In order to cope with the rapidly aging society and the Chinese traditional idea of old-age care, community home-based care has become a major mode of care for the aged in China, and the construction of communities suitable for the aged has also become the focus of the whole society. In order to build an objective and scientific evaluation index system of communities suitable for aging, the hierarchical structure and relative important values of the indicators for the assessment were obtained through data text rooted coding and the fuzzy Delphi expert questionnaire survey. The results prove that: the evaluation index system of communities suitable for aging consists of 4 criteria (i.e., humanistic care, public environment, health care, and economic security), 14 sub-criteria, and 48 evaluation indexes. The important values of the four criteria are “health care” (7.35), “public environment” (7.18), “humanistic care” (6.92), and “economic security” (6.87). This shows that with the aging of the elderly and the decline of physical function, health care is the most important material basis for community home care, and is also the core criterion for the construction of communities suitable for aging. Of the 48 important values of the evaluation indexes, “setting up an emergency assistance system” (7.89), “ensuring the accessibility of roads” (7.79), and “handling related affairs” (7.60) ranked the highest. This shows that the protection of the physical and mental health of the elderly and the rights and interests of the elderly are the core values of the construction of communities suitable for aging. This study believes that through constructing an evaluation index system of the communities suitable for aging, the past general constructions suitable for aging according to the standard can be further clarified through the scientific procedure of the ‘community suitable for aging construction evaluation method’, and be a reference for the academic and practical fields.

Establishment of symptoms diagnostic criteria and treatment effect evaluation index system of Traditional Chinese Medicine is to improve the basic means of scientific medicine. A rational model of TCM symptoms diagnosis is to establish formation of effective evaluation index system. The study is base on the clinical data of bacterial pneumonia in the elderly. First pre-treatment basic data is proceeding. Then deleting unnecessary targets and discovering the core indicator set using Pawlak data reduction algorithms based on rough set theory, the core indicator set is determined as the diagnostic criteria of bacterial pneumonia for the elderly. The modeling method of Chinese medicine diagnosis symptoms on bacterial pneumonia for the elderly has worthy of promotion in Chinese medicine diagnosis symptoms.

In this context, firstly, the safety evaluation index system of subway operation is established on the basis of the recognition and analysis of risk factors. Then, the paper constructs the multi-level extensible evaluation model for subway operation safety with the extension method as the core. Finally, Beijing Changping subway is studied as an example. The risk degrees of the line and its subsystems are determined. A new method for comprehensive evaluation of subway operation safety in china is put forward.

It is extremely urgent to study on the scientific and reasonable evaluation index system in this field when small and medium-sized enterprises start turning to purchase cloud services instead of IT hardware. By making use of analytic network process, based on characteristics of cloud services, referring to common QoS properties in cloud service evaluation, 11 cloud service evaluation indexes are established in this paper and each index is quantified.

Due to the high risk of construction sites, it is necessary to make safety risk evaluation. With the synthetic consideration of the complexity and uncertainty of construction sites, a comprehensive evaluation index system with two levels has been based on the emphases and difficulties of the current safety work in construction industry; the index system includes civilized construction site, management of machinery, equipment, materials, occupation health protection, and the subpackage management, such as 6 one-level evaluation indexes, inspection system of safety risk, safety awareness education, and prevention and control of occupation disease, such as 33 two-level evaluation indexes. The research takes “No. A residential building and other 8 projects” as the empirical analysis object, with the weights of the first indexes and second indexes being calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the information entropy, and applies the unascertained measure to comprehensively evaluate the safety risk of the construction project. The overall score of the project is 6.4475, the evaluation result is good, which is consistent with the actual situation, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation model are verified, which provides a reference for safety risk management in the construction stage of construction projects.

Physical education teaching in colleges and universities is a complicated project for systematic optimization with multiple factors. As a vital approach to enhance the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, it is of great importance to have a scientific, accurate and objective evaluation of physical education teaching. The thesis, on the one hand, analyzes the existent problems during the evaluation course of physical education teaching in colleges and universities; and on the other hand, discusses the related improved measures on the aforementioned basis. In order to update the evaluation index system of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the thesis, based on the multiple intelligence theory, constructs an evaluation index system of physical education from all-round aspects, i.e., teaching step, teaching and learning step as well as managing step. Furthermore, according to the weight of various evaluation indexes on the foundation of AHP method, plus with the involvement of fuzzy evaluation information, the thesis puts forward with a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This model serves as an attempt to effectively evaluate physical education teaching, the validity of which is proved in the case analysis part.

Based on the principles of scientific, systematic, practicality, hierarchy, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the Possibility of Low-carbon Economic Development, and determines the assessment of evaluation indexes applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and builds the multi-objective linear weighted evaluation function model. Taking the Province of Zhejiang for example, the Possibility of Low-carbon Economic Development was evaluated. The development focus of real estate enterprises has shifted from traditional buildings to industrial park construction. After summarizing and analyzing the risk factors of the traditional construction cost, the WBS-CBS-RBS method is used to classify and identify the whole process cost of the industrial park. Finally, eight first level evaluation indexes and 37 second level evaluation indexes are established to form the whole process cost risk evaluation index system of the industrial park construction, which provides the basis for the whole process cost risk assessment of the subsequent industrial park construction.
