Abstract   Software Inspiration is a company that operates in the sale of IT goods, application manufacturing services and IT consulting services. The business transaction begins with a request for a price quote from the client, the issuance of PO, the delivery of goods accompanied by a travel document, delivery of invoices, and finally the payment process. In addition, there is also a recording of expenses and the existence of a company's income statement. The recording of the transaction is done using MS. Word and Excel, which still require an increase in system performance, are therefore subject to research using survey methods, interviews, and literature studies. The application development model is done by the waterfall method. After the system is built in the form of an application, the process of recording transactions can be done more easily and quickly, the presentation of transaction reports and income statements can be obtained quickly and accurately.     Keywords: Excel, Invoice, Price Offer, Sales, Purchase Order, Information Technology, Waterfall   Abstrak   CV Inspirasi Software adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan barang-barang bidang Teknologi Informasi, jasa pembuatan aplikasi dan jasa konsultan Teknologi Informasi. Transaksi bisnisnya diawali dengan permintaan penawaran harga dari client, penerbitan PO, pengirimam barang disertai surat jalan, pengiriman invoice, dan terakhir adalah proses pembayaran. Selain itu terjadi juga pencatatan pengeluaran biaya dan adanya laporan laba rugi perusahaan. Pencatatan transaksi tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel yang masih memerlukan peningkatan kinerja sistem, untuk itu dilakukan penelitian dengan metode survey, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Model pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. Setelah dibangun sistem berupa aplikasi maka proses pencatatan transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan cepat, penyajian laporan transaksi dan laporan laba rugi dapat diperoleh dengan cepat dan akurat.   Kata kunci: Excel, Invoice, Panawaran Harga, Penjualan, Purchase Order, Teknologi Informasi, Waterfall

Providing services such as mapping planning, thematic maps of various needs, cartography, digitizing services, scanning, plotting. This company also provides GIS market application development services, GIS and MIS integration. Other services include conducting training, seminars and creating a spatial database. The company needs a warehouse information system to make it easier for warehouse administrators to manage incoming and outgoing goods at PT Duta Astakona Girinda. The role of this Information System is also inseparable from the users of equipment that are able to overcome the inability of human labor. The desktop application created here is internal in nature, which can only be accessed by employees.

SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan sekolah swasta di kota Tangerang yang bertujuan untuk mendidik dan memberi pengetahuan baik berupa ilmu, sikap dan keahlian bagi para siswanya. Hal ini sudah berjalan secara berkelanjutan sehingga SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah mendapat reputasi dan memiliki fasilitas pendidikan yang baik.Sampai saat ini SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah masih menggunakan sistem manual, seperti pengolahan data siswa, guru, jadwal pelajaran, nilai siswa dan media penyimpanan masih dalam bentuk dokumen yang menggunakan microsoft word dan microsoft excel meskipun penataan tertata rapih tetapi beresiko kerusakan atau kehilangan data lebih tinggi.Menurut Jogiyanto dalam (Melan Susanti, 2016) “Sistem informasi adalah suatu sistem di dalam organisasi yang mempertemukan kebutuhan pengolahan transaksi harian, mendukung operasi, bersifat manajerial dan kegiatan strategi dari suatu organisasi dan menyediakan pihak luar tertentu dengan laporan - laporan yang di perlukan”. Menurut Mishra dan Dubey dalam (Supriyatna, 2018) Untuk pengembangan suatu sistem informasi yang normal membutuhkan waktu minimal 180 hari. Namun dengan metode RAD suatu sistem dapat diselesaikan hanya dalam waktu 60-90 hari . Sistem Informasi Akademik ini ditujukan untuk mempermudah setiap pencarian data dengan cepat, dan solusi bagi SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah Tangerang ini membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi akademik dengan sistem layanan pendidikan berbasis web yang dapat mengakses dan memperoleh informasi – informasi dengan lebih cepat.

PT. Koryza (KurniaOryzaAbadi) is a company engaged in property in Cibeusi, Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, West-Java. On the running system, PT. KoryzaAbadi is still using a ledger; Microsoft word and Microsoft excel in the transaction management. It is very ineffective and efficient when sales admin searches customer�s data that do a unit transaction, installment per month transaction, and a unit data, which are still available. Based on the problem,� it is built an �information that is expected to facilitate sales admin in collecting the data and recording sales transaction that can be more effective and efficient. The approach method used in developing this information system is object-oriented method, whereas programming language used is PHP with MySQL as its database. The progress of a company is always supported by appropriate management in managing the company and labor resources. By utilizing one of the developments in web-based computer network technology, it can support the development of information systems in companies so that the flow of information can be delivered quickly and accurately. PT. Tesco Indomaritim needs to change and build a new system in the process of submitting leave to be a computerized and web-based system. In the process of submitting leave by filling in the leave form and making reports using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel so that obstacles are still found. The large number of files which accumulate results in difficulties in searching, capturing and losing data. So to overcome this, a Submission Leave Information System was created at PT. Tesco Indomaritim which is expected to be able to provide solutions to the shortcomings of the old system. The web-based annual leave submission system that is made simple and easy to use must be applied in order to facilitate all employees, ease the staffing in making reports, ease for superiors for the proposed leave approval process, so that they are more effective and efficient because they are interconnected indirectly.

We provide evidence that analysts' stock-price judgments depend on (1) the method of accounting for a business combination and (2) the number of years that have elapsed since the business combination. Consistent with business-press reports of managers' concerns, analysts' stock-price judgments are lowest when a company applies the purchase method of accounting and ratably amortizes the acquisition premium. The number of years since the business combination affects analysts' price estimates only when the company applies the purchase method and ratably amortizes goodwill—analysts' price estimates are lower when the business-combination transaction is further in the past. However, this joint effect of accounting method and timing is mitigated by the Financial Accounting Standards Board's proposed income-statement format requiring companies to report separate line items for after-tax income before goodwill charges and net-of-tax goodwill charges. When a company uses the purchase method of accounting and writes off the acquisition premium as in-process research and development, analysts' stockprice judgments are not statistically different from their judgments when a company applies pooling-of-interest accounting.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.
