Jangkrik adalah jenis serangga yang unik, memiliki suara khas dan aktif pada malam hari, jangkrik banyak dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat karena dapat menjadi penompang perekonomian masyarakat baik untuk pakan binatang piaraan,campuran pakan ternak,bahan tambahan pangan hingga campuran kosmetik. Aspek yang perlu di perhatikan dalam pembudidayaan jangkrik yaitu faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi hidup dan pertumbuhan jangkrik sehari-hari adalah dari sumber nutrisi,suhu dan kelembapan.Maka dari itu dibuatlah alat “Telecontrolling Pada Kandang Jangkrik Berbasis IoT (Internet of Things)”Alat ini menggunakan sensor DHT22 dan RTC untuk mengukur suhu dan kelembapan didalam kandang jangkrik dan RTC untuk mendeteksi waktu. Input data sensor akan diolah oleh ESP32 yang merupakan System on Chip dengan Wi-Fi dan Bluetooth, kemudian di deteksi oleh Fuzzy Logic untuk menentukan output pengaktifannya dan kapan ternak jangkrik waktunya panen akan dikirim melalui aplikasi telegram.Hasil perancangan sistem untuk kontrol dan monitoring berhasil diterapkan pada kandang jangkrik dengan berdasarkan suhu, kelembapan dan waktu. Sistem dapat mengirimkan notifikasi output dan respon sesuai dengan kondisi yang telah ditentukan dengan aplikasi telegram dan penyimpanan data pada website. Pengujian akurasi sensor mendapatkan hasil presentasi ketelitian yang cukup akurat, yaitu pada rata-rata presentase akurasi suhu mendapat milai 98% dan pada kelembapan mendapatkan nilai 97%, dan Pengujian hasil presentase akurasi pada sistem dan simulasi fuzzy dengan menggunakan aplikasi telegram dan matlab mendapatkan nilai presentase akurasi 31,66%.

Occurrence of bit error is more when communication takes place in System on chip environment. By employing proper error detection and correction codes the bit error rate can be considerably reduced in On-chip communication. As System on chip involves heterogeneous system the efficiency of communication is improved when reconfigurable multiple coding schemes are preferred. Depending upon the requirements for various subsystem the correct code has to be selected. Due to the variations in input demands based on various subsystems the proper selection of codes become fuzzy in nature. In this paper Fuzzy Controller is designed to select the correct coding scheme. Inputs are given to the fuzzy controller based on the application demand of the user. The input parameters are minimum bit error rate, computational complexity and correlation level of the input data. Fuzzy Controller employs three membership functions and 27 rules to select the appropriate coding scheme. The selected coding scheme should be communicated at the proper time to the decoder. To enable the decoding process selected coding scheme is communicated effectively by using less overhead frame format. To verify the functionality of fuzzy controller random input data sets are used for testing.

In general, the use of IoT (Internet of Things) is still not felt, one of which is the use of IoT which can be used as a file server or storage media. Therefore,  we need a storage media that is cheap, simple, efficient, does not require a large space and requires relatively fast time in designing and configuring storage media. To overcome the above problems how to build, design, create, process and utilize unused goods around so that they can become useful goods and don’t require excessive costs so as to create a service that can be used and developed in a sustainable manner. After receiving information that there is a computer that is cheap, simple, and without taking up a lot of space called the Raspberry Pi. From the background of the problem above, using the Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) architecture based on System on Chip (SoC), using Linux Open Media Vault.

A graphite-based RRAM device with a self-rectifying characteristic named “non-linearity (NL)” is developed for a high-density crossbar array for in-memory computing with low power and high scalability. Meanwhile, the reprogrammable functions are presented in self-selected RRAM as a promising candidate for one-time programmable (OTP) in the emerging memory-embedded applications such as security, system-on-chip (SoC), and Internet of Things (IoT).
