This research aims to understand the implementation of the problem solving method to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of class IX-A MTs Negeri 9 Sleman, in the 1st semester of the 2017/2018 school year on regional autonomy material. This research is a class action research (Clasroom Action Research) consisting of two cycles covering planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The results showed that the application of methods of learning problem solving can increase the motivation of learning from 9 students or 31.03% in initial study to 17 students or 58.62% in the first cycle and 27 students or 93.10% in the last cycle.

The study aims to improve the ability to write the text of the observation report using modeling methods. This research was conducted in the students of the VII-A Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4, the semester of the year, 2019/2020. This research uses class action methods. Data collection techniques using tests and validity of data are obtained through the validity of the process and the validity of results. The results showed that: (1) Learning to write the text of an observation report using modeling methods can improve the student's ability to write the text of the observation report. This is seen from the average value of the ability to write the text of an observation report before the action is 56.04, increasing to 61.7 on cycles 1 and 77.96 on cycle II. Increased average score from pre-action to cycle I, amounting to 4.90, and to cycle II by 12.67. Increased total average score from pre-action to cycle II by 17.57. (2) The enhancement of the learning process using modeling methods can be seen from the enthusiasm, attention, and activity of students so as to improve the quality of learning to write the report of the observation result and positive change for students. Therefore, the use of modeling methods in learning to write the text of an observation report can be more interesting and enjoyable.

This research is backed by a low percentage of the achievement criteria at least (KKM), which is obtained by the students of IX-D MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. Of the 28 students who participated in the test post on Pancasila materials as basic and ideology of the country with the study of Cooperatif Learning model, only 4 people can be declared complete (14.29%) and the remaining 24 persons have not been completed (85.71%). The Data indicates that the results of learning in the teaching materials may be declared incomplete. The percentage is far from the ideal percentage between 80%-100%. This study uses a class action method that lasts for three cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities. The results of the class action research that took place in 3 research cycles can be concluded: 1) During PTK, the efforts to implement the question and answer methods have been well managed and effective enough to improve student learning outcomes; 2) Application of the question and answer method with the variation of learning media can be run effective, average final result 82.86 then student learning results will increase.

The weakness of teachers in drafting the RPP based on 21st century, literacy and HOTS in particular, is still widely seen in the mismatch between basic competency (KD) and the formulation of indicators referring to 21st century learning, literacy and HOTS, not yet appropriate between the material and learning methods used, inconsistency between learning activities with selected methods and models. This is what causes the teacher not to maximally implement planning well in the learning process in the classroom. This research aims to improve the performance of PAI teachers in drafting RPP based on 21st century, literacy and HOTS through workshop activities in junior high school in Depok District, Sleman, 2019/2020. This research uses the method of research actions performed in three cycles. The results showed that workshop activities can improve the teacher's performance in achieving a well-formulated standard. The teacher's performance in drafting the RRP of 62.5% in cycle I increased to 73.75% in cycle II, and increased to 86.25% in the III cycle. The results of this surveillance action show that the implementation of workshops can improve teacher performance.

The research aims to determine the quality of teachers of Bantul Regency in implementing learning after gaining supervision through the activities of up grading learning. The study uses action research methods, conducted in two cycles covering the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The expected impact in the action of this study was the improvement of teacher quality in teaching. The results concluded that the implementation of supervision coaching implemented in six phases is to convey objectives and motivate, present information, organize into study groups, guide groups of work and study, evaluate, and reward. Learning through grading learning models can improve teachers ' ability to teach and improve teacher knowledge of concepts in teaching. The provision of supervision coaching using a learning up grading learning model with 6 phases of longer face-to-face meetings and complete teaching materials will further improve the quality and ability of the teachers to carry out their learning.

