КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ СЛОВА: СЕЛЬСКОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННАЯ ПТИЦА, ВИТАМИНЫ, ПРЕМИКСЫ, ГИПОВИТАМИНОЗЫ, ПЕЧЕНЬ, ЯЙЦО, КОСТИ АННОТАЦИЯ: Рассмотрена роль качества премиксов в питании птицы в связи с реализацией ее генетического потенциала продуктивности. Приведены особенности повышенной чувствительности птицы к недостатку витаминов. Описаны факторы, влияющие на потребность птицы в витаминах и некоторых микроэлементах. Приводятся критерии биологической полноценности инкубационных яиц различных видов сельскохозяйственной птицы и ориентировочные показатели обеспеченности птицы витаминами по их содержанию в печени (витамины А и Е). Рекомендовано контролировать обеспеченность птицы витамином D3 по минерализации костяка и даны ориентировочные показатели содержания золы, кальция и фосфора в костях у высокопродуктивной птицы разных видов и направления продуктивности. Обобщены данные по обеспеченности птицы витаминами, полученные при анализе печени, яиц, костяка. Обращено внимание на причины низкой обеспеченности птицы витаминами А, В2, D3 и даны рекомендации по профилактике гиповитаминозов, включающие, прежде всего, контроль содержания витаминов в премиксах и биологических объектах (яйцо, печень, костяк), а также применение водорастворимых витаминных комплексов для экстренной выпойки при гиповитаминозах. The responses of poultry to the deficits of different vitamins and factors affecting the requirements in vitamins and trace elements of different productive groups are described. The biochemical criteria of the quality of eggs for incubation of different poultry species and reference values of the contents of certain vitamins (A, E) in liver are presented. The recommendations on the control of the provision with vitamin D3 via bone mineralization parameters (the contents of ash, calcium, and phosphorus) in different poultry species and groups are provided. The data on the efficiency of vitamin nutrition obtained by the analyses of liver, eggs, bones are summarized. The possible reasons of insufficient supply of vitamins A, B2, and D3 are presented. The identification of the hypovitaminoses should be primarily based on the analyses of the real contents of vitamins in premixes and in eggs, liver, and bones; these conditions can be effectively and promptly prevented by the periodic supplementation of drinking water for poultry with water-soluble complexes of vitamins.

This research aims to determine the role of the head of Madrasah in improving the quality of education in MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo, and to help improve the competency of teachers in the learning activities with a real, measurable, controlled, directional program to achieve learning objectives. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) supervision of the head of the district of the state of the principal of the school 4 Kulon Progo includes education, managerial, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator; 2) The role of quality improvement is done by increasing the professionalism of teachers by giving opportunities to teachers; 3) Factors affecting the implementation of the head of the Madrasah include: the planning, implementation and follow-up that is carried out continuously to the teachers and education personnel.


The potential of ICTs in promoting the development and reach of educational avenues in India is unambiguously clear in the light of the challenges facing the country. Role of ICTs with enhanced focus on development of content and the applications to provide enhanced quality of education must be synchronized with the various initiatives for using ICT for education and should be guided by adequate guidelines and framework. Provisioning of ICT is limited by the Infrastructure especially in the rural areas, where Internet and electrification are major issues of concern. It is well known that higher penetration of mobile phone, radio and TV implies increased development and delivery of innovative content via these media. This paper is focussed on the necessity to incorporate ICT as a part of the curriculum and also use it to strengthen the teaching learning process. The paper explores the key factors that drive the growth in the E-Learning sector. The authors undertook a research for identifying the various factors that may affect the choice and preference of employees for opting for online education as a measure for career/knowledge enhancement. The study indicates that online education market in India is currently booming. The growth of the market is dependent on the field of study, the willingness to pay, the credibility of the offering organization and the acceptability of the learning in the Corporate sector.

Chewing texture is important for fresh citrus fruits, and the mastication trait of a segment directly determines chewing texture. Roughing disorder impairs the quality of Satsuma mandarin fruits, and it is typically correlated with intrinsic mastication inferiority (IMI). This study explored the role of segment membranes (SMs) in IMI. Similar to IMI in roughing-disordered fruits, segment shear force significantly enhanced relative to controls (CK); cell layers and cell wall thickness increased also in inferior masticating SMs. The ‘Miyamoto Wase’ cultivar exhibited larger segment shear force and more SM cell layers than ‘Juxiangzao’. In SMs, vessel cells could be divided into outside layers where segments adjoin and inside layers where juice sacs grow from. The inside vessel cell layers in the inferior masticating SMs were denser. Vessels with a length of 200 to 300 μm and a diameter of 5 to 15 μm predominated in SMs. The average vessel diameter enlarged by 13% to 16.5% in inferior masticating SMs, depending on cultivars. Furthermore, there was a decrease in vessels with a diameter <5 μm and an increase in vessels >10 μm in the inferior masticating SMs. Between phenotypes, protopectin increased significantly throughout development of inferior masticating SMs, while water-soluble pectin increased during the later stages of development. In one inferior masticating SM sample, protopectin and water-soluble pectin levels were higher in the inner-ring area than those in the outer-ring area. Correspondingly, expression of CuPME21 which is involved in pectin hydrolysis was consistently upregulated in the inferior masticating SMs throughout fruit development. The findings in this work provide novel insights into citrus SM structure and its IMI.

