The Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in Padang always conducts an annual assessment of outstanding lecturers. In terms of assessment, it must be based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes performance as well as personality and social achievements. The process of selecting outstanding lecturers at the Padang Ministry of Health Poltekkes is still manual, therefore it is necessary to design an application of a decision support system to determine outstanding lecturers using computerization using the profile matching method. The application is expected to help the campus in making decisions regarding the determination of outstanding lecturers with predetermined criteria and values. The results of this study get the final value of 4.84 obtained by the lecturer Dosen 2. Then from this analysis will be able to help the campus in determining the outstanding lecturers

Penilaian kinerja staff merupakan proses penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui staff yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi tinggi. Manajer memiliki pemasalahan untuk bisa mengevaluasi atas kinerja staff pada sebuah acara yang bertema “Change Agent” dan staff terbaik diberi nama “Best Agent”. Dikarenakan sistem penilaian secara manual dengan mengisi form nilai kemudian dijumlahkan dan diperoleh rata-ratanya. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan “Best Agent” metode Profile Matching merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk memberikan sebuah alternatif keputusan yang akurat didasarkan pada data terkini dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja staff dan harapan besarnya adalah terbangunnya peningkatan kinerja yang baik sehingga meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan membawa nama baik institusi. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Manajemen Kinerja, Metode Profile Matching. Staff performance appraisal is an appraisal process undertaken to find qualified and dedicated staff. Managers have problems to be able to evaluate staff performance at an event entitled "Change Agent" and the best staff is named "Best Agent". Due to the manual appraisal system by filling in the value form then adding up and obtaining the average. Decision Support System Approval Selection of "Best Agent" Profile Matching method is an application designed to provide an accurate decision alternative based on current and accountable data, it is expected to improve the quality of staff performance and the expectation of the magnitude is the establishment improvement in good performance so as to improve the quality of human resources and bring the institution's good name to both the scope of the Department and more broadly. Oil palm plants are plantation crops that are cultivated and require intensive care, oil palm seeds are a major factor in the success of oil palm plantation cultivation. Quality palm oil seedlings will provide satisfactory yields, oil palm seedlings should be obtained with superior seed selection and good maintenance, in nurseries carried out by following the existing stages, oil palm plantations are long-term business and maintenance of oil palm seeds must be be considered and managed with incentives to ensure optimal production and business results in the future. This study aims to determine quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bah Jambi Plantation. In the nursery is carried out by following the existing stage, this research uses Decision Support System (SPK) Profile Matching method. This method can be used to solve semi-structured problems by calculating consistency using the Profile Matching method, if consistent values are generated consistently can be used as a reference for ranking quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bahjambi Plantation. For the results of the research it can be produced that it is easier to recommend oil palm seedlings and be an input to the plantation in recommending the best oil palm seeds.Keywords: Palm oil seeds, Decision Support System, Profile Matching

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.

Courier employees in an expedition company are an important asset for the company. Each Courier has a daily productivity performance to aim with a perfect score (100%) to gain a reward. However, an assessment based only on productivity performance cause problems, where it is impossible to achieve a perfect productivity score to get a reward. This research focus to improve the rewarding system using a decision support system by adding other aspects than productivity which is the behavioral aspect. Absentee, successful delivery, cash on delivery, status update, attendance, and lateness are the behavioral aspect criteria used. Profile Matching method is conducted to compare employee profiles with the standard values and calculate its GAP. The smaller the GAP, the greater the weight results for the best alternative solution. The results, from 150 employees, 5 employees were selected as the best employees and granted rewards with the highest position scored 4,733, second scored 4,725, third scored 4,7234, fourth scored 4,722, and fifth scored 4,721. Profile matching has proven to be excellent as a method for a decision support system to reward employees based on ranking.

Politeknik Negeri Subang is one of the universities with a registration system for new student candidates through an independent examination path which is still offline and a decision support system that is taken based on the results of the decision of the meeting from the committee of the admission of new students, department and deputy. From the existing problems, the author tries to build a new student admission selection information system using a decision support system at the Subang State Polytechnic using the PHP programming language, and XAMPP as a web server, MySql as the database so that the process of input and data processing is faster, as well as profile matching method as a method used in decision support systems. With this system, it is hoped that it can help the Subang State Polytechnic in the new student admission selection process using a decision support system.Keywords: New Student Admission, Profile Matching Method, SPK.

Sinar Asia Perkasa must improve itself to get employees who have high quality and work productivity. Employees are one of the most important parts of a company that must be managed properly. To get employees of the highest quality, a process is needed that can automatically provide recommendations in selecting exemplary employees at PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa, namely by establishing a Decision Support System. This Decision Support System is expected to assist in objectively selecting employees. Making this Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method with several criteria, namely aspects of the discipline, aspects of integrity, aspects of cooperation, and aspects of work performance. Then for the final stage of this method is ranking.
