Pedestrian Reidentification Based on Feature Fusion and Metric Learning

The pedestrian recognition in public environment is influenced by the pedestrian environment and the dynamic characteristic boundary factors, so it is easy to produce the tracking error. In order to improve the ability of pedestrian re-identification in public environment, we need to carry out feature fusion and metric learning, and propose pedestrian re-identification based on feature fusion and metric learning. The geometric grid area model of pedestrian recognition in public environment is constructed, the method of fuzzy dynamic feature segmentation is used to reconstruct the dynamic boundary feature point of pedestrian recognition in public environment, the method of bottom-up modeling is used to design the dynamic area grid model of pedestrian recognition in public environment, the design of dynamic area grid model is three-dimensional grid area, the grayscale pixel set of pedestrian recognition dynamic constraint under public environment is extracted, the boundary feature fusion is carried out according to the distribution intensity of grayscale, the image fusion and enhancement information processing of pedestrian recognition under public environment, and the method of 3D dynamic constraint is used to realize the local motion planning of pedestrian recognition under public environment, and the recognition feature fusion and learning of pedestrian recognition under public environment is realized according to the result of contour segmentation. The simulation results show that the method is used for pedestrian recognition again in public environment, and the fuzzy judgment ability of pedestrian dynamic edge features is strong, which makes the error controlled below 10 mm, and the fluctuation of pedestrian recognition again is more stable, the recognition accuracy is higher and the robustness is better.

Meaning of Life Crisis and Self-Attitude of Fetishistic Transvestites (Internet Research)

The determinants of the long-standing and relatively widespread practice of fetishistic transvestites have been so far insufficiently researched by the psychological science. In the present paper on a Russian sample of fetishistic transvestites of mature and young age (N=120) mediated by virtual reality, an Internet study of the severity of their meaning life crisis and the specifics of self-attitude, which have a deep systematic impact on self-management of the life process, was carried out within the norm. It is shown that the overwhelming majority of fetishistic transvestites do not experience a meaning-life crisis, and their self-attitude is divided into dichotomous lines of manifestation – balance in conditions of confidentiality and dissonance in the public environment. It is established that the meaning-of-life crisis provides a favorable corrective effect on self-abasement, blocking the trajectory of minimizing self-abasement to an abnormal state by the method of self-justification of personal experience of fetishistic transvestism. It is revealed that the absence of a meaning-of-life crisis is characterized by the expanded personal plasticity of fetishistic transvestites in transphobic social situations, maintaining their state of self-esteem at an acceptable level, while their autosympathy as a veiled dimension of self-attitude is contrastively encapsulated from the meaning of life crisis.

Research on optimization of manned robot swarm scheduling based on ant-sparrow algorithm

Considering the optimization problem of manned robot swarm scheduling in public environment, we constructed a demand-time-space-energy consumption scheduling model taking passenger waiting time and robot swarm energy consumption as optimization goals. This paper proposes an ant-sparrow algorithm based on the same number constraints colonies of ant and sparrow, which combines the advantages of ant colony algorithm great initial solution and the fast convergence speed of the sparrow search algorithm. After a limited number of initial iterations, the ant colony algorithm is transferred to the sparrow search algorithm. In order to increase the diversity of feasible solutions in the later stage of the ant-sparrow algorithm iteration, a divide-and-conquer strategy is introduced to divide the feasible solution sequence into the same small modules and solve them step by step. Applying it to the manned robot swarm scheduling service in the public environment, experiments show that the ant-sparrow algorithm introduced with a divide-and-conquer strategy can effectively improve the quality and convergence speed of feasible solutions.

The Impact of Consequences Awareness of Public Environment on Medicine Return Behavior: A Moderated Chain Mediation Model

With global aging trends and prosperity in the medicine market, the number of unused or expired household unused or expired medicines is increasing. Medicines which are discarded improperly result in serious pollution. From the perspective of behavioral science, the main contribution of this paper is the construction of a chain mediation model to analyze the influence mechanism between consequences awareness of the public environment and proper return behavior of unused or expired medicines. The model explores the moderating effect of personal health awareness with through observation of to the mediating effect of personal norms and return intention. Using a sample size of 366 residents from China, the proposed hypotheses are empirically tested. The results show: firstly, the direct effect of residents’ consequences awareness of public environmental awareness on the proper medicine return behavior is not significant; secondly, return intention plays a mediating role in the positive effect of consequences awareness of the public environment on proper return behavior; thirdly, personal norms and return intention play a chain mediating role in the positive impact of consequences awareness of the public environment on proper return behavior; and lastly, personal health awareness moderates the chain mediation path by strengthening the positive effect of return intention on proper return behavior.

