Two basic functions of the machine, consumer and technical are given. Application the law of conservation of energy is shown in case of the description of an energy balance of an element of the machine. The expanded concept of technical condition in relation to the machine is this, parameters of technical condition are justified. Communications of technical condition with operability and working capacity and also communication of operability of an element of the machine with its efficiency are defined. The possibility of representation of technical condition in the form of сlass in object-oriented programming is revealed.

The article is devoted to the planning of business career and professional training of personnel. It is noted, in particular, that the most important problem of forming personnel potential of employees is their career growth and training. The article emphasizes that the priority tasks of increasing the efficiency of the operation of enterprises is to equip them with workers who have the necessary qualities to successfully own a chosen profession, to create a system that allows them to maintain and develop their working capacity, as well as reliability. To perform such tasks, periodic control of the employee's functional status and the definition of objective criteria characterizing the qualitative composition of such units and bodies are necessary. The peculiarities of career growth and professional training of the personnel are investigated. The efficiency of the existing system at the enterprise level is analyzed. The authors noted that the key to a successful career is a symbiosis of such factors as the employee's inner desire to grow professionally, hard work and charisma. It is also emphasized that personnel training plays an important role. Advanced advanced countries of the world have long been exploring the impact of training on human productivity. Consequently, one of the strategic goals of modern Ukrainian firms and organizations should be to train managers to develop their own development and manage the development of their subordinates in the most effective way. For this purpose it is necessary to create a system of career growth, training of managers of all levels.

In this paper the existing in PDM-system business-process of design documentation shop-to-shop routing and its study on technological effectiveness at SRC «Progress» is considered. General approach to the organization of dual paper-electronic process at the enterprise is described. This approach allows quick study of design documentation depending on its type (paper or electronic). The analysis of the existing process with definition of its merits and demerits is carried out. Considering analysis results, proposals on process modernization are developed. The project documentation and work plan were prepared. Software is developed for the modernized process. During the tests of process its working capacity was already confirmed and essential decrease in creation time of objects in PDM-system is revealed. As a result this fact will allow to reduce users’ working time. In this particular work the need for the special software is considered, which will automatically translate the existing information objects in PDM-system from old data model to new data model. The direction for business process digitalization and exception of enterprise employees labor costs on paper documentation movement between departments is defined.

Raising of problem. The methodology presented in this study is aimed at modeling the variability of the technical condition when operating a car in a complex social and technical system "car − person − environment". This allows you to simulate the change in the operational properties of the car depending on its operation, affecting the change in the technical condition by the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM). Purpose. The variability of the technical operation of the car needs to be managed, and not reduced or eliminated, since this is an advantage, as well as conditions for the safety and functioning of complex socio-technical systems. To control it, you must first monitor the variability of the vehicle's technical operation. A set of relevant indicators needs to be identified and developed. Their interpretation makes it possible to draw conclusions about the level of technical condition, operational properties of the vehicle and traffic safety and supports the prediction of the occurrence of future events (failure occurrence). Conclusion. Thus, the basic principles of the FRAM for modeling the variability of the technical condition when operating a car in a complex social and technical system "car − person − environment" have been determined. The relationship has been established between the definition of traffic safety, the FRAM model and the performance indicators of the vehicle. The developed model of the FRAM for maintenance of the undercarriage of cars, consisting of a set of functions that describe the actions taken to maintain cars to ensure their good condition. A block diagram of the implementation of functionally oriented technologies for the maintenance and repair of cars has been developed, taking into account the design features and the level of technology for technical influences. This allows you to objectively determine the required scope of maintenance work, depending on the results of diagnostics and the availability of technological equipment.

AbstractWe generalize Löwner's method for proving that matrix monotone functions are operator monotone. The relation x ≤ y on bounded operators is our model for a definition of C*-relations being residually finite dimensional.Our main result is a meta-theorem about theorems involving relations on bounded operators. If we can show there are residually finite dimensional relations involved and verify a technical condition, then such a theorem will follow from its restriction to matrices.Applications are shown regarding norms of exponentials, the norms of commutators, and “positive” noncommutative ∗-polynomials.

In clause questions of definition of a resource of the wheel motor block traction transfer of a motorcarload rolling stock are considered. Problems of forecasting of a technical condition of responsible units oftraction transfer are certain. The model of deterioration in which the periods extra earnings are allocated,normal operation, intensive deterioration and prolongation of service life of the wheel motor block of amotor carload rolling stock is formalized for weigh his life cycle. For each allocated period meetingdependences of speed and intensity of deterioration are offered. According to dependences calculations arelead and analytical expressions of wear of points of cog-wheels of power reducing of traction transfer whichallow to predict his resource in operation are received.

