Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. The design of web-based drug sales information system is made using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: Information System, Sales, Kauman PharmacyAbstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.Dalam mengelola informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang baik karena informasi mempunyai nilai yang besar bagi suatu perusahaan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

The development of media technology in the delivery of information faster and faster and accurate. The system inventory information is a very important for a company, by implementing a web based information system for running the collection of goods to the company, makes it all work, for data processing of goods, the data became more organized and information about the inventory becomes easier until seen everywhere through the internet. PT. CAD Solusindo is a company engaged in the repair service in communication tools. In the process of recording and calculations performed by PT CAD Solusindo until today still use the program Microsoft Excel, starting from the receipt of goods, goods out and preparing reports addressed to the leader. Designing the system described by UML modeling. The programming language used is PHP and MYSQL database. It is expected that these applications can help the PT. CAD Solusindo to help users to further improve supervision of the stocks held in the company so that the quality of reports resulted more accurately, quickly, and precisely when required as annual audits.

The performance assessment of administration staff in the college did in order to improve the quality of the service process and internal continuous quality improvement. This study aims at the development of information systems web-based performance assessment. This system was built using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Processor) and MySql database, which is expected to provide a more efficient and effective in conducting this evaluation, all the colleges are trying to have an information system that not only presents a variety of important information, but also can perform the data processing. Assessmentof the performance is measurements made on various activities with the questioner. The results of the study give a rank of accumulation is obtained by calculating the second component of the assessment, the results of this can be seen anyone to find the highest rank to lowest. One effort to improve the quality of hospitality services at GMs. Marsaringar Balige is by utilizing information technology, namely by designing an Android-based Hotel Reservation Information System. Is the right solution to overcome the problems of hotel managerial data processing needs that are dynamic and can be accessed through websites or mobile devices. Mobile devices integrated with the web are one of the right choices for processing hotel information systems. A user / guest can get information by making a request from an application that was previously installed on an android smartphone to the database. The success or failure of a company depends on the human resources in the company. The quality of every human resource is needed to improve performance productivity. The process of appointing permanent employees is something that is often done by companies, one of the reasons is the company's appreciation of employee performance. For this reason, the process of appointing employees is more professional, so a decision support system is needed to assist in selecting employees who deserve to be appointed as permanent employees. The method will be applied in this research is simple additive weighting (SAW). SAW method is selected because it is very simple, can determine the value of weight then determine the ranking of the results of normalization. There are ten criteria and weights for each of the criteria used in this research. The purpose of this research is to design and create a web based information system as a tool for decision making in the process of appointment employees. It is hoped that this information system will benefit for the company so hat the employee appointment process do optimally and the time is more efficient.

Abstrak- Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat, sistem informasi berbasis komputer sangat berpengaruh pesat dalam dunia kerja, begitu juga halnya sistem informasi berbasis web dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pengolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru selalu dihadapi dengan kendala antri atau lama dalam pengurusan vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah, karena dalam pengurusan vaksin pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi, sehingga hal ini memperlambat kinerja kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru, begitupun bagi calon Jemaah umrah yang selalu tidak puas dalam pelayanan vaksin untuk keberangkatan calon jemaah umrah karena terlalu lama dalam pemprosesan hasil dari analisa vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengurusan vaksin dengan membangun sebuah sistem berbasis web. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data yang berbasis web sehingga membantu kegiatan kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, tujuan khususnya dimana calon jemaah umrah bisa melihat jadwal vaksin nya dan bisa melihat pengumuman yang lebih cepat dan tepat tanpa harus datang ke kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. The progress of a company is always supported by appropriate management in managing the company and labor resources. By utilizing one of the developments in web-based computer network technology, it can support the development of information systems in companies so that the flow of information can be delivered quickly and accurately. PT. Tesco Indomaritim needs to change and build a new system in the process of submitting leave to be a computerized and web-based system. In the process of submitting leave by filling in the leave form and making reports using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel so that obstacles are still found. The large number of files which accumulate results in difficulties in searching, capturing and losing data. So to overcome this, a Submission Leave Information System was created at PT. Tesco Indomaritim which is expected to be able to provide solutions to the shortcomings of the old system. The web-based annual leave submission system that is made simple and easy to use must be applied in order to facilitate all employees, ease the staffing in making reports, ease for superiors for the proposed leave approval process, so that they are more effective and efficient because they are interconnected indirectly.

The development of technology which continues to increase rapidly has an impact on the internal processing of a company that is required to run faster. Information system technology is the main solution as a tool for activities in a company that is faster and more practical, and allows obtaining data that is more valid, precise and minimizes errors. PT Asahi Fibreglass is a company in Jakarta which started its business from 2001 which is engaged in manufacturing and marketing products for the needs of fiberglass products for industrial, residential, building and property needs. In operational activities of PT. Asahi Fibreglass has several obstacles in the process of recording stock items which still use a book-based recording method which makes recording look messy, there are differences in recording the physical stock of goods in the warehouse with the recording of goods recorded in a Microsoft Excel file, there are missing or tucked data because it still uses manual methods and is still book-based. The purpose of creating a web-based inventory information system at PT Asahi Fibreglass is a system improvement in regulating the flow or path of the process of in and out of warehouse goods that will replace the old inventory system that still uses Microsoft Excel, as well as speed up the process of making reports, and minimize errors in the inventory recording process.

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.
