The role and significance of the information infrastructure of the entrepreneurial structures of the agro-industrial complex, which is directly related to innovative development and security, due to the improvement of information support, are disclosed. This research presents an overview of approaches to ensuring the security of information infrastructure objects in an attempt to illustrate their effectiveness in its operation. The importance of information as a productive resource was emphasized of the authors. Thus, the article formulates the perspective of the transition to «smart» agriculture with the support of the updated information infrastructure.

The authors consider the importance of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex of Russia. The conclusion about the role of universities in this process has been made. Higher education institutions play a dual role. They train professional personnel having all required competencies and should be in line with all the latest innovative research projects that create a scientific and technical basis for the digital transformation of the national agriculture. The State University of Land Management has conducted research on digital land management, remote sensing tools used for the purposes of the real estate cadastre, land monitoring, and real estate assessment.


The article considers the main projects aimed at innovative development and digital transformation of agriculture in Russia. This topic is very relevant in connection with programs of the Russian Federation government aimed at the innovative development of the country's economy in general, and in particular within the framework of the project on digitalization of agriculture. The aim of the study is to develop a mechanism for applying blockchain and token decentralized registry systems to improve efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The options for introducing artificial intelligence into the work of the agro-industrial complex, as well as the effect that can be obtained, are analyzed. Ideas of using the distributed blockchain registry system in managing fixed assets of agricultural enterprises and the scheme of creating a database across the country are presented. The methods of using tokens for the conclusion of contracts and sale of agricultural products, which will allow to build mutually beneficial cooperation for buyers and sellers of agricultural products, and receive reliable information about the methods of its cultivation.

Subject. This article examines the issues related to the development of the agro-industrial complex and ensuring the food security of the Republic of Mordovia. Objectives. The article aims to study the problems faced by the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia, and develop recommendations to address them. Methods. For the study, I used an abstract-logical method, comparison, generalization, and statistical data and content analyses. Results. The article describes specific problems of agricultural development of the Republic of Mordovia and provides certain recommendations to address some of them. Conclusions. To increase the pace of development of the Republic's agro-industrial complex at the expense of farms of all categories, it is necessary to significantly improve the information support of this area and improve the skills of workers.

Abstract. The paper focuses on the special role of the use of digital devices and digital technologies in the development of information support for the management of dairy production within the framework of an integrated automated management system for agricultural enterprises in a market economy. Currently, in the Russian agro-industrial complex the use of modern digital technologies in the organization and functioning of network information support for making appropriate decisions is a strategically important innovative factor in improving the efficiency of management of an agricultural enterprise, including the processing of raw cow's milk and the production of planned assortment of dairy products. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the theoretical foundations and provisions that allow identifying and classifying the unique properties of digital technologies, the use of which can significantly improve the efficiency of management of agricultural enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, as well as to develop an organizational and economic model of automated network formation of information support for the management of dairy production. Methods. The methodological basis of this article consists of system, complex, situational and computer approaches, methods of comparative economic analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, network interaction and principles of functioning of information management support. Results. As a result of the study, author suggests a conceptual approach to the use of digital technologies as the factor of innovative development information support of agricultural enterprise management in the agro-industrial complex for the production of dairy products based on the identified characteristic properties of digital technologies (manufacturability, functionality, flexibility, integrability, informativeness and minimality) that can generate, store, and instantly provide the necessary information for decision-making. Scientific novelty. During the study, the results obtained which are of scientific novelty in the application of digital technologies for the development of management information production of dairy products, in particular, the author defined the concept "digital technology" and developed the organizational-economic model of automatic network formation of information support for management of the production of dairy products, covering the network of specialists workplaces in the basic and supportive production and maintenance processes at an agricultural enterprise.

The article discusses the role of digitalization of the technical potential of the agricultural industry, describes the factors that have a significant impact on the digitalization of technical potential. The material systematizes data on the formation and development of the technical potential of agriculture. The paper shows that the digital ecosystem is based on the functioning of a complex of electronic platforms, which combine the full range of data on the dynamics of development and the potential of each area of the agro-industrial complex. The elements of production potential, as a historically developing category, have been identified. It was revealed that for the transformation of agriculture, it is necessary to change the development of the reproduction process, which depends, first, on the volume of funds invested, while investments should be aimed at replenishing and updating fixed and circulating assets, the introduction of progressive digital technologies. The basis for the digital transformation of agriculture should be the improvement of the technical characteristics of labor instruments and the equipment of workers, which provides the bulk of the growth in production efficiency.

The current state and problems of agricultural advisory organization in Ukraine on the basis of historical analysis of the evolution of the formation and development of agricultural knowledge and information in the world and in modern Ukraine, the involvement of peasants in the active use of innovative solutions in agricultural production, storage and processing of agricultural products was highlighted. The basic principles of the organization of agricultural advisory activity, features of interaction of advisory services with agrarian business, the government, a science and education were formulated. Forms of scientific-consulting and information support of the processes of transfer of innovative technologies in agro-industrial production were given. Ways to improve the organization of agricultural advisory activities in Ukraine using the potential of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine were proposed. The edition is recommended for specialists of agricultural advisory services, scientists, teachers and students of agricultural education institutions, participants of the system of training and retraining of personnel of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.
