The Concept of competitive value chains in production systems, as an institutional structure operating on network principles, was the impetus for the development of a system of models of inter-industry digital platform for the management and optimization of cooperation of high-tech network production systems. The article describes the ways of integration into business processes of production systems of simulation and cognitive models. The practical implementation of the system of these models is a separate software product - an interdisciplinary digital platform for participants in the creation of new high-tech products and their components.

The paper describes the process of working with the cognitive model of decision support in the management of value chains in production systems, the algorithm for constructing a conflict resolution diagram, the ways of integrating it into business processes in interaction with other models, for example, simulation. The practical implementation of the system of such models is a separate software product-an intersectoral digital platform for participants to create new high-tech products and their components.

The Russian manufacturing companies are faced with the task of a technological breakthrough and bringing high-tech competitive products to world markets. Currently, it is not individual enterprises that compete in the global market of industrial goods, but value chains. Within their framework, technological and production interfaces, diversification of demand markets, and optimization of business processes contribute to a sharp increase in the competitiveness of enterprises. The existing measures to support the development of industry do not confirm their effectiveness based on the results of work. To improve the system of support measures, the following steps are proposed: value chains should become the main tool for implementing the state’s industrial policy, measures for technological re-equipment based on intersectoral interaction of enterprises of high-tech and medium-tech industries should be implemented, as well as development institutions alternative to the banking sector should be formed. When implementing the proposed state support measures, the conditions for the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry in Russia are formed.

Today, lithium is becoming a new strategic material capable of influencing the sustainable development of the world economy. The results of developments in the production of innovative electrode materials from lithium carbonate on the basis of domestic lithium-containing raw materials with the creation of a full cycle of the technological line of lithium production: from ores to modern lithium batteries are pesented. Analysis of the explored reserves, mineral and material composition of domestic spodumene raw materials and lithium-containing dumps of the Belogorsk GOK indicate the prospects and expediency of their development for the production of the ever-increasing needs of the world market for lithium materials. As a result, the sulfuric acid technology for obtaining high-grade lithium carbonate directly from spodumene was optimized, bypassing the stage of obtaining a technical grade product, in a single technological process for processing spodumene with a reduction in the number of technological operations, excluding the expensive operation of concentrating a lithium sulfate solution by stripping. An efficient technology of purification and post-treatment of technical lithium carbonate to battery quality of 99.95% has been developed, including the processes of causticization of technical lithium carbonate, ultrafiltration and ion-exchange sorption of a solution of lithium hydroxide, followed by precipitation of lithium carbonate by ammonium carbonate. Cathode materials - lithium iron-phosphate , obtained from high-purity lithium carbonate by aerosol pyrolysis (MAP) and the sol-gel method (SGM), showed good electrochemical characteristics. The end result is innovative electrode materials for modern LIBs with significantly increased capacity and stability. The practical implementation of a full cycle of technologies from lithium-containing raw materials to modern lithium batteries opens up prospects for the creation in Kazakhstan of a high-tech lithium cluster according to the Scheme: Spodumene ores → Lithium concentrate → Lithium carbonate → Lithium cathode materials → Batteries.

The creation of information models requires the use of known methods and the development of new methods of formalizing the pre-design research process. The modeling process consists of four stages: data collection on the object of management - pre-project research; creation of a graphical model of business processes taking place in the enterprise; development of a formal model of business processes; business research by optimizing the formal model. To support the creation of workflow management services and systems, the complex offers methodologies, standards and specialized software that make up the developer's tools. This can be ensured only by modern automated methods based on information systems. It is important that the information collected is structured to meet the needs of potential users and stored in a form that allows the use of modern access technologies. Before discussing the effectiveness of FIM, it should be noted that the basic concept of information itself is still not the same. In a pragmatic way, it is a set of messages in the form of an important document for the system. Information can be evaluated not only by volume, but also by various parameters, the most important of which are: timeliness, relevance, value, aging, accuracy, etc. in addition, the information may be clear, probable and accurate. The methods of its reception and processing are different in each case.

The article discusses the automation of the creation and use of e-learning programs. The impact of automating the learning of a large number of users on the effectiveness of the introduction of a new software product is analyzed. The methods and algorithms that increase the efficiency of creating electronic training programs on example of the author’s automated system “Tutor Builder” are described. The results of experimental verification of the automated system are provided.

The rapidly changing needs and opportunities of today’s global software market require unprecedented levels of code comprehension to integrate diverse information systems to share knowledge and collaborate among organizations. The combination of code comprehension with software agents not only provides a promising computing paradigm for efficient agent mediated code comprehension service for selection and integration of inter-organizational business processes but this combination also raises certain cognitive issues that need to be addressed. We will review some of the key cognitive models and theories of code comprehension that have emerged in software code comprehension. This paper will propose a cognitive model which will bring forth cognitive challenges, if handled properly by the organization would help in leveraging software design and dependencies.
