This article is devoted to the development of methodological supports and experimental software tools for accuracy analysis and information processing in control stochastic systems (CStS) with complex shock disturbances (ShD) by means of wavelet Haar–Galerkin technologies. Basic new results include methods and algorithms of stochastic covariance analysis and modeling on the basis of the Galerkin method and wavelet expansion for linear, linear with parametric noises, and quasilinear CStS with ShD. Results are illustrated by an information-control system at ShD. New stochastic effects accumulation for systematic and random errors are detected and investigated.

This review paper deals with the use of statistical methods to evaluate systematic and random errors associated with trigonometric parallaxes. First, systematic errors which arise when using trigonometric parallaxes to calibrate luminosity systems are discussed. Next, determination of the external errors of parallax measurement are reviewed. Observatory corrections are discussed. Schilt’s point, that as the causes of these systematic differences between observatories are not known the computed corrections can not be applied appropriately, is emphasized. However, modern parallax work is sufficiently accurate that it is necessary to determine observatory corrections if full use is to be made of the potential precision of the data. To this end, it is suggested that a prior experimental design is required. Past experience has shown that accidental overlap of observing programs will not suffice to determine observatory corrections which are meaningful.

The introduction of information and digital technologies that support and support all technological processes in the field is an urgent need for the development and implementation of such technology. An organisationally complex and financially intensive project is necessary because of the wide variety of economic entities that differ in the size of production, forms of ownership and socio-economic conditions of production. Automated information control system for mobile units agricultural enterprise provides those-Niko-economic performance, optimum capacity utilization through the use of timely and reliable information on technology. Machine and tractor aggregates are appertained as control objects with variable structure, which is explained by possibility of the system formation from tractor or field machines mobile units with various purposes: tillable, cultivatable, sowing, harvesting and etc. This MTA feature was determined creation of digital control systems of two groups of automatic control and management of the basic energy and operational parameters: tractors, machines and vehicles as part of MTA. To the first group are appertained the automatic control system of tractor motor component loading, motion speed, frictional sliding. To the second group – automatic regulation system of operating depth, seed rate, treatment of liquid combined fertilizers and crop protection agents, filling and driving of various MTA. Novelty of researches consists in methodology of the organization of the centralized control and management of various technological processes at carrying out field works.

At present, basketball training needs more scientific training methods and techniques. In order to obtain these training methods, it needs to acquisition training information in the process of basketball training. Therefore, in view of basketball training to establish information control system, research on basketball players training characteristics and the law of motion in the process of basketball training, using control theory method to carry out information processing and analysis, and then the use of scoring methods carry out the authority score evaluation on basketball trainings influencing factors, according to the weight values, these are obtained on the basis of the score, then to carry out add sum, finally to obtain the evaluation scores of basketball training information control system. And then according to the weight value, to undertake an analysis of the basketball training control process, the basketball training information control method is put forward. The analysis results show that information control system is mainly manifested in the basketball training information collection and transmission, training scheme decision of coaches decision system as well as the feedback of decision information, which will complete the whole system construction of basketball training information control.

The paper presents the research of the SteamVR tracker developed for a man-portable air-defence training system. The tests were carried out in laboratory conditions, with the tracker placed on the launcher model along with elements ensuring the faithful reproduction of operational conditions. During the measurements, the static tracker was moved and rotated in a working area. The range of translations and rotations corresponded to the typical requirements of a shooting simulator application. The results containing the registered position and orientation values were plotted on 3D charts which showed the tracker’s operation. Further analyses determined the values of the systematic and random errors for measurements of the SteamVR system operating with a custom-made tracker. The obtained results with random errors of 0.15 mm and 0.008° for position and orientation, respectively, proved the high precision of the measurements.