The post-crisis period stressed the role of small, local banks in corporatelending, particularly for SME, due to such their advantages as being based onrelationship banking and extensive knowledge of local market. However, it isstill unclear whether it is a short or long-term advantage. The aim of this paper isto analyze the factors affecting the size and quality of the loan portfolios of thePolish cooperative banks. In the empirical part, the study is based on statisticaldata and panel research, based on individual balance sheet data for the banksaffiliated to the BPS SA. The results confirm that the role of cooperative banksin lending to businesses increases, but also pointed to internal diversity of thesector in this area: growth in loans to the corporate sector was particularly strongfor large banks with strong capital, but also resulted in their declining safety andincreasing bad loans portfolio.

КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ СЛОВА: МЯСНЫЕ КУРЫ ПОРОДЫ ПЛИМУТРОК, ЛИНИЯ, СЕЛЕКЦИЯ, ЯЙЦЕНОСКОСТЬ, ВЫВОД ЦЫПЛЯТ, ВЫХОД ИНКУБАЦИОННЫХ ЯИЦ, ДЕФЕКТЫ ЯИЦ АННОТАЦИЯ: Работа проведена в производственных условиях СГЦ «Смена». В опытах использовали птицу породы плимутрок: отцовскую линию в материнской родительской форме (СМ7), материнскую линию в материнской родительской форме (СМ9), материнскую родительскую форму (СМ79). Установлено, что по мясным курам новых исходных линий СМ7 и СМ9 в 2020 г. в процессе целенаправленной селекционной работы отмечено увеличение по сравнению с 2015 г. выхода инкубационных яиц на 2,0 и 2,1% соответственно; вывода цыплят - на 1,1 и 1,3%; яйценоскости на начальную несушку за 60 недель жизни - на 2,2 и 3,1%; массы яиц в 30 недель жизни - на 0,7 и 1,2%; выхода цыплят от одной несушки - на 5,9 и 7,8%. Куры двухлинейной материнской родительской формы СМ79 имеют преимущество над исходными линиями СМ7 и СМ9 по яйценоскости за 60 недель жизни на 14,3 и 3,7% соответственно, по массе яиц - на 0,17 и 0,96%, по выходу инкубационных яиц - на 0,5 и 0,3%, по выводу цыплят - на 8,2 и 4,6%, по выходу цыплят от одной несушки - на 27,1 и 9,7%. Это превосходство обусловлено эффектом гетерозиса по воспроизводительным признакам. Меньшее количество яиц с дефектами у кур в 2020 г. по сравнению с 2015 обусловило различие по выходу инкубационных яиц. От мясных кур за 60 недель жизни в 2020 г. получено больше инкубационных яиц, чем в 2015 г., на 17145 шт. (по линии СМ7 - на 4602 шт., СМ9 - на 5254 шт., СМ79 - на 7289 шт.), и, соответственно, меньше яиц, реализованных как пищевые. THE IMPROVEMENT OF REPRODUCTIVE EFFICIENCY IN THE SELECTED PLYMOUTH ROCK LINES EGOROVA A.V.1, EFIMOV D.N.1, EMANUYLOVA ZH.V.1, KOMAROV A.A.1 1 Federal Scientific Center “All-Russian Research and Technological Institute of Poultry” of Russian Academy of Sciences The reproductive efficiency in three Plymouth Rock lines selected by the Center for Genetics & Selection “Smena” (paternal and maternal preparental lines SM7 and SM9 and their hybrid, maternal parental broiler line SM79) in 2020 in compare to 2015 was assessed. It was found that targeted selection of the preparental lines SM7 and SM9 between 2015 and 2020 increased egg production during 60 weeks of the productive season per initial hen by 2.2 and 3.1%, egg weight at 30 weeks of age by 0.7 and 1.2%, the percentage of eggs suitable for incubation by 2.0 and 2.1%, hatch of chicks by 1.1 and 1.3%, number of healthy chicks per parental hen by 5.9 and 7.8% respective to lines SM7 and SM9. Hybrid maternal line SM79 in 2020 featured higher reproductive efficiency in compare to its parental lines SM7 and SM9 due to the effect of heterosis: egg production during 60 weeks higher by 14.3 and 3.7%, egg weight at 30 weeks of age by 0.17 and 0.96%, percentage of eggs suitable for incubation by 0.5 and 0.3%, hatch of chicks by 8.2 and 4.6%, number of healthy chicks per parental hen by 27.1 and 9.7% respective to lines SM7 and SM9. The higher percentage of eggs suitable for incubation in 2020 in compare to 2015 is related to lower percentages of eggs with genetically conditioned defects (lightweight, two-yolk, belted, crackled, etc.) due to the targeted selection. The output of eggs suitable for incubation from equal-sized flocks in 2020 was higher in compare to 2015 by 17,145 eggs in total (by 4,602 in SM7, 5,254 in SM9, and 7,259 in SM79), and lesser amounts of non-suitable eggs were therefore sold as table eggs. Skryabin and Y.R. Kovalenko” of Russian Academy of Sciences Different aspects of sanitary and hygiene in the premises and units of poultry processing enterprises are highlighted in relation to modern safety concepts in the meat branch of food industry. The programs and protocols for sanitary procedures and control providing quality and safety of poultry meat and meat derived products are described. Special attention is paid to the terms of regular disinfection of different objects and to the preparations for the effective disinfection of premises, equipment, packing materials, and devices. The necessity of constant upgrade and perfection of the application protocols for different detergents and disinfectants and labor safety and hygienic standards for the operations with alkaline and acidic disinfectants is emphasized. In this research, using an analytical framework on factors affecting the quality of auditing services, we consider factors that affect an expectations gap in providers and users of auditing services related to factors affecting auditing quality. Effective factors studied in this regard are professional features, including the professional role of individuals in the auditing process (auditors against preparers of financial statements), professional experience of individuals, professional rating and size of auditing firms. The first statistical society consists of certified public accountants (CPAs) working in the auditing organization and audit firms in Iran, and the second statistical society consists of all investment companies that operate under the supervision of the Tehran Stock Exchange Organization. Based on the results of the research, the role of professionals in the auditing process is not effective as an independent auditor or financial statements provider, as well as the professional experience of individuals in the expectations gap from factors affecting auditing quality, while the size and qualities of the auditing firms were influenced by the expectations gap of individuals in the field of auditing regulation.

