An expert network is a community of professionals in a specific field, united by an information system, in which different tasks are solved. One of the main tasks in expert networks is the selection of specialists with specified competencies for joint problem solving. The main characteristic of an expert network member is a set of competencies, which includes both functional aspects and personal qualities. For this reason, the procedure for selecting specialists and ranking them is critical. Such a procedure uses specialists’ competence assessments from the expert network. If these assessments are out of date, the project results can be unsuccessful. This article proposes an approach aimed at automating the assessment of the specialists’ competencies based on the projects results. This approach consists of a reference model and an algorithm of competence assessment change for human resources. The paper also includes an algorithm evaluation on generated data.

Abstract In greenfield projects, robust well placement optimization under different scenarios of uncertainty technically requires hundreds to thousands of evaluations to be processed by a flow simulator. However, the simulation process for so many evaluations can be computationally expensive. Hence, simulation runs are generally applied over a small subset of scenarios called representative scenarios (RS) approximately showing the statistical features of the full ensemble. In this work, we evaluated two workflows for robust well placement optimization using the selection of (1) representative geostatistical realizations (RGR) under geological uncertainties (Workflow A), and (2) representative (simulation) models (RM) under the combination of geological and reservoir (dynamic) uncertainties (Workflow B). In both workflows, an existing RS selection technique was used by measuring the mismatches between the cumulative distribution of multiple simulation outputs from the subset and the full ensemble. We applied the Iterative Discretized Latin Hypercube (IDLHC) to optimize the well placements using the RS sets selected from each workflow and maximizing the expected monetary value (EMV) as the objective function. We evaluated the workflows in terms of (1) representativeness of the RS in different production strategies, (2) quality of the defined robust strategies, and (3) computational costs. To obtain and validate the results, we employed the synthetic UNISIM-II-D-BO benchmark case with uncertain variables and the reference fine- grid model, UNISIM-II-R, which works as a real case. This work investigated the overall impacts of the robust well placement optimization workflows considering uncertain scenarios and application on the reference model. Additionally, we highlighted and evaluated the importance of geological and dynamic uncertainties in the RS selection for efficient robust well placement optimization.

ABSTRACT Human resources design section at an Event Organizer is a vital part considering that the design will be seen by the event participants in addition to the technical events. The selection of employees who understand design and have extensive experience is important. The process of selecting employees in the design field can sometimes be difficult to predict if there are several prospective employees with balanced abilities. From the calculation results of the dataset as many as 14 applicants using the C4.5 algorithm, the highest Gain Ratio value obtained in the design Ability and Experience = 0.7172, Origin of Schools = 0.0511 and Age = 0.0205. ABSTRACT This study aims at presenting the process of machine design and agricultural implements by means of a reference model, formulated with the purpose of explaining the development activities of new products, serving as a guideline to coach human resources and to assist in formalizing the process in small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), i.e. up to 500 employees. The methodology used included the process modeling, carried out from case studies in the SMB, and the study of reference models in literature. The modeling formalism used was based on the IDEF0 standard, which identifies the dimensions required for the model detailing: input information; activities; tasks; knowledge domains; mechanisms; controls and information produced. These dimensions were organized in spreadsheets and graphs. As a result, a reference model with 27 activities and 71 tasks was obtained, distributed over four phases of the design process. The evaluation of the model was carried out by the companies participating in the case studies and by experts, who concluded that the model explains the actions needed to develop new products in SMB.

