Hasil  menunjukkan  terdapat  tiga  pesan  subliminal  visual  bernuansa  seksual yakni Motorboating, French Kiss dan Nude Art.Kata Kunci: Pesan Subliminal, Semiotika, Coco, Film AbstractA published movie should have passed the censorship and screening process. In 2017, Disney produced a G rated movie titled Coco. This movie was succeed and  gained  favourable  review.  Ideally,  Coco  is  a  G  rated  movie  thus  there should no any qualification violence inside, but in fact there are some violences in the sexual aspect. This research aims to reveal how the subliminal message is packaged  within the Coco Movie. This research  uses the critical paradigm and semiotics as the operational method. Subliminal message theory is used to understand the research. The result shows that there are three visual sexually subliminal messages: Motorboating, French Kiss and Nude Art. Keywords: Subliminal Message, Semiotics, Coco, Film

In a changing economy and a changing industry, health care providers need to complete thorough, comprehensive, and efficient assessments that provide both an accurate depiction of the patient's deficits and a blueprint to the path of treatment for older adults. Through standardized testing and observations as well as the goals and evidenced-based treatment plans we have devised, health care providers can maximize outcomes and the functional levels of patients. In this article, we review an interdisciplinary assessment that involves speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and respiratory therapy to work with older adults in health care settings. Using the approach, we will examine the benefits of collaboration between disciplines, an interdisciplinary screening process, and the importance of sharing information from comprehensive discipline-specific evaluations. We also will discuss the importance of having an understanding of the varied scopes of practice, the utilization of outcome measurement tools, and a patient-centered assessment approach to care.

Abstract Human resources are the most crucial element in the selection of suitable fitness instruction trainers (FIT) and the results of the screening process impact greatly on the entire physical training system in the Israeli army, both in the short-term and the long-term (potential officers, young officers and developing and veteran officers). The aim of the current study is to examine the effectiveness, validity and reliability of the screening process for acceptance to the female fitness instructors training course in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). The screening process aims to identify those that are most suitable from a large pool of candidates, in order to ensure the highest possible level of candidates and the lowest possible drop-out rate from the training course and subsequent army service. The paper examines the reliability of the classification exam currently administered in the course and its validity in predicting those candidates who will succeed in the course and in their assignments afterwards. The sample is based on a data analysis of nine screening dates over three years (three each year). The evaluation of validity is based on the relationship between the course entrance exam grades (administered a year before enlistment), exam grades at the beginning of the course and additional data relating to success in the field.

The easily transmitted Tuberculosis (TB) disease is attributed to the fact that Mycobacterium Tuberculosis (MTB) bacteria/viruses can be transmitted through the air. One of the methods to screen the TB disease is by reading sputum slides. Sputum slides are colored sputum samples of TB patients placed on microscopic slides. However, TB disease microscopic analysis has some limitations since it requires high accuracy reading and well-trained health personnel to avoid errors in the process of interpretation. Furthermore, the number of TB patients in the Primary Health Care (PHC) and the process of manual calculation of bacteria in a field of view often complicate the decision-making in the screening process conducted by the medical staffs. In this paper, the researchers propose the use of Watershed Transformation and Fuzzy C-Means combination to help solve the problem. The researchers collect the photo shooting of three PHC in Indonesia with 55 images of sputum from different TB patients. The assessed results of the proposed method are compared with the opinions of three Microbiology doctors. The comparison shows Cohen’s Kappa Coefficient value of 0.838. It suggests that the proposed method can detect Acid Resistant Bacteria (ARB) although it needs some improvement to achieve higher accuracy.

Effluents of biological sewage treatment plants mainly contain non-biodegradable, polar, organic pollutants of biogenic and anthropogenic origin. This paper presents a substance-specific determination method for these compounds, which are partly able to reach drinking water during the soil filtration process. Tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) combined with softly ionizing interfaces is applied for this purpose. The behaviour of the functional groups of these pollutants - forming characteristic fragment ions under MS/MS conditions and abstracting neutral particles - is used for detection. With help from this screening process on specific functional groups it is possible to establish the presence of substance groups with similar behaviour in the aquatic environment. Additionally this analytical procedure provides information on the molar mass of the pollutants detected. In a second step the compounds characterized by the molar mass and belonging to a group of pollutants with specific functional groups can be identified using MS/MS.