815 Background: The National Cancer Institute defines palliative care as care given to improve the quality of life (QOL) for patients with life threatening diseases. The role of palliative care (PC) within oncology is ever evolving and as more studies are being conducted, its role in the improvement of QOL for patients is being widely recognized. Patients undergoing cytoreductive surgery (CRS) are at a higher risk for morbidity and mortality and often have severe post-operative symptoms that can worsen their QOL. Here we studied the factors affecting PC consult in order to better overcome them. Methods: We queried our Electronic Medical Record EPIC for a list of patients who underwent cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC or HITEC in the hospital from April 2016-April 2019. Data was manually extracted and patients who didn’t meet our criteria were excluded. Patients were divided on the basis of palliative care consults and differences between the groups were analyzed. Odds ratios(OR) with p-value 0.05 and confidence interval (CI) 95% were calculated. Results: We identified 55 patients of whom 34 met our inclusion criteria, 11 male and 23 female with an average age of 56.3 years at the time of diagnosis. 8 patients (23%) had PC; more than 1 comorbidity and age > 40 was associated with a higher likelihood of PC (OR:0.12; CI:0.02-0.76; p:0.02) and (OR: 0.015; CI: 0.0007-0.3029; P: 0.006) respectively. Gender, insurance type and marital status did not corelate with PC. Mean age (58.1 vs 55.7) showed a trend towards higher rates of PC in older population. Conclusions: Approximately one quarter of patients undergoing CRS with HIPEC had a concurrent PC consult. Though this is better than the national average of 11-16%, it continues to be a very small number. PC is not only an end of life service, in fact studies have shown early consultations lead to higher patient satisfaction, improved QOL and better communication. Efforts must be made to engage PC early in the course of treatment and recognize it as an integral part of cancer care.

The study enhances tourism destinations’ competitiveness from the tourist’s perspective. Departing from the concept of customer-based brand equity (Keller, 1993; Aaker, 1991), our purpose is to construct a linkage between customer-based brand equity for a tourism destination (destination image, destination awareness, quality of destination and destination loyalty) and behavioral intentions for selecting a tourist destination (revisit and/or recommendation to other people), in order to better understand the role of tourism destination branding. This paper carried out a survey of international tourists who selected Hanoi - Vietnam as their holiday destination and our findings show that brand image and brand loyalty play an important role on tourist’s decision of returning or recommendation to others while brand awareness and quality have no impact.