This research aims to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in MTs Nurul Ummah Yogyakarta. This research uses a method of surveillance measures that emphasize on practice, including the actions of plan (planning), do (implementation/implementation) and see (reflection). The results showed that the lesson study can effectively improve the teacher's pedagogical competence. Lesson study activities were able to make teachers open to each other and discuss learning issues in the classroom, and together looking for solutions to the solution. This can be seen from the increased improvement of learning from round to next round. The attendance of the facilitators also helped teachers get enlightened and motivated to innovate innovations in learning.

This research aims to improve the writing ability of text descriptions through learning by using the mind and map method in 25 students of the VII-F MTs Negeri 4 Bantul Semester in the year of the 2019/2020 course. The study uses class action methods, consisting of two cycles covering the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection techniques using writing tests, observations, field records and photo documentation. The results showed that learning with the mind map method can improve the activity and skills of students writing the description text, both in terms of process and product. It is demonstrated by the enhancement of students in intensified student interest, kekondusifan the photo observation process to create mind map, student intensified in doing independent task, kekondusifan students when a student is presenting, and kekondusifan students during reflection activities. Quality improvement of the process positively impacts the product quality improvement. It is seen in the test results writing the description text from the pre-action stage until cycle 2 increased by a pre-action of 52%, I cycle 76%, and cycle II 96%. The mind map method is one of the learning method of writing that is able to improve the activity and skills of the student writing the description text.

This research aims to describe the results of mathematics learning by using the think pair share method and increase the motivation to learn students of class VIII-F MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta school year 2018/2019. The observed motivation includes five aspects, namely the commitment to the task, persistence in learning, diligent in the face of difficulties, can answer his opinion and be interested in various problems. This research using class action methods (PTK) is carried out in two cycles. The results of the study show that: (1) Student motivation for Learning mathematics in cycle I from 32 students, 12.50% reaching high category, increased to 43.75% in cycle II; (2) The increase in student learning results is demonstrated by the increasing average of student learning outcomes at Cycle I, 50.00% has been completed with the average value of 72.23, increasing to 78.10% in cycle II by an average of 76.79. The think pair share method can be applied in math learning process.

This research aims to determine the application of learning methods of peer tutor can increase the activity and achievement of students in the competency standard materials National exam graduates in the category of difficult subjects of Science class IX C MTs Negeri 1 Bantul. This research is a class action study conducted in January 2018 to April 2018. Research is conducted in 3 cycles. Cycle I consists of 3 meetings, the II cycle consists of 4 meetings, and the III cycle consists of 2 meetings. The results showed that the application of peer tutor learning methods could increase student learning activities and achievements. Increased student learning activities based on the data of the observation result: category being on cycle I; High category on cycle II, and very high on cycle III. Increased student learning activities based on poll result data: 62.46% at the beginning of study, 62.65% on cycle I, 65.81% in Cycle II, and 78.76% in cycle III. The student learning activity of the results of the entire cycle in the high category. The increase in student achievement is demonstrated by the number of students completed and the classical dictancy. The number of students due to increased from 5 students to the placement test, 2 students in the I cycle, 13 students on the II cycle, and 17 students in the III cycle. The classical dictancy has increased from 17.86% in placement tests, 7.14% on the I cycle, 46.43% in Cycle II, and 60.71% in cycle III.

The study aims to implement the academic supervision of the model lesson study to improve the ability of PAI teachers. This research uses collaborative methods involving researchers and supervisors. The subject of research is GPAI construction of the group V UPT Yandik Godean Sleman in Lesson 2019/2020. This research is an action study that implemented twice the cycle of the Kemmis and Taggart models. Each cycle includes four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data analysis methods using qualitative analysis. The results showed an increase in teaching quality, at a cycle I with an average value of 76.4 increased to 86.3 very good qualifications, the value of the implementation of academic supervision from 85 to 92.5, the average outcome of the test post value increased from the 73.0 value with sufficient qualifications to be 78.2 with good qualifications. The study concluded that the implementation of the Academic supervision model lesson study can improve the teaching ability of PAI teachers V-Group, Yandik Godean, Sleman in Lesson 2019/2020.
