This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, because the many extracurricular activities in schools make it difficult for students to determine extracurricular activities that can develop their personality, talents, and abilities outside the academic field, therefore the system is created to select extracurricular activities. The aim is to help students deal with extracurricular selection problems. The application of the Profile Matching method in the decision support system for the selection of extracurricular activities is expected to help provide recommendations for extracurricular activities to overcome the problem of selecting extracurricular activities and can facilitate students in selecting extracurricular activities.

Sinar Asia Perkasa is a manufacturing company, where this company is always required to innovate and improve the quality and quality of its products. Because of this, the company PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa must improve itself to get employees who have high quality and work productivity. Employees are one of the most important parts of a company that must be managed properly. To get employees of the highest quality, a process is needed that can automatically provide recommendations in selecting exemplary employees at PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa, namely by establishing a Decision Support System. This Decision Support System is expected to assist in objectively selecting employees. Making this Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method with several criteria, namely aspects of the discipline, aspects of integrity, aspects of cooperation, and aspects of work performance. Then for the final stage of this method is ranking.

Abstract: In the business of property developers choosing a location to be an important decision for developers as a factor of attractiveness in housing marketing, if lack of observance in choosing the location of the location will result in slow sales, so that the company's profits become not optimal. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can help developers in recommending housing locations that are in accordance with the wishes of the developer. The profile matching method is chosen because it can provide the closest value recommendation, so if there is no land the exact location in accordance with the wishes of the developer but the profile maching is able to provide the selection of the location with the closest profile value to the developer desired.                                                                  Keywords: Decision support system, Developer, Property, Location Land, Profile matching.  Abstrak: Lokasi merupakan faktor terpenting dalam usaha developer property, karena mempengaruhi tingkat pemasaran perumahan. Pemilihan lokasi menjadi keputusan penting, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang tepat. Metode profile matching merupakan pilihan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi dengan nilai terdekat, jadi walaupun tidak ada lahan lokasi yang sesuai persis keinginan developer tapi profile matching akan memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan lahan lokasi dengan profil yang terdekat sesuai harapan developer. Maka, dapat disimpulkan profile matching merupakan pilihan tepat dalam penentuan keputusan lokasi perumahan.

The decision support system in selecting staff candidates at COPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENTMEDIA & COMMUNITY) is expected to assist in deciding the selection of outstanding staff. Previouslythere had never been an award for outstanding staff every year, it was undeniable that it was a difficulty inchoosing outstanding staff. To find out which staff is performing well, it is necessary to conduct aperformance appraisal of prospective staff. Conduct assessment results for outstanding staff using theprofile matching method. With the application of the profile matching method in selecting outstanding staffto solve problems that exist during the selection process of outstanding staff, so there are no errors indecision making. It is hoped that this effort can assist leaders in providing performance appraisals forprospective staff. After the leader gives a performance appraisal, the results of the assessment arecalculated using the profile matching method. The results of the selection of outstanding staff atCOPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA & COMMUNITY), namely a staff named Cindy witha data entry position with the final result of calculating a total of 5 ranks 1. Penilaian kinerja staff merupakan proses penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui staff yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi tinggi. Manajer memiliki pemasalahan untuk bisa mengevaluasi atas kinerja staff pada sebuah acara yang bertema “Change Agent” dan staff terbaik diberi nama “Best Agent”. Dikarenakan sistem penilaian secara manual dengan mengisi form nilai kemudian dijumlahkan dan diperoleh rata-ratanya. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan “Best Agent” metode Profile Matching merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk memberikan sebuah alternatif keputusan yang akurat didasarkan pada data terkini dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja staff dan harapan besarnya adalah terbangunnya peningkatan kinerja yang baik sehingga meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan membawa nama baik institusi. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Manajemen Kinerja, Metode Profile Matching. Staff performance appraisal is an appraisal process undertaken to find qualified and dedicated staff. Oil palm plants are plantation crops that are cultivated and require intensive care, oil palm seeds are a major factor in the success of oil palm plantation cultivation. Quality palm oil seedlings will provide satisfactory yields, oil palm seedlings should be obtained with superior seed selection and good maintenance, in nurseries carried out by following the existing stages, oil palm plantations are long-term business and maintenance of oil palm seeds must be be considered and managed with incentives to ensure optimal production and business results in the future. This study aims to determine quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bah Jambi Plantation. In the nursery is carried out by following the existing stage, this research uses Decision Support System (SPK) Profile Matching method. This method can be used to solve semi-structured problems by calculating consistency using the Profile Matching method, if consistent values are generated consistently can be used as a reference for ranking quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bahjambi Plantation. For the results of the research it can be produced that it is easier to recommend oil palm seedlings and be an input to the plantation in recommending the best oil palm seeds.Keywords: Palm oil seeds, Decision Support System, Profile Matching

Courier employees in an expedition company are an important asset for the company. Each Courier has a daily productivity performance to aim with a perfect score (100%) to gain a reward. However, an assessment based only on productivity performance cause problems, where it is impossible to achieve a perfect productivity score to get a reward. This research focus to improve the rewarding system using a decision support system by adding other aspects than productivity which is the behavioral aspect. Absentee, successful delivery, cash on delivery, status update, attendance, and lateness are the behavioral aspect criteria used. Profile Matching method is conducted to compare employee profiles with the standard values and calculate its GAP. The smaller the GAP, the greater the weight results for the best alternative solution. The results, from 150 employees, 5 employees were selected as the best employees and granted rewards with the highest position scored 4,733, second scored 4,725, third scored 4,7234, fourth scored 4,722, and fifth scored 4,721. Profile matching has proven to be excellent as a method for a decision support system to reward employees based on ranking.

The Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in Padang always conducts an annual assessment of outstanding lecturers. In terms of assessment, it must be based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes performance as well as personality and social achievements. The process of selecting outstanding lecturers at the Padang Ministry of Health Poltekkes is still manual, therefore it is necessary to design an application of a decision support system to determine outstanding lecturers using computerization using the profile matching method. The application is expected to help the campus in making decisions regarding the determination of outstanding lecturers with predetermined criteria and values. The results of this study get the final value of 4.84 obtained by the lecturer Dosen 2. Then from this analysis will be able to help the campus in determining the outstanding lecturers