With the introduction of the Russian laws on the definition of safety in use of buildings and structures, it became necessary to develop criteria (coefficients) for estimating these states. One of the known approaches to assessing the safety of buildings is based on the analysis of geometric characteristics. However, currently, there are no criteria that would ensure the solution of this problem. It is required to develop these characteristics. In this research, we offer an approach to the designation of such criteria. This proposal for assessing the technical condition of buildings, the coefficients of internal geometry and building stability, providing a single-value assessment of the state of the object in terms of safety of its use.

Urgency of research. Now there is a steady tendency to increase the accident rate in the electric power systems of Ukraine and other industrialized countries due to aging and exhaustion of the resource of electrical equipment, adverse degradation climatic conditions, electricity liberalization and other reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to develop mathematical models and create software for determining the quantitative indicators of risk of power supply failure of responsible consumers due to failures of electrical equipment of the EPS. Target setting. Usually, to provide the reliability of the EPS, it is designed in such a way that the shutdown of one or more elements at maximum load does not lead to unacceptable deviations of the regime parameters or reduce the load of consumers (criterion N-i). This approach is deterministic, because it does not take into account the probability of accidents and does not provide a quantitative characteristics of the reliability of the EPS. In the context of the development of market relations in the power industry of Ukraine, when the problem of reliability is increasing and it is considered as a service, its quantitative assessment based on the definition of risk is more objective and complete. Actual scientific researches and issue analysis. The latest publications on the development of models for assessing the technical condition, determining the probability of failure of electrical equipment and risk analysis in complex EPS were considered. In spite of a significant number of papers dedicated to the analysis of the operational reliability of the EPS, there is a problem of complex modeling of the technical condition of electrical equipment and regims of the EPS to determine the risk index as an integral indicator of the operation of the EPS, which is determined by the value of the criticality of failure of individual subsystems, which depends on their probability of failure, recovery time and the severity of losses. The research objective. The purpose of this work is to create a fuzzy mathematical model, algorithm and software to determine the index of risk of violation of the regime of the EPS in case of failure of the individual subsystems with responsible consumers. The statement of basic materials. It is proposed to use the integral index of risk of functioning, the level of which depends on the criticality of failures of individual subsystems of the EPS and in particular, nodes with consumers of different kind and category, when assessing the reliability of the EPS. To solve these problems a fuzzy mathematical model and an algorithm for an aggregated estimation of the EPS index risk in the case of failures of individual subsystems have been constructed. For the test scheme of the EPS, quantitative characteristics of the risk of operation of the EPS in case of failures of electrical equipment and load units with responsible consumers are obtained. Conclusions. Evaluation of the regime reliability of modern EPS is advisable to determine on the basis of the integrated risk index of functioning. A fuzzy mathematical model and an algorithm for the aggregated assessment of the risk index of EPS in case of failures of individual load units due to failures of electrical equipment of EPS are proposed. A complex modeling of the technical condition of electrical equipment and regims of EPS to determine the criticality of failures of individual subsystems with responsible consumers was carried out.

The scenario of a hydrodynamic accident of water flow over a crest of a soil dam is considered by the method of fault tree analysis, for which the basic reasons and controlled diagnostic indicators of an accident have been defined. Logical operators “AND”/”OR” were used for creation of a sequence of logically connected events, leading to an undesired event in the scenario of accident. The scenario of the accident was plotted in case of three basic reasons - an excessive settling of a dam crest, an excess flood, an inoperable spillway, taking into account the sequence of the events’ development and with observance of the necessary conditions leading to an accident. “Technical” reasons were observed in the present scenario, force majeure events were not considered. The provided scenario of the accident consists of two branches of events’ development: the left one that depends on an upstream level, and the right one that depends on settling of a dam crest. In each of the considered events an accident “the water spill over a crest of a soil dam” is possible only in case of execution of two different conditions at the same time, i.e. in case of an appropriate upstream level and the appropriate mark of a crest of a soil dam. The conditions of the accident are defined by diagnostic indices - the upstream level and settling of a dam crest, which at the same time are safety criteria of the hydraulic structure for soil dams. They allow defining the technical condition of the construction. Four possible technical conditions are suggested for the definition of technical statuses - normative, operable, limited operable, abnormal. Criteria of safety are the boundaries of the state: for loading and impact - it is the upstream level, for geometrical compliance of the construction - it is a dam crest mark.
