Application of a multispecies approach for assessing the population abundance and the age-structure of fish stocks is proposed. The main objective of this approach is to eliminate a bias in the results of cohort analysis (the most frequently used single-species procedure for assessing the fish population age-structure) caused by uncertainties in the external estimates of natural mortality rates. The approach is applicable if fish predation is a major cause for fish natural mortality and all fish species which significantly interact among themselves through predation are taken into account. It is additionally assumed that these fish species do not leave the area under consideration. Compliance with these conditions allows the prediction, on the basis of ecological theory and required field and laboratory data, of a major component of natural mortality, predation mortality, within extended cohort analysis. The paper describes the proposed procedure (extended cohort analysis) and outlines possible ways of collecting the required input data.Key words: assessment, fish population abundance, age-structure, multispecies approach, natural and fishing mortality

A population of C. acutus was studied in the Natural Protected Area “Estero el Salado” in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México, among november of 2015 and september of 2016. The population abundance was evaluated and the age structure, mortality rate and growth rate were analized. Five samplings were performed in November, December, March, April and September, in order to carry on the species monitoring, finding an abundance of 15.74 ind/km SD ± 6.65, and the neonates population’s mortality rate, which showed constant values, increasing the neonates survivorship. As well the age structure was analized and it was consisted of 62.5% neonates, 28.5 juveniles and 9% sub-adults, without presence of adults, subsequently catches of the organisms were made in order to measure the total lenght of crocodiles, and thereby obtain the growth rate, wich was between 0.12 y 0.17 cm/day. This is the first study that analized the mortality rate of C. acutus neonates in a mangrove swamp, therefore this information could be used to perform better conservation strategies.

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

The Research have done started from February to June 2013, have purpose to compare the population abudance and difference of morphometric Telescopium telescopium in two different observation places. The sampling point determined by method of random sampling. The sample has taken by plot measurement 10x10 m and the sub plot measurement 1x1 m placed in 5 pieces plot measurement 10x10 m.The research result got 62 individual Telescopium telescopium in research location with the density value 0.155 (ind/m²) at 1st location and 297 individual Telescopium telescopium with the density value 0.7425 (ind/m²) at 2nd location. The average measurement result (length and dimeter) morphometric of Telescopium telescopium found at mangrove habitat in Sungai Bongkok was length 8.94 cm and diameter 4.73 cm. The morphometric average measurement result (length and diameter) Telescopium telescopium found at mangrove habitat around the garbage disposal Punggur was length 4.66 cm and diameter 2.54 cm. Keywords: Population Abundance; Morphometric; Telescopium telescopium.
