ABSTRACTChildren with Special Needs are children who have special behaviors that require guidance and special education from his parents and teachers. Like children in general, children with special needs also have the development and growth of the physical, mental, psychological and sexual. Based on the research conducted by researchers together with some teachers in individuals investigated, if the children with special needs get therapy sustained every day about sexual behavior and patterns of life, then they tend to have a positive sexual behavior, but if the therapy is not done, then they tend to a negative behavior. This study used the name Parents Therapy, in which the children with special needs who have negative sex in schools (respondents one child), as is often held his cock, embraced by aggressive children of the opposite sex therapy is given not only to their children but also their parents through counseling services. This treatment method is given for 30 days, but there are three days of therapy which is not performed as comparison changes in deviant behavior in children. The results of this therapy are very positive and significant, in which the child has calmness in his mental condition and the negative sexual behavior decreased (changed in his behavior).Keywords: Children with Special Needs, sexual behavior, Parents Therapy and counseling servicesABSTRAKAnak Berkebutuhan Khusus adalah anak yang memiliki perilaku khusus yang memerlukan bimbingan dan pendidikan khusus dari orangtua maupun guru. Seperti layaknya anak pada umumnya, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus juga memiliki perkembangan dan pertumbuhan dari sisi fisik, mental, kejiwaan maupun seks. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bersama dengan beberapa guru pada individu yang diteliti, apabila anak berkebutuhan khusus mendapatkan terapi yang berkesinambungan setiap harinya tentang perilaku seks dan pola hidup, maka anak memiliki perilaku seks yang positif, namun apabila terapi tidak dilakukan, maka anak memiliki perilaku yang negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan nama Parents Therapy, di mana, anak berkebutuhan khusus yang mengalami perilaku seks negatif di sekolah (responden satu anak), seperti sering memegang kemaluannya, memeluk dengan agresif anak-anak yang berlawanan jenis diberikan terapi bukan hanya pada anaknya namun juga orangtuanya melalui layanan konseling. Metode terapi ini diberikan selama 30 hari, namun ada tiga hari terapi tidak dilakukan sebagai pembanding perubahan perilaku menyimpang pada anak. Hasil terapi ini sangat positif dan signifikan, di mana anak tersebut memiliki ketenangan dalam kondisi jiwanya dan perilaku seks negatifnya mengalami penurunan (ada perubahan perilaku).Kata kunci: Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, perilaku seks, Parents Therapy, dan layanan konseling

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the importance of implementing counseling for children with special needs with auditory barriers in terms of psychological, socio-cultural aspects to the development of science and technology. The role of guidance and counseling services in the realm of education becomes a basic necessity to support the growth and development of students optimally, starting from personality development, social skills (activity daily) to developments related to the potential of students so that they are expected to achieve their actualization later The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, by describing the implementation of counseling in the school, through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are counseling becomes a primary need for children with special needs, this is because of several aspects such as psychological or emotional instability than the ability to socialize in society such as the influence of bullying or pressure social, to the ability of children with special needs to keep up with as a form of interaction from cyberspace or the use of advanced technology. The implication of this study is that counseling is actually the basic foundation for research in children with special needs that are useful as identification of potential and talent as well as an effort to solve problems that occur for children with special needs

ABSTRACT A happiness when a woman in a family gives birth. Moreover, the baby who wasborn has been waiting long enough. However, sometimes what is expected byhumans is not always the same as what was presented by the creator. Thenwhat if it turns out that children who are present in the family are specialchildren? These children need special attention due to physical and mentaldisorders. Not a few parents must have children with special needs (ABK)confused, shocked or even blame each other. This is certainly not something thatis expected from children. ABK requires education, attention, assistance, speciallearning methods. Thus ABK parents must get special assistance so that theycan accept their child and educate the child with great attention and love. ABKparents must be assisted from early childhood, so that education and care aremore optimal. Counseling for ABK parents is done so parents do not feel alone,not ashamed, willing to accept and have a great readiness to accompany theirchildren in the future. The counselor is expected to be able to help ABK's parentsby providing counseling services specifically to guide parents. The guidance alsoserves to help parents provide alternative education and therapy that can begiven to children with special needs from an early age. Apalagi buah hati yang dilahirkan telah ditunggu cukup lama.Namun, terkadang apa yang diharapkan manusia tidak selalu sama dengan apayang dihadirkan oleh pencipta. Lalu bagaimana apabila ternyata anak yang hadirdalam keluarga adalah anak yang special?. Anak tersebut memerlukan perhatiankhusus baik disebabkan kelainan fisik maupun mental. Tidak sedikit Orangtuaharus anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) mengalami kebingungan, kaget ataubahkan saling menyalahkan. Hal ini tentu bukan hal yang diharapkan dari anak.ABK memerlukan pendidikan, perhatian, bantuan, metode belajar khusus.Demikian orangtua ABK harus mendapatkan pendampingan khusus agarmereka bisa menerima anak mereka dan mendidik anak tersebut dengan penuhperhatian dan cinta yang besar. Orangtua ABK harus dibantu sejak anak usiadini, agar pendidikan dan pengasuhan lebih optimal. Konseling bagi orangtuaABK dilakukan agar orang tua tidak merasa sendiri, tidak malu, mau menerimadan memiliki kesiapan hati yang besar untuk mendampingi anak mereka dikemudian hari. Konselor di harapkan mampu menolong orang tua ABK denganmemberikan layanan-layan konseling khususnya membimbing orangtua.Bimbingan tersebut juga berfungsi untuk membantu orangtua memberikanalternatif pendidikan dan terapi yang dapat diberikan pada anak berkebutuhankhusus sejak usia dini. Nowadays, sex education for children with special needs becomes a necessity. In term of it, besides based on philosophical and juridical, sex education is the preventive efforts in order that every child with special needs can recognize, understand, handle his/her biological development and change. In addition sex education for children with special needs also aims at guiding them to appreciate other people’s sexual behavior and not to make them being stuck on deviate sex conduct as well as not getting violence and sexual abuse from others. This is because their physical and psychological condition, which has some problems, enables them to be easily manipulated and courted, so that many of them are often stuck to be the object of sexual harassment of irresponsible person. This writing specifically is going to explain the concept of sex education for children with special needs, which includes characteristic of children with special needs, theory of sex education, the anvil of sex education, as well as material, method, and teacher competencies in the implementation of sex education for them. Pendidikan seks bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus kini menjadi sebuah keniscayaan. Perihal tersebut selain didasarkan secara filosofis maupun yuridis, pendidikan seks merupakan upaya preventif agar setiap anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat mengenali, memahami dan mengelola perkembangan dan perubahan secara biologis pada dirinya, menghargai perilaku seks orang lain, serta tidak terjebak pada perilaku seks yang menyimpang ataupun mendapatkan kekerasan dan pelecehan seks dari orang lain. Sebab seiring dengan kondisi fisik dan psikologi yang bermasalah menjadikan anak berkebutuhan khusus mudah dimanipulasi, dirayu, sehingga kerap kali terjebak untuk dijadikan objek pelampiasan syahwat oleh orang yang berkepribadian buruk. Tulisan ini secara khusus akan menguraikan tentang konsep pendidikan seks bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus mencakup karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus, teori pendidikan seks, landasan pendidikan seks, materi, metode serta kompetensi guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan seks.