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

The author has studied the problem of the development of theoretical foundations and methodical tools for conducting job research within the National Police of Ukraine. The author has stated theoretical grounds of creating a profile for the profession of a detective; has revealed the possibilities of using some methods and means of job research for the development of modern profiles of the professions of the system of the National Police of Ukraine. It has been demonstrated that a profile of the profession as a set of parameters characterizing a successful specialist, a professional in a certain field of professional activity, is an important component of the job description. The main component of the profile is the characteristic of psychological peculiarities of professional activity.On the basis of experimental research, the author has formulated the requirements of the profession to the motivational sphere of a specialist, his abilities, temperamental and characterological traits, etc. The main components of the profile of a detective’s profession have been considered. The author has described such structural components of the profile of the profession as general characteristics of the activity, working conditions, negative factors, occupational risk factors, psychological characteristics and professionally important personal qualities of a specialist. The author has provided the demands of the profession to the sensory and perceptual sphere of a detective, general and special abilities, the features of temperament and character, motivation, emotional and volitional qualities. It has been emphasized that comprehensive study of professional police activity based on the development of profiles of the profession is a prerequisite for solving problems related to the efficiency of using personnel potential, optimizing the selection of the most appropriate candidates for the police force, training and retraining of personnel, rationalization of work and reduction of injuries, etc.On the basis of a broad experimental study, the author has established the list of the main professional qualities of a detective of the National Police; has determined the qualitative and quantitative psychological and psychophysiological indicators recommended for the professional activity. The author has also established psychological and psychophysiological contraindications for overtaking the professional activity of a detective (a criminal police officer).

The main objective in the selection of personnel is to select the most appropriate candidate for a job. Personnel selection for human resources management is a very important issue.The aim of this paper is to determine the best-performing personnel for promotion using an application of a Multi Criteria Decision Making(MCDM) method, generalized Choquet integral, to a real personnel selection problem of a case study in Turkey and 17 alternatives are ranked according to personnel selection criteria (22 subcriteria are classified under 5 main criteria). The main contribution of this paper is to determine the interdependency among main criteria and subcriteria, the nonlinear relationship among them and the environmental uncertainties while selecting personnel alternatives using the generalized Choquet integral method with the experts’ view. To the authors’ knowledge, this will be the first study which uses the generalized Choquet Integral methodology for human resources.

The study is focused on translation technology within the system of higher education in Poland, specifically English Studies offering translation specialization at BA and MA level, as well as postgraduate studies aimed at translators of English. The conducted analysis of translation curricula of Polish universities investigates the presence of courses devoted to the use of translation technology and seeks to determine whether such courses are offered at a given level of higher education, where in the system most of the courses are placed, and when they are mostly organized. First, however, a brief overview of different aspects determining the inclusion of translation technology in curricula are discussed. Here, the main stress is placed on its importance for the translation markets, the skills and knowledge obtained by students entering the market which are desired by translation agencies, elements affecting the selection of given translation software, the necessary infrastructure to run such courses, the costs of the programmes, ‘human resources’, the policies of universities, etc. The short discussion is followed by an analysis of the available courses, with each section devoted to one of the levels of the Polish higher education system, namely BA, MA and postgraduate studies. The courses within each level are briefly compared to provide some general tendencies for each type of studies. The final, concluding part of the study summarizes the results and stresses the need for further introduction of translation technology into translation curricula.

The article deals with the activity of the teacher-musician on the choice of educational piano repertoire. Currently, in China, this practice is based almost exclusively on the empirical experience of teachers and is largely random, does not have sufficient methodical support. They use rather standard, so-called basic musical repertoire, especially at the initial level of piano training in the genre of a program play. At the same time, the individuality of the student, his personal qualities, promising musical development, genre and style diversity of works, certain methodological indications for study, motivational readiness are not adequately taken into account. There is an urgent need to expand the children’s piano repertoire in China, primarily through the musical works of composers from other countries, for example, the easy plays of Russian composers of the Soviet and post-Soviet periods. The article shows a specific example of the educational repertoire in children’s educational programs with effective performance of young musicians at concerts. Actions of the teacher-musician at the choice of this or that musical work inevitably actualize personal-creative and reflexive qualities, skills of the methodological analysis. The introduction of young musicians to the performance of music from other eras and national schools, familiarity with different compositional techniques and directions, painstaking individual selection of each play has a pronounced methodological, educational and motivational effect.
