning is one of the methods to reduce the spread of covid, but this has a negative impact on mental health especially on the students. The effects experienced by students include anxiety, mild to severe stress, social media fatigue, and depression. The things that underlie this impact have several factors such as unfamiliarity and time needed for adaptation , the ability to use technology, a heavy burden of responsibility, and concerns about the economic burden of parents to finance learning activities. In this pandemic condition, efforts from all parties are needed so that the bad impact on the mental health of students can be minimized.

The aim of this research is to know the impact of applying google classroom toward teachers and students SMK Negeri 1 Marancar online learning in pandemic period. The approach of the research used qualitative descriptive and triangulation was applied on data analysis technique which included interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Data sources were 2 teachers and 10 students. The result of the research shows the impact of online learning is positive impact which includes increase students and teachers ability of using ICT, shorter study time, learning can be done anywhere, and availability of adequate file storage space, and minimize of using paper. Furthermore, negative impact includes difficult to apply the right learning methods and media, learning materials are only in the form of documents, network interference, additional costs for buying internet quota, unfavorable class atmosphere,  students become lazy to study, low student manners, teachers and students have to have adequate smartphone.

Abstract Introduction Sleep loss has a range of detrimental effects on cognitive ability. However, few studies have examined the impact of sleep restriction on neuropsychological function using an experimental design. The goal of this study was to examine the extent to which maintained insufficient sleep affects cognition in healthy adults compared to habitual adequate sleep. Methods This study used a randomized, crossover, outpatient sleep restriction design. Adults who regularly slept at least 7 h/night, verified by 2 weeks of screening with actigraphy, completed 2 phases of 6 weeks each: habitual sleep (>7 h of sleep/night) or sleep restriction (habitual sleep minus 1.5 h) separated by a 6-week washout period. During the sleep restriction phase, participants were asked to delay their bedtime by 1.5 hours/night while maintaining their habitual wake time. Neuropsychological function was evaluated with the NIH Toolbox Cognition Battery at baseline (week 0) and endpoint (week 6) of each intervention phase. The NIH Toolbox evaluates a range of cognitive abilities, including attention, executive functioning, and working memory. General linear models with post hoc paired t-tests were used to assess demographically-adjusted test scores prior to and following each sleep condition. Results At the time of analyses, 16 participants were enrolled (age 34.5□14.5 years, 9 women), 10 of whom had completed study procedures. An interaction between sleep condition and testing session revealed that individuals performed worse on List Sorting, a working memory test, after sleep restriction but improved slightly after habitual sleep (p<0.001). While not statistically reliable, the pattern of test results was similar on the other tests of processing speed, executive function, and attention. Conclusion In these preliminary results from this randomized experimental study, we demonstrated that sleep restriction has a negative impact while stable habitual adequate sleep has a positive impact on working memory, or the ability to temporarily hold information in mind while executing task demands. This finding contributes to our understanding of the complex interplay between different aspects of sleep quality (i.e., both sleep restriction as well as the maintenance of stable sleep patterns) on cognition and underscores the importance of routine sleep screening as part of medical evaluations. The success of a construction project is a widely discussed topic, even today, and there exists a difference of opinion. The impact of communication and conflict on project success is an important, but least addressed, issue in literature, especially in the case of underdeveloped countries. Miscommunication and conflict not only hinder the success of a project but also may lead to conflicts. The focus of this paper was to examine the impact of communication on project success with the mediating role of conflict. By using SPSS, demographics, descriptive statistics and correlation were determined. Smart PLS version 3.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), internal accuracy and validity estimates, hypothesis checking and mediation testing. The results showed that formal communication has a negative impact on the success of a construction project, resulting in conflicts among project team members, whereas informal communication and communication willingness have a positive impact on project success because people tend to know each other, and trust is developed. Task, process and relationship conflicts were used as mediating variables. It was found that task conflict effects the relations positively because project team members suggest different ways to do a certain task, and, hence, project success is achieved. On the contrary, process conflict and relationship conflict have a negative impact on communication and project success. Both of these conflicts lead to miscommunication, and project success is compromised. Hence, it is the responsibility of the project manager to enhance communication among project team members and to reduce the detrimental effects of process and relationship conflict on project success.

It is a problem worth thinking about whether the government’s environmental regulation policies can meet the residents’ requirements for environmental quality, and benefit the people. The study of the public’s subjective evaluation can more intuitively judge whether the government’s environmental regulation has realized “ecological benefits for the people”. Based on the data of the Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) in 2013, this paper studied the impact of environmental regulation and environmental awareness on environmental governance satisfaction by an ordered probit model. The study found that environmental regulation has a significant positive impact on environmental governance satisfaction, while environmental awareness has a significant negative impact on environmental governance satisfaction. We also found that when public environmental awareness is taken into account, the positive relationship between environmental regulation and environmental governance satisfaction is affected. The robustness test proved this conclusion.

AbstractThe research presented here investigates the impact of the business environment on the formalization of informal firms, using firm-level data for 243 informal firms in Kosovo. The findings indicate that business-environment variables such as limited access to financing, the cost of financing, the unavailability of subsidies, tax rates, and corruption have a significant negative impact on the formalization of informal firms. In addition, firm-level characteristics analysis suggests that the age of the firm also exercises a significant negative impact, whereas sales volume exerts a significant positive impact on the formalization of informal firms. These findings have important policy implications and suggest that the abolition of barriers preventing access to financing, as well as tax reforms and a consistent struggle against corruption may have a positive influence on the formalization of informal firms. On the other hand, firm owners should consider formalization to be a means to help them have greater opportunities for survival and growth.