This study aims to identify where the occurrence of bottlenecks in the science learning process of secondary school inclusive education providers for children with special needs (ABK), through deep study. Informants in this research are teachers who are involved in science learning in schools implementing inclusive education in Padang city. Data were collected by interview, observation and questionnaire method as the main method. Assistive methods in the form of documentation. Qualitative data analysis through 4 paths is data collection, data reduction, data display, draw a conclusion. The result of initial research of 102 schools SMA / MA / SMK in Padang city there are problems of interaction of six components of education process (curriculum, educator, learner, facilities and infrastructure, technology and learning media, assessment system). From 102 schools and there are 4 schools conducting inclusive education with 56 students spread in SMK Negeri 4 as many as 18 people, SMK Negeri 6 as many as 27 people, SMK Negeri 7 as many as 8 people, SMK Negeri 8 as many as 3 people. based on the problem which related to teachers, students, schools, communities, and government experienced problems in the implementation of inclusive education because ABK difficulty varies according to their needs. Science learning for ABK has not done well according to the needs, characteristics, and limits of ability possessed by children with special needs. The guidance model, not yet focused on non-adaptive behavior or deviant behavior before they conduct activities of individual learning activities program.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pendidikan yang diperuntukkan bagi semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki karakter yang berbeda-beda, khususnya slow learner dalam pembelajaran mengalami keterlambatan dalam memahami materi. Oleh karena itulah diperlukan peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus untuk membantu memberikan pendidikan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan karakternya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa peran orangtua yaitu meliputi: orangtua sebagai pendamping utama, orangtua sebagai advokat, orangtua sebagai guru, orangtua sebagai diagnostian. Serta peran guru pembimbing khusus yang meliputi: merancang dan melaksanakan program kekhususan, melakukan identifikasi, asesmen dan menyususn program pembelajaran individual, memodifikasi bahan ajar, melakukan evaluasi, dan membuat laporan program dan perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dengan peran peran tersebut, maka sebagian besar anak berkebutuhan khusus di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun dapat memberikan layanan dengan baik. Saran untuk penelitian ini orangtua senantiasa mendorong anaknya untuk belajar bersungguh-sungguh di rumah dan di skolah, serta menyediakan fasilitas belajar yang mendukung perkembangan pendidikan bagi anaknya. Children with special needs have different characters, thus affecting their learning achievement. Therefore, the role of parents and special tutors were needed to help them improve learning achievement. The research question of this research was how the role of parents and special guidance teachers towards learning achievement of children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The focus of this research was the role of parents and special guidance teachers on learning achievement of children with special needs in grades 1, 2 and 3 of SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and special guidance teachers on the learning achievement of children with special needs in Arcawinangun 5 Public Elementary School. This type of research was qualitative research with a case study approach. Technique of data collection was observation, interviews, documentation and source triangulation. The results of this research indicated that there were several roles of parents, namely: parents as the main companion, parents as advocates, parents as teachers, parents as diagnostics. As well as the role of a special mentor teacher which includes: designing and implementing specific programs, identifying, assessing and arranging individual learning programs, modifying teaching materials, evaluating, and making program reports and development of children with special needs.With this role, most of the children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun can improve their learning achievement well.Suggestions of this research were parents always encourage their children to study seriously at home and at school, and provide learning facilities that support the development of education for their children.
