This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Growth Opportunities, and Tangible Assets on the Capital Structure of Property and Real Estate Companies in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research which aims to systematically explain the facts and properties of an object in the study and then merge between the variables associated with it by presenting secondary data from financial statements of property companies in Indonesia. The population used in this study are property companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the period 2012-2016. The sample used in this study were 32 property companies in Indonesia by using the purpose sampling method to obtain a representative sample that matches the established criteria. In this study, the data analysis method used is the panel data regression method which is a combination of time series and cross sections in property companies in Indonesia. Research results for property companies in Indonesia The R square value of this model is 0.5126 which means that variations of capital structure that can be explained by the independent variables analyzed are LIQ, GROWTH, and TANG by 51.26 percent and the remaining 48.74 percent explained by other factors not included in this study.

The research aims to analyze the factors that are affecting the tax agreesiveness. The research includes as a quantitative research by using a secondary data that obtained from the financial statement of the company. The population of the research is the entire manufacturing company listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the year of 2016-2019. The collected sample is conducted by using a purposive sampling of company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019, the financial statement in rupiahs, and manufacturing companies with a CETR of less than one. The sample has met the criteria of 32 companies in four years. The used data analysis techniques by panel data regression using EViews 10. The result shows that the Leverage and Earning Management has a positive impac in the tax agreesiveness, while the variables on capital intensity do not affect the tax agreesiveness.

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of intellectual capital, leverage, profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by price to book value (PBV), leverage is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), profitability by return on equity (ROE) and liquidity by current ratio (CR). This research method is a quantitative research with sampling using a purpose sampling technique based on predetermined characteristics as many as 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. The type of data used is secondary data and the analytical method used is panel data regression using Eviews. The results show that intellectual capital, leverage, profitability have a significant effect on firm value. However, liquidity has no effect on firm value.

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of capital structure, liquidity, and firm size on the firms financial performance listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was analyzed using panel data regression with eighty-five companies in the 2014-2018 period, generate four hundred twenty-five data observations. The research used purposive sampling to get the sample. The data used is secondary data from company financial statement data that obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), then its tabulated using Microsoft Excel 2016 and analyzed using Eviews-10. The results of this study indicate that the size of the company affects the financial performance of the company. However, capital structure and liquidity do not affect the company's financial performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini di analisis menggunakan alat regresi data panel dengan delapan puluh lima perusahaan pada periode 2014-2018, menghasilkan empat ratus dua puluh lima data observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan yang didapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), kemudian ditabulasi dengan Microsoft Excel 2016 dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Tetapi, struktur modal dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of earnings growth, profitability, capital structure, liquidity and company size on earnings quality in companies of Basic and Chemical Industries Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The time period of the study is 5 years, namely the 2014-2018 period.The population in this study includes all basic and chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis.The results of the study simultaneously showed that the independent variable affected earnings quality. While partially, company size, profitability, liquidity and company size variables have no effect on earnings quality, but capital structure variables that are proxy by leverage have a positive effect on earnings quality.

The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of capital structure, profitability, activity ratio (TATO) on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study was analyzed using a panel data regression tool with 21 companies in the 2014-2019 period, producing 126 data observation. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used in the form of secondary data, namely financial statements. Data processing using the application e-views 11. The results of this study indicate that profitability and activity ratios (TATO) significantly influence the value of the company. However, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas (TATO) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan alat regresi data panel dengan 21 perusahaan pada periode 2014-2019, menghasilkan 126 data observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purpossive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan.Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi e-views 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas (TATO) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, growth rates, and efficiency on profitability. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative research design and a causal comparison method (Ex-post facto)with secondary data (data taken from the company's financial statements) from 41 companies in the Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The sample is determined by judgmental sampling technique. Hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression test. The results found that empirically capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on profitability. The growth rate has a positive and significant effect on profitability. And finally, efficiency has a positive and significant effect on profitability.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas, tingkat pertumbuhan, dan efisiensi terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini memakai desain penelitian kuantitatif non-eksperimental dan metode perbandingan kausal (Ex-post Facto) dengan data sekunder (data diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan) dari 41 perusahaan Industri Properti, Real Estate, dan Building Construction di BEI periode 2014-2017. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik judgemental sampling. Pengujian hipotesis melalui uji regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara empiris struktur modal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Likuiditas memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Tingkat pertumbuhan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Dan terakhir, efisiensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

The purpose of this research is to exemine the effect of Loan to Value (LTV), exchange rate, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Interest Rate and Return on Equity (ROE) to return of property stock that entered at LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009 - 2017. Using selected 5 Real Estate and Property Companies as research samples. Panel Data Regression Tehniques were use for this research. The result of this research is LTV partially has no significant effect on stock return, partial exchange rate has no significant effect on stock return, GDP partially significant effect of stock return interest rate partially does not have significant influence retun share, ROE partially significant effect of stock return and there is simultaneously significant influence between LTV, exchange rate, GDP, interest rate and ROE to stock return.

The research in this final project was toi know and analyze The Effect of Total Assets Turnover and Current Ratio to Return On Assets in Property and Real Estate Companiesl on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the periode 2014-2018. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of the company’s annuall financial statement. In the research, there are 7 Property and Reall Estate Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchangei which are sampled research. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research. The test is done by panel data regression which eviews 10. The selected panell data regression method is Fixed Effect Model. The research result show that Total Assets Turnover has a positive impactt to Return On Assets and Current Ratio has not impact to Return On Assets. Total Assets Turnover and Current Ratio have a simultaneous effect to Return On Assets.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability, capital structure, leverage & institutional ownership on firm value in property & real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) from 2015-2019 period. The population obtained was 35 companies in research is property & real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) from 2015-2019 period & the sample obtained was 20 companies. Sampling method used in research was “purposive sampling”. This type of research is quantitative research. The type of research used in in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research data source is secondary data obtained form the annual financial statements. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determinantion test, the classical assumption test, the F test & the hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that company size (SIZE), profitability (ROA), capital structure (DER) and leverage (DAR)  affect on firm value (PBV) in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) from 2015-2019 period, while institutional ownership (INST) not affect on firm value (PBV) in property & real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for 2015-2019 period.

This research aims to determine what factors can influence the capital structure of automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2015 - 2018. These factors include company size, liquidity and profitability. The methodology used in this research is quantitative associative with secondary data sources that come from financial reports that have been published by companies and the IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used a panel data regression model with E-Views software. The results of this study indicate that firm size has no effect on capital structure, which can be seen from this value t statistic 0.492999 0.05. Liquidity has an effect on the Capital Structure which can be seen from the t-table value of -7.788281> t-table 2.039 and the probability value of 0.0000 0.05. Simultaneously the variable company size, liquidity and profitability have an effect on the capital structure which can be seen from the value obtained by the F-table value of 2.91, which means that the F-count is 22.32849> Ftable 2.91 and the probability value of F-statistic is 0.00000 ​