TRANSFORMATION OF PUBLIC SPACES BASED ON THE SYMBOLIC INTERPRETATION OF ELEMENTS OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT

One of the important design topics is the formation of the urban environment based on modern comfort requirements, considering the historical content and identifying the special uniqueness of the place. The use of symbolic interpretation of characteristic elements of the environment: such as the earth's surface, various forms of relief, vegetation, water structures and small architectural forms when creating urban open areas allows to create a bright expressive image of public space. The application of this principle contributes to the strengthening of the information content of the historical urban environment and the creation of a special memorability of the transformed space. The use of symbolic compositions in urban space increases the figurative characteristics of the environment, revealing its individuality and consolidating its identity. The methods of transmitting certain information using signs and symbols to create stable visual priorities in the public environment are identified. It is noted that the methods of transformation of public spaces presented in the study provides increasing the figurative characteristics of environments without significant urban planning changes, to reveal its identity and to increase the environmental sustainability of urban space. Examples of the use of symbolic interpretation in the Russian and foreign experience of creating new public urban spaces are given.

An Investigation on The Role of In-between Spaces in Iranian Traditional Houses as an Architectural Heritage: The Case of Kashan Houses

In-between spaces have the duty of separating other space by putting a distance between them, facilitating spatial identification and specification along with creating consequent spaces which gradually lead passers from public environment to more private sections. Designing such spaces was considered a necessity with significant importance in the architecture of Iranian Traditional Housing. Therefore, regarding the importance of the issue under study, the goal is to discover strategies applied in Iranian Traditional Houses by benefiting from the data gathered through a survey carried out on 50 respondents and technicians in the field of Iranian Traditional Architecture. To do so, EFA was utilized to specify factors creating by in between spaces in traditional houses. The result revealed that elements of continuity, hierarchy and spatial organization are the most evident factors in the architect of Iranian Traditional Houses and as the statistic showed that the highest level variance belonged to spatial organization.

The reference gives a characteristic to the new monography titled “The professional competences of a specialist in communications of the XXI century”, which is the result of a long-term group study of the Communication Technologies and PR Department of St. Petersburgh State Economic University. The monography has been edited by the Head of the Department, professor A. D. Krivonosov. The analysis of the research strategy put into the basis of the monography is provided: from the study of specific features of a contemporary public environment to the determination of professional competences of specialists in communication sphere demanded in the society and further to the development of the model of a foresight approach to forming communicative competences and skills. The obvious advantage of the monography is a close connection between the theoretical foundations and the actual reality of the development of Russian education in communication sphere. The study topicality, sequence in the solution of the set tasks, presentation clarity, scientific value as well as theoretical significance of the monography, the validity of the conclusions have been analyzed. The recommendations for the practical use of the work are given.

An Intelligent Garbage Sorting System Based on Edge Computing and Visual Understanding of Social Internet of Vehicles

In order to enable Social Internet of Vehicles devices to achieve the purpose of intelligent and autonomous garbage classification in a public environment, while avoiding network congestion caused by a large amount of data accessing the cloud at the same time, it is therefore considered to combine mobile edge computing with Social Internet of Vehicles to give full play to mobile edge computing features of high bandwidth and low latency. At the same time, based on cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning, knowledge graph, and 5G transmission, the paper builds an intelligent garbage sorting system based on edge computing and visual understanding of Social Internet of Vehicles. First of all, for the massive multisource heterogeneous Social Internet of Vehicles big data in the public environment, different item modal data adopts different processing methods, aiming to obtain a visual understanding model. Secondly, using the 5G network, the model is deployed on the edge device and the cloud for cloud-side collaborative management, aiming to avoid the waste of edge node resources, while ensuring the data privacy of the edge node. Finally, the Social Internet of Vehicles devices is used to make intelligent decision-making on the big data of the items. First, the items are judged as garbage, and then the category is judged, and finally the task of grabbing and sorting is realized. The experimental results show that the system proposed in this paper can efficiently process the big data of Social Internet of Vehicles and make valuable intelligent decisions. At the same time, it also has a certain role in promoting the promotion of Social Internet of Vehicles devices.

The Publicity of Education: Challenges of Modern Communication Strategies

The article investigates the publicity phenomenon in modern education as a moral-communicative discourse of a technogenic society. The study confirms that a person's identity falls under the manipulative influence and becomes the target of direct social and communicative coercion in the public environment. The educational environment includes a lot of public informatization. The article proves that educational media practices in public communications form certain public strategies such as the social organization of society, its socio-cultural norms, and values. The nature of these strategies is sometimes contrived, perfunctory and favorable for information confrontation, serves the only material interests and needs. The study proves that the concept of communicative competence of modern youth, which is constantly in a changing, information-saturated public environment, becomes especially important in the modern educational environment. It must have complex communication skills of social and public adaptation, techniques of effective interpersonal communication in which morality would not have a hidden nature, would not focus only on the physiologically-hidden nature of a person and would not invent surrogate identities. Such kind of publicity including the skills of communicative competence in the educational environment is the requirements of a modern technogenic civilization trying to survive. It is stated that in the present time when information and communication can act as effective activators of value-moral principles of educational culture. Such communication skills are necessary for the fast formation of sustainable principles of cross-cultural understanding that would support the values of tolerance and a healthy lifestyle. In such a case, the development of science and educational competences of all participants of the educational process should lead to periodic modification, improvement of the whole system of interpersonal communication, giving them new forms directed to the tolerance, in which the subject of communication finds himself in the "Other", or find "Other" in himself.
